मनुष्य की रचना

बाइबल में हर प्रकार की जानकारी परमेश्वर ने लिखवाई है। हम सृष्टि, अंतरिक्ष, पृथ्वी से संबंधित बातों को देख चुके हैं। बाइबल की प्रथम पुस्तक, उत्पत्ति का पहला अध्याय, परमेश्वर के द्वारा समस्त सृष्टि की रचना किए जाने का वृतांत है। उत्पत्ति के आरंभिक अध्यायों से हम देखते हैं कि मनुष्य परमेश्वर की सबसे उत्कृष्ट रचना है। अन्य सभी की सृष्टि परमेश्वर ने कहने के द्वारा, अपने शब्द या वचन की सामर्थ्य से की - परमेश्वर ने कहा और वह वैसा ही हो गया। किन्तु मनुष्य को परमेश्वर ने अपने हाथों से, अपने ही स्वरूप में सृजा; उसमें जीवन डालने के लिए परमेश्वर ने अपनी ही श्वास डाली, और उसके लिए ही अदन की वाटिका लगाई, जहाँ परमेश्वर उस के साथ संगति करता था, और फिर अपने ही हाथों से पहले मनुष्य आदम के लिए एक सहायक बनाया (उत्पत्ति 1:26-28; 2:8, 15, 18; 3:8)। परमेश्वर ने पृथक मनुष्य की नर और मादा स्वरूप में सृष्टि की, और उन्हें आशीष देकर कहा कि वे सारी पृथ्वी में फैल जाएं, उसे अपनी अधीनता में ले लें। 

क्रमिक विकासवाद (Evolution) के पास इसका कोई उत्तर नहीं है कि क्यों और कैसे विभिन्न जीव-जंतुओं और वनस्पतियों आदि में प्रजनन और जाति को बढ़ाने के विभिन्न तरीके आए। जंतुओं और वनस्पतियों की विभिन्न प्रजातियों में ऐसे कितने ही उदाहरण हैं जिनमें नर और मादा का भेद नहीं है; वे अपने एक ही स्वरूप से अपने समान अगली पीढ़ी उत्पन्न करते हैं। कई पौधों की प्रजातियों में एक ही पौधे में नर और मादा फूल अलग-अलग होते हैं - एक ही डाली या एक ही पौधे में दोनों प्रकार के फूल, तथा अन्य प्रजातियों में एक ही फूल में दोनों नर और मादा अंश, और उनके बीज से फिर एक नया पौधा उत्पन्न हो जाता है। यदि प्रजाति का ज़ारी रहना बिना नर-मादा के भिन्न होने से संभव है, और हो रहा है, तो फिर यह नर और मादा स्वरूप क्यों और कैसे विकसित हुए? एक से दूसरे लिंग में क्रमिक परिवर्तन या विकास के दौरान, इन अधूरे लिंग वाली जीव-प्रजातियाँ किस प्रकार से अपनी अगली पीढ़ी कौत्पन्न करते रहे; क्योंकि आज हम जिन अधूरे विकसित लिंग वाले जीवों और मनुष्यों को देखते हैं उनमें प्रजनन की क्षमता नहीं होती है? यदि अधूरे विकसित लिंग वाली पीढ़ी, अगली को जन्म नहीं दे सकती थी, तो क्या उस जीव-प्रजाति का अन्त नहीं हो जाता? यदि वे अपूर्ण विकसित लिंग वाले जीव, उस अपूर्णता में भी अपनी प्रजाति को उत्पन्न कर सकते थे, तो फिर आज के अपूर्ण विकसित लिंग वाले जीव प्रजनन क्यों नहीं कर सकते हैं - क्रमिक विकासवाद के पास इसका कोई उत्तर नहीं है। किन्तु उपरोक्त बाइबल के हवाले स्पष्ट बताते हैं कि परमेश्वर ने आरंभ से ही मनुष्य को नर और मादा की भिन्नता के साथ, अलग-अलग दायित्वों के निर्वाह के लिए उत्पन्न किया (देखिए उत्पत्ति 2:24; मरकुस 10:6-8)।

    विज्ञान ने मनुष्य के शरीर की रचना और कार्य विधि की जटिलता और उसके अद्भुत होने को अपने नए उपकरणों के द्वारा पहचानना आरंभ किया है; किन्तु परमेश्वर ने अपने भक्त राजा दाऊद, जिसका जन्म 1085 ईस्वी पूर्व में हुआ था, के द्वारा लिखे गए एक भजन में इस तथ्य को आज से लगभग 2800 से भी अधिक वर्ष पूर्व लिखवा दिया था, “मैं तेरा धन्यवाद करूंगा, इसलिये कि मैं भयानक और अद्भुत रीति से रचा गया हूं। तेरे काम तो आश्चर्य के हैं, और मैं इसे भली भांति जानता हूं” (भजन 139:14 )। 

इसी प्रकार मनुष्य के जीवन और स्वास्थ्य के बारे में भी बहुत सी बातें हैं, जिन्हें विज्ञान ने अब पहचाना और माना है, किन्तु परमेश्वर ने अपने वचन बाइबल की पुस्तकों में उन्हें हजारों वर्षों से लिखवा रखा है। मनुष्य और मनुष्य के जीवन से संबंधित तथ्यों के कुछ उदाहरण देखते हैं:

आज से लगभग 2000 वर्ष पूर्व, पौलुस प्रेरित ने अपने एक सुसमाचार प्रचार में कहा था, “उसने एक ही मूल से मनुष्यों की सब जातियां सारी पृथ्वी पर रहने के लिये बनाईं हैं; और उन के ठहराए हुए समय, और निवास के सिवानों को इसलिये बान्‍धा है” (प्रेरितों 17:26); और उत्पत्ति की पुस्तक जो आज से लगभग 3400 वर्ष पूर्व लिखी गई, उसके 5 अध्याय में आदम और हव्वा से उत्पन्न होने वाली संतानों के नाम और उनकी संक्षिप्त वंशावली दी गई है - अर्थात सारी मानवजाति उस एक ही मूल, आदि पुरुष, आदम की संतान हैं। वैज्ञानिकों ने जब मनुष्य के डीएनए के अध्ययन किए, तो उन्हें मनुष्य की रचना और इतिहास के बारे में कई अद्भुत बातें पता चलीं। 1995 में 38 विभिन्न जातियों के वंशों के डीएनए के अध्ययन के द्वारा यह सामने आया कि चाहे वे आज विभिन्न और पृथक जातियाँ हैं, किन्तु मूल में वे सभी एक ही मूल पुरुष से निकलकर आए हैं! यह बात बाइबल में हजारों वर्ष पहले लिखी गई बात के पूर्णतः अनुरूप है।

वैज्ञानिकों में असमंजस है कि गर्भ-धारण होने से कितने समय बाद भ्रूण को जीवित कहा जा सकता है। किन्तु बाइबल बताती है कि भ्रूण के गर्भ में आने के समय, उसके आरंभ से ही वह एक जीवित प्राणी है, जिसके विषय परमेश्वर ने योजना बना रखी है, उद्देश्य निर्धारित किया हुआ है “गर्भ में रचने से पहिले ही मैं ने तुझ पर चित्त लगाया, और उत्पन्न होने से पहिले ही मैं ने तुझे अभिषेक किया; मैं ने तुझे जातियों का भविष्यद्वक्ता ठहराया” (यिर्मयाह 1:5); अर्थात परमेश्वर की दृष्टि में वह आरंभ से ही एक जीवित व्यक्ति है, जो कुछ समय के बाद मनुष्य के स्वरूप में दिखने लगेगा, जन्म लेगा, और फिर बड़ा होकर परमेश्वर के उद्देश्यों को पूरा करेगा। आज विज्ञान भी यह जानता और मानता है कि उस भ्रूण के गर्भ में स्थापित होने के समय, जब वह एक ही कोशिका (cell) दिखाई देता है, तब भी उस एक कोशिका में वही जीवन होता है जो उसके गर्भ से बाहर जन्म लेने के समय होता है, और उस एक कोशिका में विद्यमान डीएनए में वह संपूर्ण जानकारी विद्यमान होती है जिसके द्वारा वह भ्रूण एक कोशिका से बढ़कर मनुष्य रूप में जन्म लेता, और बढ़ता है, कार्य करता है। 

जिस परमेश्वर ने आपको और मुझे अपने स्वरूप में, अद्भुत रीति से रचा है, अपनी श्वास से हमें जीवन दिया है, जो आज दिन तक हमारी देखभाल करता आ रहा है, और हमें अपनी पृथ्वी और प्रकृति के संसाधानों का प्रयोग खुले दिल से करने दे रहा है, वह हम में से प्रत्येक को, हमारे मनों की भावनाओं और विचारों को, हमारी भीतरी-बाहरी वास्तविक दशा को, हमारे मन, विचार, शरीर में किए गए हर पाप को जानता है। चाहे हम उसे स्वीकार करें या न करें; उसके आज्ञाकारी बनें अथवा न बनें; वह हम से बहुत प्रेम भी रखता है, हमारी चिंता भी करता है। वह चाहता है कि उसका रचा हुआ प्रत्येक जन, जिसभी दशा में वह है, वैसा ही उसके पास आ जाए, उस से मेल-मिलाप कर ले, जिससे परमेश्वर उसे पापों से स्वच्छ और शुद्ध करे, तथा शैतान द्वारा बहकाए जाकर अनन्त-विनाश में डाल देने से बचा सके। उसने इस मेल-मिलाप का मार्ग प्रभु यीशु मसीह में होकर तैयार किया और उपलब्ध करवाया है। वह अपेक्षा रखता है कि हम उसकी सृष्टि और अपनी रचना द्वारा उसके अस्तित्व को पहचानें और स्वेच्छा से समय रहते उसके पास आ जाएं, उसे समर्पित और उसकी आज्ञाकारिता का जीवन व्यतीत करें, और उसकी आशीषों की भरपूरी का आनन्द प्राप्त करें। सच्चे मन और स्वेच्छा से की गई आपकी एक छोटी सी प्रार्थना, “हे प्रभु यीशु मैं स्वीकार करता हूँ कि मैं पापी हूँ, और आपने मेरे पापों के लिए क्रूस पर अपना बलिदान दिया है। कृपया मेरे पाप क्षमा करें, मुझे स्वीकार करें, अपनी शरण में लेकर मुझे अपना आज्ञाकारी जन बनाएं” आपको अनन्त विनाश से अनन्त जीवन और स्वर्गीय आशीषों में लाकर खड़ा कर देगी। क्या आप आज, अभी यह निर्णय लेंगे? आपको अद्भुत रीति से रचने वाला आपका सृष्टिकर्ता परमेश्वर उसके पक्ष में किए गए आपके निर्णय की लालसा रखे हुए प्रतीक्षा कर रहा है!

English Translation

Bible and Creation of Man

God has had all kinds of information written in the Bible. We have seen things related to the universe, space, and earth. The first book of the Bible, the first chapter of Genesis, is the account of God's creation of the universe. From the opening chapters of Genesis, we see that man is God's greatest creation. All others were created by God by speaking, by the power of His Word - God said and it was so. But man was created by God with his own hands, in his own image. God breathed His own breath to put life into him, and God then set up the Garden of Eden for him, where God had fellowship with him, and then God, with His own hands, made a helper for the first man Adam (Genesis 1:26- 28; 2:8, 15, 18; 3:8). God created human beings in separate male and female form, and blessed them, said to them to spread all over the earth, taking it under their control.

Evolution does not have any answer as to how and why the different flora and fauna have come up with different methods of reproduction and propagation of their species. There are many such examples in different species of animals and plants in which there is no distinction of male and female. They produce their next generation, just like themselves from the same form. Many plant species have separate male and female flowers in the same plant - on the same branch, or both types of flowers in the same plant; and in other species both male and female parts in the same flower, and then from their seeds a similar new plant is born. If the continuation of a species is possible, and is happening, a complete male-female separation, in both the animal and plant kingdoms, then why and how these separate male and female forms ‘evolved’? How could there be intermediate genders as they ‘evolved’ from being unisexual or asexual to bi-sexual, and how could those intermediate genders have been functional; since the intermediate genders we know about today are unable to reproduce? Wouldn’t the species have come to an end if the ‘intermediate’ genders failed to reproduce and bring forth next the generation! - evolution has no answer.  But the above-mentioned Bible quotes clearly state that from the very beginning God created man, with the distinction of male and female genders, to fulfill different responsibilities (see Genesis 2:24; Mark 10:6-8); and He similarly created each living being the way they are.

Science, through its new tools, has now begun to recognize the complex and amazingly intricate working of the human body. But the Lord in a Psalm written by His follower King David, who was born in 1085 B.C. had this fact written about more than 2800 years ago, "I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Marvelous are Your works, And that my soul knows very well" (Psalm 139:14).

Similarly, there are many things about man's life and health, which have only now been recognized and accepted by science, but God had them written in His Word, in the books of the Bible thousands of years ago. Let's see some examples of facts related to man and man's life:

About 2000 years ago, the apostle Paul said in one of his gospel messages, said: “And He has made from one blood every nation of men to dwell on all the face of the earth, and has determined their pre-appointed times and the boundaries of their dwellings" (Acts 17:26); And in the book of Genesis, which was written about 3400 years ago, in its first 5 chapters, are given the names of the children born of Adam and Eve and their brief genealogy - i.e., all of mankind has come from the same original man, the children of Adam. When scientists studied human DNA, they came to know many amazing things about the creation and history of man. In 1995, a study of the DNA of the descendants of 38 different races revealed that although they are different and distinct races today, they all originally descended from the same original male! This is completely in line with what was written in the Bible thousands of years ago.

Scientists are confused about how long after conception can the embryo be called alive or living? But the Bible says that since the time of conception, from the very beginning, the fetus is a living being, for which God has made plans, and set some purposes Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; Before you were born I sanctified you; I ordained you a prophet to the nations” (Jeremiah 1:5); i.e., in the eyes of God, from the beginning, he is a living being who after some time will appear in the form of man, will be born, and then grow up to fulfill the purposes of God. Today science also knows and believes that at the time of being implanted in the womb of that embryo, when it appears to be a single cell, even then there is the same life in that one cell as it is, at the time of its birth outside the womb; and the DNA present in that one cell contains all the information by which that embryo grows from a single cell to be born in the human form, and function accordingly.

The God who has wonderfully created you and me in His image, has given us life with His breath, has been caring for us to this day, and allows us to use the resources of our earth and nature with an open heart. He knows each of us, the feelings and thoughts of our minds, our inner and outer real condition, every sin committed in our mind, thoughts, body. Whether we accept Him or not; are obedient to him or not; He still loves us very much and cares for us. He wishes that every one of His creations, in whatever condition they are, should come to Him, and be reconciled to Him, so that God may cleanse and purify him of his sins, and save him from being seduced by Satan into eternal-destruction. He has prepared and provided the way of this reconciliation through the Lord Jesus Christ. He expects that we realize and recognize His existence through His created universe and ourselves, and voluntarily come to Him, while we have the time and opportunity, live a life of submission and obedience to Him, and enjoy the abundance of His blessings. A short prayer from your heart said voluntarily and willingly, “Lord Jesus, I confess that I am a sinner, and You have sacrificed Yourself on the cross for my sins. Please forgive my sins, accept me, take me under your shelter and make me your obedient follower” will take you from eternal destruction to eternal life and heavenly blessings. Will you make this decision today, now? Your wonderful Creator God your Creator is eagerly awaiting your decision made in His favor!

बाइबल और पृथ्वी

सृष्टि और अंतरिक्ष से संबंधित बातों को बाइबल में से देखने के बाद, पृथ्वी से संबंधित बाइबल में लिखी कुछ वैज्ञानिक बातों को देखते हैं, जिन्हें विज्ञान के जानने से पहले ही परमेश्वर ने अपने वचन में लिखवा दिया था। साथ ही हम यह भी देखेंगे कि पृथ्वी को लेकर जो बाइबल के बारे में प्रचलित गलत धारणाएं हैं, वे निराधार और झूठ हैं; बाइबल ऐसा कुछ नहीं कहती है जैसा उसके विषय गलत फैलाया जाता रहा है।  

पृथ्वी पर जीवन अनायास अथवा आकस्मिक ही नहीं पनप गया। परमेश्वर ने पृथ्वी को एक बहुत योजनाबद्ध तरीके से बनाया है। पृथ्वी की भीतरी, सतही, वायुमंडलीय, आकाश, और अंतरिक्ष में स्थिति तथा पृथ्वी पर इन सब बातों के प्रभाव बहुत ही बारीकी से रचे और स्थिर किए गए हैं, जिससे जीवन, विशेषकर मानवीय जीवन इस पृथ्वी पर संभव हो सके। पृथ्वी की संरचना और सूर्य से उसकी दूरी, तथा उसकी धुरी का झुकाव जीवन को बनाए रखने के लिए उपयुक्त है। यदि सूर्य से दूरी बढ़ जाए, तो पृथ्वी पर ठंड बहुत हो जाएगी,  तथा जल जम जाएगा, जिससे जीवन संभव नहीं रहेगा; यदि पृथ्वी की दूरी सूर्य के कुछ निकट हो जाए, तो गर्मी बहुत बढ़ जाएगी और पानी भाप कर उड़ जाएगा, और जीवन संभव नहीं होगा; सूर्य से इस उपयुक्त दूरी के क्षेत्र को “Goldilocks Zone” या “वास योग्य क्षेत्र” कहते हैं (Goldilocks Zone/वासयोग्य_क्षेत्र; अंग्रेजी में यह विवरण अधिक विस्तृत और रोचक है)। पृथ्वी की रचना और जीवन के योग्य होने के लिए विशेषताओं का वर्णन, जिसे वैज्ञानिकों ने पिछले कुछ समयों से समझना आरंभ किया है, बहुत बड़ा है (Earth/पृथ्वी)। पृथ्वी की धुरी का झुकाव, पृथ्वी पर मौसम उत्पन्न करता है, जिससे जीव-जन्तुओं  और वनस्पतियों  की विविधता तथा जीवन के लिए सहायता, साधन और उपयुक्त वातावरण बना रहता है। इसी प्रकार पृथ्वी की भीतरी रचना, उसकी सतह की धरती की गतिविधियां, उसके चारों ओर का वातावरण, उसके चारों ओर बना हुआ उसका चुंबकीय क्षेत्र, चंद्रमा तथा अन्य ग्रहों के गुरुत्वाकर्षण बल के द्वारा उसे मिलने वाली स्थिरता तथा सुरक्षा, आदि भी उसे जीवन के लिए विशिष्ट और उपयुक्त बनाते हैं; क्योंकि ये बातें अन्य किसी गृह में नहीं पाई जाती हैं, इसलिए किसी भी अन्य गृह पर जीवन नहीं है।

    बाइबल में यशायाह नबी (सेवकाई का काल लगभग 700 ईस्वी पूर्व, या आज से लगभग 2700 वर्ष पूर्व) और यिर्मयाह नबी (सेवकाई का काल लगभग 600 ईस्वी पूर्व, या आज से लगभग 2600 वर्ष पूर्व) की पुस्तकों से हम कुछ पदों को देखेंगे जो यह प्रकट कर देते हैं कि पृथ्वी को परमेश्वर ने मनुष्य को बसाने के लिए बनाया था “क्योंकि यहोवा जो आकाश का सृजनहार है, वही परमेश्वर है; उसी ने पृथ्वी को रचा और बनाया, उसी ने उसको स्थिर भी किया; उसने उसे सुनसान रहने के लिये नहीं परन्तु बसने के लिये उसे रचा है। वही यों कहता है, मैं यहोवा हूं, मेरे सिवा दूसरा और कोई नहीं है” (यशायाह 45:18); और “अपने अपने स्वामी से यों कहो कि पृथ्वी को और पृथ्वी पर के मनुष्यों और पशुओं को अपनी बड़ी शक्ति और बढ़ाई हुई भुजा के द्वारा मैं ने बनाया, और जिस किसी को मैं चाहता हूँ उसी को मैं उन्हें दिया करता हूँ” (यिर्मयाह 27:5)। परमेश्वर द्वारा पृथ्वी को मनुष्यों के निवास के लिए बनाए जाने, उसे इस उद्देश्य के लिए स्थिर या उपयुक्त करने, और इसके लिए आकाश को उसके ऊपर 'तानने' के संदर्भ में बाइबल के कुछ अन्य पदों को भी देखिए: यशायाह 45:12; यिर्मयाह 10:12; 32:17; 51:15। यह सब तब लिखा गया जब न विज्ञान था, न खगोल-शास्त्र और खगोल-विद्या थी, और न ही आज के समान दूरबीन, उपकरण और कंप्यूटर थे जिनके द्वारा इन जटिल बातों का विश्लेषण और आँकलन किया जा सकता। किन्तु परमेश्वर ने अपने वचन बाइबल में यह आज से लगभग 2700 -2600 वर्ष पहले ही लिखवा दिया था कि उसने पृथ्वी की विशेष रीति से मनुष्य के निवास के लिए रचना की है; और उसे इस उद्देश्य के लिए स्थिर भी किया।

पृथ्वी से संबंधित कुछ अन्य बातें हैं:

जबकि अन्य धर्म और मतों की पौराणिक कथाओं में पृथ्वी को किसी पशु अथवा मनुष्य द्वारा उठा कर रखा गया बताया गया है, बाइबल में अय्यूब की पुस्तक में, जो लगभग 2000 ईस्वी पूर्व अर्थात, आज से लगभग 4000 वर्ष पुरानी है, स्पष्ट लिखा है कि  पृथ्वी अंतरिक्ष के रिक्त स्थान में मुक्त लटकी हुई है: "वह उत्तर दिशा को निराधार फैलाए रहता है, और बिना टेक पृथ्वी को लटकाए रखता है" (अय्यूब 26:7)। 

जबकि प्रचलित विश्वास, और विज्ञान की भी धारणा यही थी कि पृथ्वी सपाट (flat) है, बाइबल में यशायाह नबी की पुस्तक में (आज से लगभग 2700 वर्ष पहले) लिखा गया था कि पृथ्वी गोलाकार है "यह वह है जो पृथ्वी के घेरे के ऊपर आकाशमण्डल पर विराजमान है; और पृथ्वी के रहने वाले टिड्डी के तुल्य है; जो आकाश को मलमल के समान फैलाता और ऐसा तान देता है जैसा रहने के लिये तम्बू ताना जाता है" (यशायाह 40:22)। 

आज से लगभग 2000 वर्ष पहले लिखी गई प्रभु यीशु मसीह की जीवनियों में इस बात का संकेत विद्यमान है कि पृथ्वी अपनी धुरी पर घूमती है। प्रभु यीशु मसीह ने अंत के दिनों के एक विशिष्ट समय के संदर्भ में कहा था "मैं तुम से कहता हूं, उस रात दो मनुष्य एक खाट पर होंगे, एक ले लिया जाएगा, और दूसरा छोड़ दिया जाएगा। दो स्त्रियां एक साथ चक्की पीसती होंगी, एक ले ली जाएगी, और दूसरी छोड़ दी जाएगी। जन खेत में होंगे एक ले लिया जाएगा और दूसरा छोड़ा जाएगा" (लूका 17:34-36)। एक ही साथ, एक ही घटना के लिए पृथ्वी के अलग अलग स्थानों पर रात, प्रातः (चक्की पीसना), और दिन-दोपहर (खेत में कार्य करना) के उल्लेख देना एक गोलाकार और घूमती हुई पृथ्वी के द्वारा ही संभव है। 

विज्ञान को यह 1970 के दशक में पता चला, जब समुद्र की गहराइयों के दबाव को सहन कर पाने वाली पनडुब्बियाँ और सागर तल के गहरे अंधकार में रौश्नी डालकर चित्र लेने वाले कैमरे बन गए, कि गहरे सागर तल में पानी के सोते भी हैं, जिनसे निकलकर पानी सागरों के जल के साथ मिलता रहता है; केवल वर्षा और नदियां ही सागरों के जल का स्त्रोत नहीं हैं। किन्तु आज से लगभग 4000 वर्ष पुरानी अय्यूब की पुस्तक में यह बात परमेश्वर ने अय्यूब को बता रखी थी "क्या तू कभी समुद्र के सोतों तक पहुंचा है, या गहिरे सागर की थाह में कभी चला फिरा है?" (अय्यूब 38:16); उस समय पर जब अय्यूब या किसी अन्य के लिए सागर की अंधियारी गहराइयों में जाकर कुछ देख पाना कदापि संभव नहीं था। 

इसी प्रकार से इन गहरे सागरों की गहराइयों की खोज करने की क्षमता विकसित होने के बाद ही वैज्ञानिक यह भी जानने पाए के सागर तल में विशाल पर्वत तथा गहरे खाइयाँ भी हैं। किन्तु लगभग 750 ईस्वी पूर्व, अर्थात आज से लगभग 2750 वर्ष पहले लिखी गई योना नबी की पुस्तक में सागर के अंदर के पर्वत और उन पहाड़ों की 'जड़', उनकी भूमि के अंदर 'गड़हे', अर्थात सागर तल की खाइयों का उल्लेख है  "मैं जल से यहां तक घिरा हुआ था कि मेरे प्राण निकले जाते थे; गहरा सागर मेरे चारों ओर था, और मेरे सिर में सिवार लिपटा हुआ था। मैं पहाड़ों की जड़ तक पहुंच गया था; मैं सदा के लिये भूमि में बन्द हो गया था; तौभी हे मेरे परमेश्वर यहोवा, तू ने मेरे प्राणों को गड़हे में से उठाया है" (योना 2:5-6)।

इस अद्भुत और विलक्षण पृथ्वी को अद्भुत और विलक्षण योजनाबद्ध रीति से रच कर, उस पर रहने के लिए आपकी भी रचना करने वाला, प्रेमी परमेश्वर है। उसे आपकी लालसा है, आप चाहे जैसे भी हों – भले-बुरे, अमीर-गरीब, शिक्षित-अशिक्षित, किसी भी जाति, समाज, रंग, देश, धर्म के मानने वाले या न मानने वाले, या परमेश्वर को न भी मानने वाले क्यों न हों, फिर भी उसे आप से प्रेम है, आपके जीवन की कोई भी बात या बुराई उसकी क्षमा की सीमा से बाहर नहीं है। चाहे आप अपने आप को कितना भी क्षमा के अयोग्य क्यों न समझते हों, वह तब भी आप से प्रेम करता है, आपको अपने साथ लेना चाहता है - यदि आप आने को तैयार हैं तो!। आपको केवल स्वेच्छा और सच्चे मन से अपने पापों को मानते हुए, उससे क्षमा माँगनी है, और अपना जीवन उसे समर्पित करना है। स्वेच्छा और सच्चे मन से की गई एक छोटी प्रार्थना, "हे  प्रभु यीशु मेरे पाप क्षमा कर, और मुझे अपनी शरण में लेकर अपनी आज्ञाकारी संतान बना, मुझे मेरे पापों से मुक्त करके अपने लिए उपयोगी जन बना" आपको अभी से लेकर अनन्तकाल के लिए परमेश्वर की संतान होकर उसके साथ स्वर्ग में निवास करने का आदर प्रदान कर देगी। क्या आप यह निर्णय करेंगे?

Bible and the Earth

After looking at things related to the universe, astronomy, and space from the Bible, let's look at some of the scientific things written in the Bible about the earth; things which God had written in his Word even before science knew about them. Simultaneously, we will also see that the popular misconceptions about the Bible regarding the earth are actually baseless and false; The Bible doesn't say anything like it has been accused of.

Life on earth did not develop spontaneously or accidentally. God created the earth in a very planned way. Earth's interior construction, its surface activities and workings, and the atmospheric, sky, and space conditions and the effects of all these things on Earth and life on earth have been very precisely designed and stabilized, so that life, especially human life, is possible on this earth. The structure of the Earth and its distance from the Sun, and the inclination of its axis are suitable for sustaining life. If the distance from the Sun increases a little bit, the earth will become very cold, and the water will freeze, making life impossible. If the Earth's distance becomes closer to the Sun a little bit, then the heat will increase greatly and the water will evaporate, and again life will not be possible. The region at this appropriate distance from the Sun is called the "Goldilocks Zone" or the "Habitable Zone" (Goldilocks Zone). The details of Earth's structure, composition, and various characteristics that render it capable of sustaining life, things which scientists have recently begun to understand, are quite voluminous (Earth). The tilt of the Earth's axis produces the weather patterns on the Earth, which provides support, means and a suitable environment for the diversity of flora and fauna and for life. Similarly, the inner composition of the Earth, the workings on the surface of the Earth, the atmosphere around it, its magnetic field around it, the stability and protection it gets by the gravitational force of the Moon and other planets, etc. are very precise and appropriate for sustaining and nurturing life; any small variations in any of these factors will render the earth incapable of permitting life. Because these things are not found on any other planet, therefore there is no life on any other planet.

In the Bible, from the books of the prophet Isaiah (whose ministry was in about 700 AD, i.e. about 2700 years ago) and the prophet Jeremiah (the period of whose ministry was in about 600 AD, or about 2600 years ago), we have some verses that reveal that the earth was purposely created by God to be inhabited by man “For thus says the Lord, Who created the heavens, Who is God, Who formed the earth and made it, Who has established it, Who did not create it in vain, Who formed it to be inhabited: “I am the Lord, and there is no other”.” (Isaiah 45:18); and "'I have made the earth, the man and the beast that are on the ground, by My great power and by My outstretched arm, and have given it to whom it seemed proper to Me." (Jeremiah 27:5). Some other Bible verses regarding God's making the earth for human habitation, precisely establishing it and equipping it for this purpose, and 'stretching' the heavens over it for this are: Isaiah 45:12; Jeremiah 10:12; 32:17; 51:15. Bear in mind that all of this was written when there was no science, no astronomy, and no telescopes, instruments and computers like today, by which these complex things could have been seen, recognized, analyzed and assessed. But God had them written in his Word the Bible, about 2700-2600 years ago, making it clear that he had specially created the earth for human habitation; And also established it for this purpose.

Some other Biblical things related to the earth, worth pondering over are:

Whereas the mythology of other religions and cultures states that the earth is carried by an animal or some man, the book of Job in the Bible, which was written about 2000 BC, i.e., about 4000 years from today, clearly states that the earth hangs loosely in the void of space: "He stretches out the north over empty space; He hangs the earth on nothing." (Job 26:7).

While the prevailing belief, and also the belief of science formerly, was that the earth is flat, the book of the prophet Isaiah in the Bible (written about 2700 years ago) wrote that the earth is spherical "It is He who sits above the circle of the earth, And its inhabitants are like grasshoppers, Who stretches out the heavens like a curtain, And spreads them out like a tent to dwell in." (Isaiah 40:22).

In the biographies of Lord Jesus Christ, written about 2000 years ago, there is an indication that the earth rotates on its axis. The Lord Jesus Christ said in reference to a specific event and time of the last days, "I tell you, in that night there will be two men in one bed: the one will be taken and the other will be left. Two women will be grinding together: the one will be taken and the other left. Two men will be in the field: the one will be taken and the other left."” (Luke 17:34-36) It is only possible to refer to the events occurring simultaneously at different places on the earth as night, morning (mill grinding), and day-afternoon (field work), i.e., in different time zones, only by a spherical and rotating earth.

Science discovered in the 1970s, when submarines capable of withstanding the pressure of the depths of the ocean and cameras that took pictures by lighting up the deep darkness of the ocean floor, that there are also springs of water in the deep ocean floor, from which the water comes out and mixes with the water of the oceans. Rain and rivers on the surface of the earth are not the only source of water of the oceans. But in the book of Job, at a time when it was never possible for Job or anyone else to go into the dark depths of the ocean to see anything, about 4000 years ago from today, God had said this thing to Job, "Have you entered the springs of the sea? Or have you walked in search of the depths?" (Job 38:16).

Similarly, only after developing the ability to explore the depths of these deep seas, scientists were also able to know that there are huge mountains and deep trenches in the ocean floor. But in the book of the prophet Jonah, written about 750 AD, i.e. about 2750 years ago, there is a mention of the mountains inside the ocean and the 'root' of those mountains, the 'pits' inside their land, that is, the trenches of the ocean floor. “The waters surrounded me, even to my soul; The deep closed around me; Weeds were wrapped around my head. I went down to the moorings of the mountains; The earth with its bars closed behind me forever; Yet You have brought up my life from the pit, O Lord, my God." (Jonah 2:5-6).

Having created this wonderful and astounding earth in a wonderful, intricately and precisely planned manner, the Creator, the loving God, has also created and put you on earth to live on it. He desires you, however you may be – good or bad, rich-poor, educated-uneducated, you may be from any caste, society, of any color, or country; you may be a believer or non-believer in God - no matter what, yet He loves you, nothing in your life, nothing, howsoever base or bad it may be in your own eyes or in the eyes of the world, absolutely nothing is beyond the limits of His forgiveness for you. No matter how unforgivable you feel, he still loves you, wants to take you with him - if you're ready to come! All you have to do is to voluntarily and sincerely confess your sins, ask Him for forgiveness, and surrender your life to Him. A short prayer of true heartfelt repentance, said voluntarily and sincerely, "Lord Jesus forgive my sins, take me under your shelter and make me your obedient child, free me from my sins and make me a useful man" will make you a child of God, a member of God’s family, from now to eternity; and as a child of God, will give you the honor of living in heaven with Him. Will you make this decision and take this step for your own benefit?

पिछले लेख में हमने सृष्टि की रचना से संबंधित कुछ वैज्ञानिक बातों के द्वारा देखा था कि वे बातें और जानकारियाँ परमेश्वर के वचन बाइबल का समर्थन करती हैं, और वैज्ञानिकों द्वारा उनके खोजे जाने से सदियों पहले, परमेश्वर ने अपने वचन में उन्हें लिखवा दिया था। 

आज हम देखेंगे कि किस प्रकार से अंतरिक्ष से संबंधित बातें भी यही दिखाती हैं कि वैज्ञानिकों की खोज परमेश्वर के वचन बाइबल के तथ्यों की ही पुष्टि करती है; जिसे वे नई खोज कहते हैं, वह बाइबल में हजारों वर्ष पहले ही लिख दी गई थी। 

    अंतरिक्ष अर्थात खगोल-शास्त्र से संबंधित कुछ तथ्यों पर ध्यान कीजिए:

• दूरबीन और अंतरिक्ष में स्थापित किए गए हबल टेलिस्कोप से भी लगभग 4000 हजार वर्ष पहले बाइबल में व्यवस्थाविवरण 10:14 में "स्वर्ग(आकाश) और सबसे ऊंचा स्वर्ग (आकाश)" ("heavens and the highest heavens") तथा "सबसे ऊंचे स्वर्ग; heaven of heavens" (1 राजाओं 8:27) की बात लिखी है। अब दूरबीन तथा हबल टेलिस्कोप के द्वारा विज्ञान यह कहने पाया है कि आकाशमण्डल में एक तो हमारे चारों ओर का वातावरण वाला 'आकाश' है, तथा उससे आगे फिर सुदूर अंतरिक्ष है जिसमें सितारे और नक्षत्र आदि स्थित हैं। 

• बिना किसी उपकरण की सहायता के, मानवीय आँखों से देखे जा सकने वाले सितारों की संख्या लगभग 5000 ही आँकी गई है। दूरबीन के आविष्कार से हजारों वर्ष पहले, जब किसी भी मनुष्य के पास अंतरिक्ष में दूर तक देख पाने का कोई साधन नहीं था, आज से लगभग 2600 वर्ष पहले परमेश्वर ने अपने नबी, यिर्मयाह की भविष्यवाणी में अपने लोगों की संख्या में बढ़ोतरी की तुलना देने के लिए लिखवाया था, "जैसा आकाश की सेना की गिनती और समुद्र की बालू के किनकों का परिमाण नहीं हो सकता है उसी प्रकार मैं अपने दास दाऊद के वंश और अपने सेवक लेवियों को बढ़ा कर अनगिनत कर दूंगा" (यिर्मयाह 33:22); अर्थात समुद्र-तट  के बालू के किनकों के समान आकाशमंडल के सितारों की संख्या अनगिनत है। गैलीलियो ने 17वीं शताब्दी में दूरबीन का आविष्कार किया और आकाशमंडल के सितारों और नक्षत्रों को देखना तथा अध्ययन करना आरंभ किया, और पहचाना कि अंतरिक्ष कितना विशाल है और उसके खगोलीय पिंड कितने अनगिनत हैं। आज भी वैज्ञानिकों ने अंतरिक्ष में अनेकों प्रकार के बहुत दूर तक देख पाने वाले उपकरणों के द्वारा अरबों-खरबों सितारों, नक्षत्रों, खगोल पिंडों के होने का अनुमान लगाया है, उनके बारे में बहुत सी बातों की खोज की है, किन्तु अंतरिक्ष की सीमाएं और सितारों की सही संख्या अभी भी एक अनुमान है, स्थापित तथ्य नहीं। यिर्मयाह में होकर परमेश्वर द्वारा बाइबल में लिखवाई गई बात, लिखवाए जाने के 2600 वर्ष बाद भी सही है, अकाट्य है। 

• यद्यपि सितारों, नक्षत्रों और विभिन्न खगोल पिंडों की कुल संख्या मनुष्य आज तक ठीक जान नहीं पाया है, किन्तु यह भी एक वैज्ञानिक तथ्य है कि यह संख्या चाहे बहुत विशाल हो, किन्तु अंततः सीमित (finite) है। बाइबल में परमेश्वर के एक अन्य नबी, यशायाह ने यह बात आज से लगभग 2750 वर्ष पहले अपने भविष्यवाणी की पुस्तक में परमेश्वर की प्रेरणा से लिख दी थी: "अपनी आंखें ऊपर उठा कर देखो, किस ने इन को सिरजा? वह इन गणों को गिन गिनकर निकालता, उन सब को नाम ले ले कर बुलाता है? वह ऐसा सामर्थी और अत्यन्त बली है कि उन में के कोई बिना आए नहीं रहता" (यशायाह 40:26)। न केवल यहाँ पर, वरन भजन संहिता में भी परमेश्वर ने लिखवा दिया था कि वह तारों को गिनता है, उनमें से प्रत्येक का नाम रखता है: "वह तारों को गिनता, और उन में से एक एक का नाम रखता है" (भजन 147:4) - अर्थात उनकी संख्या कितनी भी विशाल क्यों न हो, सीमित है। 

• दूरबीन के आविष्कार से सदियों पहले बाइबल में लिख दिया गया था कि प्रत्येक सितारा या नक्षत्र अपने आप में अनुपम है, अनूठा है:  "सूर्य का तेज और है, चान्‍द का तेज और है, और तारागणों का तेज और है, (क्योंकि एक तारे से दूसरे तारे के तेज में अन्तर है)" (1 कुरिन्थियों 15:41)। जिसे वैज्ञानिक अब जानने और पहचानने लगे हैं, वह बाइबल में लगभग दो हज़ार वर्ष पहले लिखा जा चुका था। 

• बाइबल में परमेश्वर ने बारंबार यह कहा है कि वह आकाश या आकाशमण्डल को 'तानता' या 'फैलाता' है:

• अय्युब 9:8 – वह आकाशमण्डल को अकेला ही फैलाता है, और समुद्र की ऊंची ऊंची लहरों पर चलता है;

•  यशायाह 42:5 – ईश्वर जो आकाश का सृजने और तानने वाला है, जो उपज सहित पृथ्वी का फैलाने वाला और उस पर के लोगों को सांस और उस पर के चलने वालों को आत्मा देने वाला यहोवा है, वह यों कहता है:

• यिर्मयाह 51:15 – उसी ने पृथ्वी को अपने सामर्थ्य से बनाया, और जगत को अपनी बुद्धि से स्थिर किया; और आकाश को अपनी प्रवीणता से तान दिया है।

• ज़कर्याह 12:1 इस्राएल के विषय में यहोवा का कहा हुआ भारी वचन: यहोवा को आकाश का तानने वाला, पृथ्वी की नेव डालने वाला और मनुष्य की आत्मा का रचने वाला है, उसकी यह वाणी है। 

    बीसवीं सदी के आरंभिक समय तक भी वैज्ञानिकों (आईंस्टाईन सहित) का यही मानना था कि अंतरिक्ष या आकाशमण्डल गतिहीन या स्थिर (static) है। कुछ अन्य यह कहते थे कि गुरुत्वाकर्षण के बल के कारण अंतरिक्ष को सिकुड़ कर संक्षिप्त (collapsed) हो जाना चाहिए था। फिर खगोल-शास्त्री और अंतरिक्ष वैज्ञानिक एडविन हबल ने 1929 में यह दिखाया कि दूर स्थित नक्षत्र (galaxies) पृथ्वी से और भी दूर होते चले जा रहे हैं, तथा वे जितने अधिक दूर स्थित हैं, उतनी ही अधिक तेजी से और दूर होते चले जा रहे हैं। इस खोज ने अंतरिक्ष विज्ञान में खलबली मचा दी, और अनेकों नई धारणाओं को जन्म दिया, तथा आईंस्टाईन ने भी अपनी गलती को माना और सुधारा। जिसे अंतरिक्ष वैज्ञानिक आज तथ्य मानने लगे हैं, वह परमेश्वर ने 4000 वर्ष से भी पहले अपने वचन बाइबल में लिख दिया था। 

• बाइबल की प्राचीनतम पुस्तकों में से एक, अय्यूब की पुस्तक में, लगभग 4000 वर्ष पहले, परमेश्वर अय्यूब से प्रश्न करता है, “क्या तू कचपचिया (Pleiades) का गुच्छा गूंथ सकता वा मृगशिरा (Orion) के बन्धन खोल सकता है? ["Can you bind the cluster of the Pleiades, Or loose the belt of Orion?]” (अय्यूब 38:31)। यह विज्ञान को अब पता चला है कि कचपचिया (Pleiades) का गुच्छा गुरुत्वाकर्षण के बल के द्वारा परस्पर गूँथा या बंधा हुआ है; जबकि मृगशिरा (Orion) के बन्धन खुले हुए हैं और इस कारण उसके सितारे एक-दूसरे से दूर होते चले जा रहे हैं क्योंकि उनका परस्पर गुरुत्वाकर्षण बल उन्हें एक साथ बांधे रखने के लिए पर्याप्त नहीं है। 

• बाइबल में लगभग 3000 वर्ष पहले भजन 19:6 में, सूर्य के विषय लिखा है “वह आकाश की एक छोर से निकलता है, और वह उसकी दूसरी छोर तक चक्कर मारता है; और उसकी गर्मी सब को पहुंचती है।” एक समय था जब वैज्ञानिक बाइबल के इस पद का उपहास करते थे, और उन्हें लगता था कि यह पद पृथ्वी को केंद्र और सूर्य को उसके चारों ओर घूमने वाला बताता है। साथ ही, उनकी यह भी धारणा थी कि सूर्य अंतरिक्ष में अपने स्थान पर स्थिर (stationary) है। किन्तु अब विज्ञान यह जान गया है कि बाइबल की बात सही है, सूर्य एक स्थान पर स्थिर नहीं है, वरन वास्तव में अंतरिक्ष में एक बहुत विशाल चक्र की परिधि पर लगभग 600,000 मील प्रति घंटे की गति से चक्कर लगा रहा है।

क्या आप अपने सृष्टिकर्ता के इस प्रेम और क्षमा भरे निमंत्रण को स्वीकार करेंगे, और उसकी शरण में आ जाएँगे, और सुरक्षित हो जाएँगे? वह आपसे प्रेम करता है, आपका भला ही चाहता है, और आपकी प्रतीक्षा कर रहा है।

    यदि आपने प्रभु की शिष्यता को अभी तक स्वीकार नहीं किया है, तो अपने अनन्त जीवन और स्वर्गीय आशीषों को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए अभी प्रभु यीशु के पक्ष में अपना निर्णय कर लीजिए। जहाँ प्रभु की आज्ञाकारिता है, उसके वचन की बातों का आदर और पालन है, वहाँ प्रभु की आशीष और सुरक्षा भी है। प्रभु यीशु से अपने पापों के लिए क्षमा माँगकर, स्वेच्छा से तथा सच्चे मन से अपने आप को उसकी अधीनता में समर्पित कर दीजिए - उद्धार और स्वर्गीय जीवन का यही एकमात्र मार्ग है। आपको स्वेच्छा और सच्चे मन से प्रभु यीशु मसीह से केवल एक छोटी प्रार्थना करनी है, और साथ ही अपना जीवन उसे पूर्णतः समर्पित करना है। आप यह प्रार्थना और समर्पण कुछ इस प्रकार से भी कर सकते हैं, “प्रभु यीशु, मैं अपने पापों के लिए पश्चातापी हूँ, उनके लिए आप से क्षमा माँगता हूँ। मैं आपका धन्यवाद करता हूँ कि आपने मेरे पापों की क्षमा और समाधान के लिए उन पापों को अपने ऊपर लिया, उनके कारण मेरे स्थान पर क्रूस की मृत्यु सही, गाड़े गए, और मेरे उद्धार के लिए आप तीसरे दिन जी भी उठे, और आज जीवित प्रभु परमेश्वर हैं। कृपया मुझे और मेरे पापों को क्षमा करें, मुझे अपनी शरण में लें, और मुझे अपना शिष्य बना लें। मैं अपना जीवन आप के हाथों में समर्पित करता हूँ।” सच्चे और समर्पित मन से की गई आपकी एक प्रार्थना आपके वर्तमान तथा भविष्य को, इस लोक के और परलोक के जीवन को, अनन्तकाल के लिए स्वर्गीय एवं आशीषित बना देगी।

Bible and Space/Astronomy

In the previous article, we saw through some of the scientific facts about the creation of the universe, that scientific facts support the information given in God's Word, the Bible; and that God had that information written down in His Word, centuries before scientists discovered them.

Today we will see how things related to space also show that what the scientists have discovered only confirm and support the facts of God's Word, the Bible. What science and scientists call a ‘new discovery’ was already written down in the Bible thousands of years ago.

Consider some facts related to space and astronomy:

• About 4000 thousand years before the invention of the telescope and the Hubble telescope being installed in space, in the Bible, in Deuteronomy 10:14 "heaven and the highest heavens" has been mentioned; and 1 Kings 8:27 speaks of "heaven and the heaven of heavens". Now, through the use of the telescope and the Hubble Telescope, science has been able to say that one ‘heaven’ is the sky and the atmosphere around us on earth, and beyond that there is another ‘heaven’, i.e., a vast space in which stars and constellations etc. are located - effectively "heaven and the highest heavens" and "heaven and the heaven of heavens" when stated in an uneducated common man’s easy-to-understand language.

• The number of stars that can be seen by the human eye without the aid of any equipment has been estimated to be only about 5000. Thousands of years before the invention of the telescope, when no man had any means of seeing far into space, about 2600 years ago, God through the prophecy of His prophet, Jeremiah had compared the increase in the number of his people to. "As the host of heaven cannot be numbered, nor the sand of the sea measured, so will I multiply the descendants of David My servant and the Levites who minister to Me." (Jeremiah 33:22); i.e., the number of stars in the sky is as innumerable as the grains of sand on the beach. Galileo invented the telescope in the 17th century and began observing and studying the stars and constellations of the sky, and recognized how vast space is and the celestial bodies are innumerable. Even today, through many types of very far-seeing instruments in space, scientists have only been able to estimate the existence of trillions of stars, constellations, celestial bodies. And though they have discovered many things about them, but the limits of space and the exact number of stars still remains an estimate, not an established fact. What God wrote in the Bible through Jeremiah remains irrefutable, is still true, 2600 years after it was written.

• Although the actual total number of stars, constellations and various celestial bodies is not known to man, yet it is a scientific fact that this number, however large it may be, ultimately is finite. Another prophet of God, Isaiah, wrote this in the Bible about 2750 years ago, through the inspiration of God in his prophetic book: “Lift up your eyes on high, And see who has created these things, Who brings out their host by number; He calls them all by name, By the greatness of His might And the strength of His power; Not one is missing" (Isaiah 40:26). Not only here, but also in the Psalms, God had it written down that He counts the stars, and names each one of them: "He counts the number of the stars; He calls them all by name" (Psalm 147:4) - i.e., their number, however large it may be, is still finite, and known to God.

• Centuries before the invention of the telescope, it had been written in the Bible that each star or constellation is unique in itself, one of a kind: "There is one glory of the sun, another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars; for one star differs from another star in glory" (1 Corinthians 15:41).

• What scientists are now beginning to know and recognize, that space is expanding, or being stretched out, was written in the Bible about two thousand years ago. God has repeatedly said in the Bible that He 'stretches' or 'expands' the sky or the sky:

• Job 9:8 - “He alone spreads out the heavens, And treads on the waves of the sea;”

• Isaiah 42:5 – “Thus says God the Lord, Who created the heavens and stretched them out, Who spread forth the earth and that which comes from it, Who gives breath to the people on it, And spirit to those who walk on it”

• Jeremiah 51:15 - “He has made the earth by His power; He has established the world by His wisdom, And stretched out the heaven by His understanding”

• Zechariah 12:1 “The burden of the word of the Lord against Israel. Thus says the Lord, who stretches out the heavens, lays the foundation of the earth, and forms the spirit of man within him”

Even until the early twentieth century, scientists (including Einstein) believed that space or the sky was static. Others said that space should have collapsed due to the force of gravity. Then astronomer and space scientist Edwin Hubble showed in 1929 that the distant galaxies are getting further away from Earth, and the more distant they are, the faster they are receding. This discovery caused an uproar in space science, and gave rise to many new concepts; Einstein also accepted and corrected his mistake. 

What space scientists are beginning to accept as fact today, about the mutual bonding and relationship of galaxies, God had written his word in the Bible more than 4000 years ago.

• In the Book of Job, one of the oldest books of the Bible, about 4000 years ago, God asks Job, “Can you bind the cluster of the Pleiades, Or loose the belt of Orion?" (Job 38:31). Science has now come to know that the stars of the constellation Pleiades are bound together by their strong gravitational force; whereas the constellation Orion's stars are not loosely bound together, and because of this its stars are moving away from each other, because their mutual gravitational force is not enough to hold them together.

• About 3000 years ago in the Bible, in Psalm 19:6, it is written of the Sun “Its rising is from one end of heaven, And its circuit to the other end; And there is nothing hidden from its heat." There was a time when scientists ridiculed this Biblical verse, and they thought this verse implies that the Earth is the center and the Sun revolves around it. At the same time, they also believed that the Sun is stationary at its place in space. But now science has learned that the Bible is true, the Sun is not stationary in one place, but is actually moving around a very large circuit in space at a speed of about 600,000 miles per hour.

Once again, creation affirms, and glorifies its Creator; does not testify against Him. This wonderful Creator, in His great love for you, is inviting you to be with Him and escape the imminent destruction of the world. Because in His great love for you, He has taken upon himself the punishment of your sins through his sacrifice on the cross, and has prepared for you a provision to be free from that punishment; Hence your one prayers with a sincere heart and genuine repentance, “Lord Jesus please forgive my sins, and take me under your shelter; Take charge of me" will save your eternity by turning it into an everlasting one. Will you accept this loving and forgiving invitation from your Creator, and take refuge in Him, and be safe? He loves you, wants your best, and is waiting for you.

If you have not yet accepted the discipleship of the Lord, make your decision in favor of the Lord Jesus now to ensure your eternal life and heavenly blessings. Where there is obedience to the Lord, where there is respect and obedience to His Word, there is also the blessing and protection of the Lord. Repenting of your sins, and asking the Lord Jesus for forgiveness of your sins, voluntarily and sincerely, surrendering yourself to Him - is the only way to salvation and heavenly life. You only have to say a short but sincere prayer to the Lord Jesus Christ willingly and with a penitent heart, and at the same time completely commit and submit your life to Him. You can also make this prayer and submission in words something like, “Lord Jesus, I am sorry for my sins and repent of them. I thank you for taking my sins upon yourself, paying for them through your life.  Because of them you died on the cross in my place, were buried, and you rose again from the grave on the third day for my salvation, and today you are the living Lord God and have freely provided to me the forgiveness, and redemption from my sins, through faith in you. Please forgive my sins, take me under your care, and make me your disciple. I submit my life into your hands." Your one prayer from a sincere and committed heart will make your present and future life, in this world and in the hereafter, heavenly and blessed for eternity.
