शैतान द्वारा समाचार को अप्रभावी करने का आधार
हम पिछले लेखों से देखते आ रहे हैं कि बालकों के समान अपरिपक्व मसीही विश्वासियों की एक पहचान यह भी है कि वे बहुत सरलता से भ्रामक शिक्षाओं द्वारा बहकाए तथा गलत बातों में भटकाए जाते हैं (इफिसियों 4:14)। इन भ्रामक शिक्षाओं को शैतान और उस के दूत झूठे प्रेरित, धर्म के सेवक, और ज्योतिर्मय स्वर्गदूतों का रूप धारण कर के बताते और सिखाते हैं (2 कुरिन्थियों 11:13-15)। ये लोग, और उनकी शिक्षाएं, दोनों ही बहुत आकर्षक, रोचक, और ज्ञानवान, यहाँ तक कि भक्तिपूर्ण और श्रद्धापूर्ण भी प्रतीत हो सकती हैं, किन्तु साथ ही उनमें अवश्य ही बाइबल की बातों के अतिरिक्त भी बातें डली हुई होती हैं। जैसा परमेश्वर पवित्र आत्मा ने प्रेरित पौलुस के द्वारा 2 कुरिन्थियों 11:4 में लिखवाया है, “यदि कोई तुम्हारे पास आकर, किसी दूसरे यीशु को प्रचार करे, जिस का प्रचार हम ने नहीं किया: या कोई और आत्मा तुम्हें मिले; जो पहिले न मिला था; या और कोई सुसमाचार जिसे तुम ने पहिले न माना था, तो तुम्हारा सहना ठीक होता”, इन भ्रामक शिक्षाओं और गलत उपदेशों के, मुख्यतः तीन विषय, होते हैं - प्रभु यीशु मसीह, पवित्र आत्मा, और सुसमाचार। साथ ही इस पद में सच्चाई को पहचानने और शैतान के झूठ से बचने के लिए एक बहुत महत्वपूर्ण बात भी दी गई है, कि इन तीनों विषयों के बारे में जो यथार्थ और सत्य हैं, वे सब वचन में पहले से ही बता और लिखवा दिए गए हैं। इसलिए बाइबल से देखने, जाँचने, तथा वचन के आधार पर शिक्षाओं को परखने के द्वारा सही और गलत की पहचान करना कठिन नहीं है।
पिछले लेखों में हमने इन गलत शिक्षा देने वाले लोगों के द्वारा, पहले तो प्रभु यीशु से संबंधित सिखाई जाने वाली गलत शिक्षाओं को देखा; फिर उसके बाद, परमेश्वर पवित्र आत्मा से संबंधित सामान्यतः बताई और सिखाई जाने वाली गलत शिक्षाओं की वास्तविकता को वचन की बातों से देखा; और अब पिछले कुछ लेखों से हमने सुसमाचार से संबंधित गलत शिक्षाओं के बारे में देखना आरंभ किया है, जिससे कि हम सही सुसमाचार क्या है देख और समझ सकें और गलत या भ्रष्ट को पहचान सकें, ताकि स्वयं भी गलत से बच कर रह सकें तथा औरों को भी बचा सकें। आज हम सच्चे और उद्धार देने वाले सुसमाचार के शैतान द्वारा बिगाड़े जाने, भ्रष्ट किए जाने, और विभिन्न रीतियों से अप्रभावी किए जाने की युक्तियों के बारे में देखेंगे।
शैतान की गलत शिक्षाओं और बातों को पहचान पाने का आधार
हमने पिछले लेख में देखा था कि सुसमाचार का सार 1 कुरिन्थियों 15:1-4 में दिया गया है। तात्पर्य यह, कि जिस भी सुसमाचार प्रचार में इन पदों की बातें नहीं हैं, या इन पदों की बातों के अतिरिक्त भी बातें डाली गई हैं, अर्थात, इन पदों में से कुछ घटाया या बढ़ाया गया है, वह “सुसमाचार” भ्रष्ट है, बिगाड़ा हुआ है, अस्वीकार्य है, क्योंकि वह अप्रभावी है! ये पद और उनके तथ्य हमारे लिए सुसमाचार संबंधित हर शिक्षा को जाँचने और परखने की कसौटी प्रदान करते हैं।
शैतान की सुसमाचार को भ्रष्ट और अप्रभावी करने की इन युक्तियों को देखने और समझने से पहले हमें परमेश्वर, उसके वचन, और उसकी बातों से संबंधित एक बहुत महत्वपूर्ण बात को ध्यान में लाना और हमेशा स्मरण रखना होगा। यह बात है, परमेश्वर, उसका चरित्र और उसके गुण, उसका वचन, उसकी शिक्षाएं, सभी पवित्र, पूर्णतः शुद्ध, और हर रीति से संपूर्ण और सिद्ध हैं, सभी समयों, सभी लोगों, और सभी परिश्तितियों एवं आवश्यकताओं के लिये। उनमें न तो कुछ घटाया जा सकता है, न बढ़ाया जा सकता है, और न ही सुधारा जा सकता है; न ही उन्हें किसी भी रीति से संवार कर और बेहतर किया जा सकता है। ऐसा कुछ भी करने का प्रयास करना यह दिखाना है कि परमेश्वर द्वारा दी गई बात में कुछ अपूर्णता, कुछ कमी, कुछ असिद्धता है, जिसे मनुष्य अपनी बुद्धि और योजनाओं तथा कार्यों से और बेहतर कर सकता है, उससे भी बेहतर जो परमेश्वर ने कर के दिया है। स्मरण कीजिए, अदन की वाटिका में हुए पहले पाप का आधार यही विचार था। शैतान ने सर्प के रूप में, हव्वा को इसी बात से बहकाया और अनाज्ञाकारिता के पाप के लिए उकसाया कि “मेरे कहे तथा अपने मन की अभिलाषा के अनुसार कर ले, और जैसा परमेश्वर ने बनाया और दिया है तू उससे भी बेहतर हो जाएगी।” यदि हव्वा, परमेश्वर द्वारा कहे और दिए गए से और बेहतर करने के लालच में न पड़ती, तो अनाज्ञाकारिता का पाप भी नहीं करती।
इसी संदर्भ में ध्यान करें कि मूसा को अपनी दस आज्ञाएँ देने के पश्चात, परमेश्वर ने अपनी उपासना और आराधना से संबंधित एक और आज्ञा भी दी, “मेरे लिये मिट्टी की एक वेदी बनाना, और अपनी भेड़-बकरियों और गाय-बैलों के होमबलि और मेलबलि को उस पर चढ़ाना; जहां जहां मैं अपने नाम का स्मरण कराऊं वहां वहां मैं आकर तुम्हें आशीष दूंगा। और यदि तुम मेरे लिये पत्थरों की वेदी बनाओ, तो तराशे हुए पत्थरों से न बनाना; क्योंकि जहां तुम ने उस पर अपना हथियार लगाया वहां तू उसे अशुद्ध कर देगा” (निर्गमन 20:24-25)। प्रमुख किए गए अंतिम वाक्य को स्मरण रखें - जैसे ही हम परमेश्वर की दी गई बातों में अपनी युक्तियाँ और कार्य लगाकर उसे और अधिक बेहतर या सुंदर बनाने का प्रयास करते हैं, हम उसे अशुद्ध कर देते हैं। फिर वे देखने में चाहे कितनी भी सुंदर और आकर्षक हों, लोगों को चाहे कितनी भी अच्छी प्रतीत हों और लोगों द्वारा उन की चाहे जितनी भी प्रशंसा की जाए, किन्तु परमेश्वर की वे बातें परमेश्वर के लिए उपयोगिता और उसके परमेश्वर को ग्रहण होने में वह व्यर्थ हो जाती हैं।
हम इससे पहले के विषयों के लेखों में देख चुके हैं कि शैतान ने, झूठे प्रेरित और धर्म के सेवक बनकर प्रभु यीशु मसीह, परमेश्वर पवित्र आत्मा, और पवित्र आत्मा के कार्यों तथा वरदानों के बारे में बहुत सी गलत शिक्षाएं, उन्हें बहुत आकर्षक एवं चाहने योग्य बनाकर, लोगों में फैला रखी हैं, उन्हीं में लोगों को भरमाता भटकाता रहता है, बाइबल से बाहर की झूठी बातों में मगन बनाए रखता है। उन गलत शिक्षाओं में बहकाए जाने के कारण लोग अपने पापी होने को पहचानने, पापों से पश्चाताप के लिए कायल होने से बाधित रहते हैं और गलत बातों के निर्वाह में लगे रहते हैं, यह समझते हुए कि हम धर्मी और उद्धार पाए हुए हैं। प्रेरितों 2 अध्याय इसका बहुत उत्तम उदाहरण है। पिन्तेकुस्त के दिन जब पवित्र आत्मा की सामर्थ्य से प्रभु के शिष्य भर गए, और फिर जब पतरस ने प्रचार किया, वह उस समय वहाँ एकत्रित “भक्त यहूदियों” (प्रेरितों 2:5) के मध्य किया गया था; अर्थात परमेश्वर की चुनी हुई प्रजा के भक्त लोगों के मध्य जो व्यवस्था के अनुसार परमेश्वर की उपासना करने के लिए पृथ्वी भर के अनेकों स्थानों से आए हुए थे। किन्तु पवित्र आत्मा की अगुवाई में पतरस द्वारा उन्हें भी किए गए प्रचार से उनके हृदय छिद गए, उन्हें भी अपनी पापी दशा का बोध हुआ, और पतरस ने उन्हें सुसमाचार, पश्चाताप करने और प्रभु यीशु मसीह पर विश्वास करने का ही संदेश दिया (प्रेरितों 2:37-38), जिससे लगभग 3000 लोगों ने उद्धार पाया (प्रेरितों 2:41)। अर्थात, जैसे कि हम पहले देख चुके हैं, जबकि व्यवस्था और पवित्र शास्त्र प्रभु यीशु मसीह की गवाही देते थे, उद्धारकर्ता के बारे में बताते थे, किन्तु शैतान ने उन लोगों की समझ और आँखों को अंधा कर रखा था कि वे सही बात को देख और समझ न सकें, प्रभु यीशु की वास्तविकता को स्वीकार न करें। सुसमाचार की ज्योति ने जिनके इस अंधकार को हटाया, वे फिर उद्धारकर्ता को भी पहचान सके और उन्होंने उद्धार भी पाया (2 कुरिन्थियों 4:4; इफिसियों 2:2; 4:18; कुलुस्सियों 1:12-13)। शैतान हमें व्यर्थ की बातों में उलझा कर, सुसमाचार को पहचानने और मानने से बाधित करके रखता है, जब तक कि कोई वास्तविक शुद्ध सुसमाचार के द्वारा उसके अंधकार को हटा कर हमें प्रभु यीशु की ज्योति में न ले आए।
अगले लेख में हम शैतान द्वारा फैलाई जाने वाली सुसमाचार से संबंधित आम गलत शिक्षाओं को देखेंगे। यदि आप एक मसीही विश्वासी हैं, तो आपके लिए यह जानना और समझना अति-आवश्यक है कि आप प्रभु परमेश्वर के सुसमाचार से संबंधित किसी गलत शिक्षाओं या धारणाओं में न पड़े हों। यह सुनिश्चित कर लीजिए कि आपने सच्चे सुसमाचार पर सच्चा विश्वास किया है, आप सच्चे पश्चाताप और समर्पण तथा सच्चे मन से प्रभु यीशु से पापों की क्षमा के द्वारा परमेश्वर के जन बने हैं। न खुद भरमाए जाएं, और न ही आपके द्वारा कोई और भरमाया जाए। लोगों द्वारा कही जाने वाली ही नहीं, वरन वचन में लिखी हुई बातों पर ध्यान दें, और लोगों की बातों को वचन की बातों से मिला कर जाँचें और परखें, यदि सही हों, तब ही उन्हें मानें, अन्यथा अस्वीकार कर दें।
यदि आपने प्रभु की शिष्यता को अभी तक स्वीकार नहीं किया है, तो अपने अनन्त जीवन और स्वर्गीय आशीषों को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए अभी प्रभु यीशु के पक्ष में अपना निर्णय कर लीजिए। जहाँ प्रभु की आज्ञाकारिता है, उसके वचन की बातों का आदर और पालन है, वहाँ प्रभु की आशीष और सुरक्षा भी है। प्रभु यीशु से अपने पापों के लिए क्षमा माँगकर, स्वेच्छा से तथा सच्चे मन से अपने आप को उसकी अधीनता में समर्पित कर दीजिए - उद्धार और स्वर्गीय जीवन का यही एकमात्र मार्ग है। आपको स्वेच्छा और सच्चे मन से प्रभु यीशु मसीह से केवल एक छोटी प्रार्थना करनी है, और साथ ही अपना जीवन उसे पूर्णतः समर्पित करना है। आप यह प्रार्थना और समर्पण कुछ इस प्रकार से भी कर सकते हैं, “प्रभु यीशु मैं आपका धन्यवाद करता हूँ कि आपने मेरे पापों की क्षमा और समाधान के लिए उन पापों को अपने ऊपर लिया, उनके कारण मेरे स्थान पर क्रूस की मृत्यु सही, गाड़े गए, और मेरे उद्धार के लिए आप तीसरे दिन जी भी उठे, और आज जीवित प्रभु परमेश्वर हैं। कृपया मेरे पापों को क्षमा करें, मुझे अपनी शरण में लें, और मुझे अपना शिष्य बना लें। मैं अपना जीवन आप के हाथों में समर्पित करता हूँ।” सच्चे और समर्पित मन से की गई आपकी एक प्रार्थना आपके वर्तमान तथा भविष्य को, इस लोक के और परलोक के जीवन को, अनन्तकाल के लिए स्वर्गीय एवं आशीषित बना देगी।

Satan's Basis of Rendering the Gospel Ineffective
We have been seeing in the previous articles that one of the ways the childlike, immature Christian Believers can be identified is that they can very easily be deceived, beguiled and misled by wrong doctrines and false teachings. Satan and his followers bring in their wrong doctrines and misinterpretations of God’s Word through people who masquerade as apostles, ministers of righteousness, and angels of light (2 Corinthians 11:13-15). These deceptive people and their false messages, their teachings appear to be very attractive, interesting, knowledgeable, even very reverential and righteous; but there is always something or the other that is extra-Biblical or unBiblical mixed into them. These wrong teachings and false doctrines are mainly about three topics - the Lord Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, and the Gospel, as God the Holy Spirit got it written down through the Apostle Paul in 2 Corinthians 11:4 “For if he who comes preaches another Jesus whom we have not preached, or if you receive a different spirit which you have not received, or a different gospel which you have not accepted--you may well put up with it!” In this verse a very important way to identify the false and the correct, discern between them, and escape from being beguiled by Satan is also given - that which is the truth about these three topics has already been given and written in God’s Word. Therefore, by cross-checking every teaching and doctrine from the Bible, the true and the false can be discerned; that which is not already present in God’s Word is false, and their preacher is a preacher of satanic deceptions.
In the previous articles, after seeing some commonly preached and taught false things about the Lord Jesus, next we had seen the Biblical facts and teachings about the wrong things often taught and preached regarding the Holy Spirit. Now, we have started to take up the wrong teachings about the Gospel. For this we first need to know, learn, and understand the correct or Biblical things about the Gospel. In the Introduction to this topic, we had seen that the Gospel of the Lord Jesus is not about any earthly kingdom, wealth or prosperity, but about man being able to enter the kingdom of God. We had seen that the first step to man’s entering God’s kingdom is his repenting of sins, which is equally important and applicable for everybody, no matter what their religion, beliefs, notions, or community may be; even if your family has been “christian” for many generations and you may be considering yourself as “people of God.” In the last article we moved ahead from here, and saw what the Gospel is, what it means; that it is an information from God for entire mankind, irrespective of religion, caste, creed, age, belief etc. for being saved from sins freely through the Lord Jesus. It is not a tradition, ritual, or method, the fulfillment of which enables a person to reach a higher level of being “religious” or “righteous” so that God becomes compelled to give him an entrance into His kingdom. The Gospel becomes effective and working in a person’s life by his repenting of his sins, asking the Lord Jesus to forgive him, and surrendering his life to the Lord Jesus. Today we will see how Satan corrupts and spoils the true and life giving Gospel through various tricks and devices, and renders it ineffective.
Gospel - The Basis of Making it Ineffective
We had seen in the previous article that the core of the Gospel is given to us in 1 Corinthians 15:1-4. The implication is that any preaching of the Gospel, that does not incorporate the matter of these verses, or has things other than what these verses say, i.e., if anything has been added to or subtracted from this core of the Gospel, that ‘gospel’ is corrupted, has been spoilt, is unacceptable, and is ineffective. These verses provide to us the standard to test and evaluate every teaching related to the Gospel.
Before we go into the tricks and devices of Satan through which he spoils and corrupts the Gospel, there is one more very important thing about God’s Word and its contents that we need to recall and always keep in mind. This is that God, His attributes and characteristics, His Word and its teachings, they are all holy, absolutely pure, complete and perfect in all aspects, for all times, all people, all situations and needs. Nothing can be added or removed from them, nor can they in any manner be improved upon or made more attractive and acceptable. Doing anything of this sort is tantamount to saying that there is something lacking or incomplete, or there is some imperfection in what God has given, and man is capable of rectifying and improving upon what God has made and given to us. Recall that the basis of leading Eve to commit the first sin in the Garden of Eden, was this very notion. Satan, in the form of the serpent beguiled Eve and enticed her to disobey God by saying to her, “do what I am telling you, and you will become better than what God has made you and has given to you.” If Eve had not fallen for this deception of improving upon what God had made and done, she would never have fallen into committing the sin of disobedience.
In the same context, also remember that after giving His ‘Ten Commandments’ to Moses, God gave another instruction regarding His veneration and worship, “An altar of earth you shall make for Me, and you shall sacrifice on it your burnt offerings and your peace offerings, your sheep and your oxen. In every place where I record My name I will come to you, and I will bless you. And if you make Me an altar of stone, you shall not build it of hewn stone; for if you use your tool on it, you have profaned it” (Exodus 20:24-25). Ponder over the last sentence, made bold, in this passage. The moment we try to improve upon and make the things made and given by God to be better and more attractive, we end up not improving but ‘profaning’ them. After this, they may appear very nice, attractive, and desirable; people may appreciate and praise them, but so far as God and the utility of those things for God is concerned, those things have now become vain, infructuous.
We have seen in the earlier articles that Satan, coming in the form of false apostles and minsters of righteousness, in very appealing and desirable manner has spread many wrong doctrines and false teachings about the Lord Jesus, God the Holy Spirit, and about the works and gifts of the Holy Spirit, amongst the people, and through them he keeps deceiving and misleading the people, keeping them occupied in unBiblical, false things. Because of being beguiled by those false teachings, people are unable to see their actual sinful state, are not truly convicted for their sins, do not really repent for their sins, and keep doing wrong things, all the time believing and thinking that they are righteous and saved. Act chapter 2 is a very good example of this. On the day of Pentecost, when the disciples were filled with the power of the Holy Spirit, and when Peter preached, all of this happened amongst the “devout Jews” (Acts 2:5) gathered in Jerusalem, i.e., amongst the chosen people of God who had come from all over the world to venerate and worship the Lord God in the manner prescribed in God’s Law. But through the gospel message given to them by Peter by the power of the Holy Spirit, they were convicted of their sinful condition; they too realized that despite their being devout and fulfilling the Law, they had not yet become acceptable to God. To them too, Peter preached the Gospel of repentance from sins and believing in the Lord Jesus to be saved (Acts 2:37-38); by doing so about 3000 people were saved (Acts 2:41). As we have said above, although the Law and Scriptures spoke about the Lord Jesus, witnessed for Him, but Satan had blinded their eyes and they could neither see, nor believe and understand the truth, nor could they accept the reality of the Lord Jesus. When the light of the Gospel shone through this spiritual darkness, then those who could see the Saviour Lord Jesus and understand about salvation through faith in Him, they believed and were saved (2 Corinthians 4:4; Ephesians 2:2; 4:18; Colossians 1:12-13). Satan keeps us entangled in vain things, prevents us from seeing, understanding, and believing in the Gospel; and this is only rectified when someone shines the light of the true and pure Gospel and leads us into the light of the Lord Jesus.
In the next article we will look at some of the wrong teachings about the Gospel commonly spread by Satan. If you are a Christian Believer, then it is very essential for you to know and learn that you do not get beguiled and misled into wrong teachings and doctrines about the Holy Spirit; neither should you get deceived, nor should anyone else be deceived through you. Take note of the things written in God’s Word, not on things spoken by the people; always cross-check and verify all messages and teachings from the Word of God. If you have already been entangled in wrong teachings, then by cross-checking and verifying them from the Word of God, hold to only that which is the truth, follow it, and reject the rest.
If you have not yet accepted the discipleship of the Lord Jesus, then to ensure your eternal life and heavenly rewards, take a decision in favor of the Lord Jesus now. Wherever there is surrender and obedience towards the Lord Jesus, the Lord’s blessings and safety are also there. If you are still not Born Again, have not obtained salvation, or have not asked the Lord Jesus for forgiveness for your sins, then you have the opportunity to do so right now. A short prayer said voluntarily with a sincere heart, with heartfelt repentance for your sins, and a fully submissive attitude, “Lord Jesus, I confess that I have disobeyed You, and have knowingly or unknowingly, in mind, in thought, in attitude, and in deeds, committed sins. I believe that you have fully borne the punishment of my sins by your sacrifice on the cross, and have paid the full price of those sins for all eternity. Please forgive my sins, change my heart and mind towards you, and make me your disciple, take me with you." God longs for your company and wants to see you blessed, but to make this possible, is your personal decision. Will you not say this prayer now, while you have the time and opportunity to do so - the decision is yours.
