आज से हम एक नए विषय पर विचार करने जा रहे हैं, जो वर्तमान में मण्डलियों में काफी असमंजस तथा वाद-विवाद का कारण है, और कलीसियाओं में मतभेदों का भी कारण बना हुआ है। जैसा उपरोक्त शीर्षक से प्रकट है, यह विषय है कलीसियाओं में महिलाओं द्वारा पास्टर और प्रचारक की भूमिकाओं को निभाना। यह विषय सहज नहीं है, और पाठकों से विनम्र निवेदन है कि धैर्य तथा शांत मन से, और किसी पूर्व धारणा के अनुसार उत्तेजित हुए बिना, बाइबल से संगत निष्कर्ष तक पहुँचने के लिए, कृपया पूरी श्रृंखला को ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़ें और समझें। श्रृंखला के आरम्भ ही में यह स्पष्ट कर देना उचित होगा कि इन लेखों और इस श्रृंखला का उद्देश्य किसी भी रीति से स्त्रियों को पुरुषों से भिन्न दर्जे का या पुरुषों के अधीन दिखाना नहीं है। वरन, जैसा हमेशा ही पहले के अन्य विषयों एवं लेखों में रहा है, केवल परमेश्वर के वचन बाइबल के अनुसार विषय का विश्लेषण करना और बाइबल के संबंधित हवाले आप के सामने रखना है। उस विश्लेषण और उन हवालों को स्वीकार अथवा अस्वीकार करना आप का व्यक्तिगत निर्णय है।
आज हम प्रस्तावना के रूप में शैतान की कार्यविधि और षड्यंत्र रचना के आधार के साथ आरम्भ करेंगे, जिसके द्वारा उसने कलीसियाओं में इस विषय को लेकर वाद-विवाद और मतभेद डाले हुए हैं, और उन्हें बढ़ा रहा है। 2 कुरिन्थियों 2:11 में परमेश्वर पवित्र आत्मा ने प्रेरित पौलुस द्वारा लिखवाया है, “कि शैतान का हम पर दांव न चले, क्योंकि हम उस की युक्तियों से अनजान नहीं”; अर्थात शैतान कलीसियाओं में तब ही सफलता के साथ कार्यकारी हो सकता है जब मसीही उसकी कार्यविधियों और युक्तियों से अनजान रहेंगे। यदि मसीही शैतान की कार्यविधियों और युक्तियों को पहचानने वाले होंगे तो वे उनके प्रति सचेत भी रहेंगे, और उन्हें सफल भी नहीं होने देंगे। फिर, 2 कुरिन्थियों 11:3 में लिखा है, “परन्तु मैं डरता हूं कि जैसे सांप ने अपनी चतुराई से हव्वा को बहकाया, वैसे ही तुम्हारे मन उस सिधाई और पवित्रता से जो मसीह के साथ होनी चाहिए कहीं भ्रष्ट न किए जाएं।” कहने का तात्पर्य यह है कि शैतान की कार्यविधि है लोगों को चतुराई से बहकाना – अपने झूठ को परमेश्वर के वचन के सत्य में लपेट कर चुपके से हमारे अन्दर डाल देना, तथा उसके उस झूठ को हमारे अन्दर डाल और पनपा कर प्रभु के लोगों को उस सिधाई और पवित्रता से भ्रष्ट कर देना, जिससे वे मसीह के साथ बने न रह सकें । क्योंकि जहाँ झूठ, अनाज्ञाकारिता, परमेश्वर और उसके वचन को नहीं वरन मनुष्यों की गढ़ी हुई बातों को प्राथमिकता मिलना और पालन करना, और अपवित्रता है, परमेश्वर वहाँ साथ बना नहीं रह सकता है (यशायाह 59:2; मत्ती 15:7-9)।
शैतान ने इसी कार्यविधि और षड्यंत्र का अदन की वाटिका में प्रयोग किया, हव्वा को बहका कर पाप को संसार में प्रवेश करवाया, और आज भी उसी युक्ति के द्वारा अपनी कुटिलता और दुष्टता को कलीसियाओं में घुसा और फैला रहा है। अगले लेख में हम शैतान की इस युक्ति को देखेंगे और समझेंगे।
यदि आपने प्रभु की शिष्यता को अभी तक स्वीकार नहीं किया है, तो अपने अनन्त जीवन और स्वर्गीय आशीषों को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए अभी प्रभु यीशु के पक्ष में अपना निर्णय कर लीजिए। जहाँ प्रभु की आज्ञाकारिता है, उसके वचन की बातों का आदर और पालन है, वहाँ प्रभु की आशीष और सुरक्षा भी है। प्रभु यीशु से अपने पापों के लिए क्षमा माँगकर, स्वेच्छा से तथा सच्चे मन से अपने आप को उसकी अधीनता में समर्पित कर दीजिए - उद्धार और स्वर्गीय जीवन का यही एकमात्र मार्ग है। आपको स्वेच्छा और सच्चे मन से प्रभु यीशु मसीह से केवल एक छोटी प्रार्थना करनी है, और साथ ही अपना जीवन उसे पूर्णतः समर्पित करना है। आप यह प्रार्थना और समर्पण कुछ इस प्रकार से भी कर सकते हैं, “प्रभु यीशु, मैं अपने पापों के लिए पश्चातापी हूँ, उनके लिए आप से क्षमा माँगता हूँ। मैं आपका धन्यवाद करता हूँ कि आपने मेरे पापों की क्षमा और समाधान के लिए उन पापों को अपने ऊपर लिया, उनके कारण मेरे स्थान पर क्रूस की मृत्यु सही, गाड़े गए, और मेरे उद्धार के लिए आप तीसरे दिन जी भी उठे, और आज जीवित प्रभु परमेश्वर हैं। कृपया मुझे और मेरे पापों को क्षमा करें, मुझे अपनी शरण में लें, और मुझे अपना शिष्य बना लें। मैं अपना जीवन आप के हाथों में समर्पित करता हूँ।” सच्चे और समर्पित मन से की गई आपकी एक प्रार्थना आपके वर्तमान तथा भविष्य को, इस लोक के और परलोक के जीवन को, अनन्तकाल के लिए स्वर्गीय एवं आशीषित बना देगी।

From today we are going to start pondering over a new topic, one that has become a cause of much confusion and debate, and also of divisions in the Churches. As is apparent from the above heading, this topic is women being permitted to function as Pastors and Preachers in the Churches. This is not an easy, straightforward topic, therefore a humble request to the readers, please go through the articles patiently and with a quiet heart, without getting excited because of any previous notions, and so as to reach conclusions consistent with the Bible, please go through and think over the whole series first. It would be appropriate at the very beginning of this series to clarify that the intention of this series is not to show women to be in any way of a different level than men, nor of women to be subservient to men. But, as has always been the case in all the previous articles, the purpose is to analyze the topic according to the Biblical facts, and to present the related Bible references before you. To accept or to reject the analysis and the Bible references is your personal decision.
Today, in the Introduction, we will start by looking at the strategy and devices of Satan, through which he has brought much discord and divisions in the Churches, and is continuing to multiply it. God the Holy Spirit, through the Apostle Paul had it written in 2 Corinthians 2:11, “lest Satan should take advantage of us; for we are not ignorant of his devices”; i.e., Satan can be successful in the Churches only when the Christians are unaware of his strategies and devices. If the Christians learn to recognize his strategies and devices, they will also become alert and cautious towards them, and will keep them from being successful. Then, in 2 Corinthians 11:3 it is written, “But I fear, lest somehow, as the serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness, so your minds may be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.” In other words, Satan’s strategy is to cleverly deceive the people – deceptively bring in his lies wrapped in the truth of God’s Word, and then make those lies take root and grow in us, and thereby corrupt us from the simplicity that is in Christ Jesus, so that we no longer can continue in fellowship with Christ. Since, wherever there are lies, deceit, disobedience, primacy and acceptance is given to man-made and contrived concepts instead of God and God’s Word, and corruption, there God cannot continue to fellowship with man (Isaiah 59:2; Matthew 15:7-9).
Satan used this strategy and device in the Garden of Eden, deceived Eve, got sin to enter into the world, and even today, is using the same strategy and device, he is introducing and spreading his deviousness and evils in the Churches. In the next article, we will see and understand this device of Satan.
If you have not yet accepted the discipleship of the Lord, make your decision in favor of the Lord Jesus now to ensure your eternal life and heavenly blessings. Where there is obedience to the Lord, where there is respect and obedience to His Word, there is also the blessing and protection of the Lord. Repenting of your sins, and asking the Lord Jesus for forgiveness of your sins, voluntarily and sincerely, surrendering yourself to Him - is the only way to salvation and heavenly life. You only have to say a short but sincere prayer to the Lord Jesus Christ willingly and with a penitent heart, and at the same time completely commit and submit your life to Him. You can also make this prayer and submission in words something like, “Lord Jesus, I am sorry for my sins and repent of them. I thank you for taking my sins upon yourself, paying for them through your life. Because of them you died on the cross in my place, were buried, and you rose again from the grave on the third day for my salvation, and today you are the living Lord God and have freely provided to me the forgiveness, and redemption from my sins, through faith in you. Please forgive my sins, take me under your care, and make me your disciple. I submit my life into your hands." Your one prayer from a sincere and committed heart will make your present and future life, in this world and in the hereafter, heavenly and blessed for eternity.
