       जब मसीही विश्वास का आधार परमेश्वर का वचन, बाइबल नहीं, परंतु मनुष्यों द्वारा किया गया प्रचार दी गई शिक्षाएं होता है, चाहे यह परमेश्वर के नाम में, और बाइबल की बातों पर आधारित कर के दिया जाए, तब हमेशा ही जाने-अनजाने में कोई त्रुटि आ जाने, और उस त्रुटि के समय के साथ बढ़ते जाने की संभावना बनी रहती है। इसीलिए बाइबल में बेरिया के मसीही विश्वासियों की प्रशंसा और सराहना की गई है, क्योंकि उन्होंने पौलुस द्वारा किए गए प्रचार और दी गई शिक्षाओं की पहले पवित्र शास्त्र से पुष्टि की, और तब ही स्वीकार किया, पालन किया (प्रेरितों 17:11)। किन्तु परमेश्वर के वचन में दिए गए इन अनुसरण के योग्य उदाहरण को नज़रन्दाज़ करते हुए, आज लोग उसी से संतुष्ट हैं, उसे ही स्वीकार करने को तैयार रहते हैं, जो मनुष्यों द्वारा उन्हें पुल्पिट पर से बताया और सिखाया जाता है; बिना उसे वचन से जाँचे, वचन से उसकी पुष्टि करे, उसे स्वीकार कर लेते हैं। परिणाम स्वरूप शैतान ने ईसाई या मसीही समाज को अपनी गलत शिक्षाओं, झूठे सिद्धांतों, और परमेश्वर के वचन की हर बात के लिए शैतानी, गलत व्याख्याओं से भर दिया है। हमारे अध्ययन के विषय, प्रभु भोज के बारे में भी उसने दो बहुत गलत बातें घुसा और बैठा दी हैं, जिनके परिणाम अनन्तकाल का विनाश हैं। इन दो बातों में पहली है कि लोग प्रभु की मेज़ में चाहे जिस रीति से भाग ले सकते हैं, परमेश्वर के वचन में दी गई विधि के अनुसार भाग लेना आवश्यक नहीं है, विभिन्न समुदायों और डिनॉमिनेशंस में मनुष्यों के द्वारा बनाई गई रीतियाँ और विधियाँ भी परमेश्वर को स्वीकार्य हैं; और दूसरी है कि प्रभु भोज में भाग लेने से व्यक्ति धर्मी, परमेश्वर को स्वीकार्य, और स्वर्ग में प्रवेश के लिए योग्य बन जाता है। ये दोनों ही परमेश्वर के वचन की शिक्षाओं के बहुत ही गलत और विकृत शैतानी रूप हैं, बाइबल के आधार पर बिल्कुल गलत हैं। लेकिन फिर भी परमेश्वर की बात मानने और बाइबल से सही बात को सीखने, तथा अपने आप को सुधारने की बजाए, लोगों की मनसा अपने ही धार्मिक-अगुवों की सुनने और मानने और उन्हें प्रसन्न रखने की रहती है; बिना इस बात का एहसास किए कि परमेश्वर के वचन को सीखने और पालन करने के द्वारा परमेश्वर को प्रसन्न करने वाले होने के स्थान पर मनुष्यों की शिक्षाओं का पालन करके मनुष्यों को प्रसन्न करने वाले होने के द्वारा वे अनंत विनाश के मार्ग पर अग्रसर हैं।

        प्रभु भोज में भाग लेने से संबंधित गलत शिक्षाओं और धारणाओं को दूर करने के उद्देश्य से हम इस विषय का बाइबल से, इसके प्ररूप, फसह के आधार पर, जिसे मनाते समय प्रभु यीशु ने प्रभु भोज की स्थापना की थी, अध्ययन कर रहे हैं। फसह से संबंधित परमेश्वर के निर्देश और आज्ञाएँ निर्गमन 12 तथा परमेश्वर द्वारा मूसा में होकर दी गई व्यवस्था में मिलती हैं, और इनके द्वारा हम प्रभु की मेज़ में योग्य रीति से भाग लेने से संबंधित बहुत सी बातें सीख सकते हैं। वर्तमान में हम यह अध्ययन निर्गमन 12 से कर रहे हैं, और पिछले कुछ लेखों में हमने निर्गमन 12:8-10 में दिए गए प्रतीकों और चिह्नों से सीखा है। आज भी हम इन्हीं पदों का प्रयोग अपने विषय से संबंधित आगे की बातों को सीखने के लिए करेंगे, विशेषकर इन पदों में दिए गए प्रतीकों और चिह्नों के द्वारा हम प्रभु यीशु मसीह द्वारा सही गई यातनाओं और क्रूस की पीड़ाओं को देखेंगे।

        निर्गमन 12:9 हमें बताता है कि बलि किए जाने के बाद फसह के मेमने को सीधे आग पर पकाना था; उसे न तो कच्चा खाना था, न उसे उबाल कर पकाना था; और साथ ही उसे संपूर्णतः आग पर पकाना था, आग पर पकाने से पहले उसके किसी भी भाग को न तो निकालना था और न फेंकना था। उस समय की इस्राएलियों की परिस्थिति के अनुसार, यह उनके शीघ्रता से, अल्प-कालीन सूचना पर, कूच करने के लिए तैयार रहने के साथ मेल खाता था। किन्तु यह उन दुखों और पीड़ाओं, न केवल शारीरिक पर आत्मिक भी, का भी सूचक है जिन्हें प्रभु को सहना था। सीधे आग पर पकाए या भूने जाने का अर्थ है उस मेमने को, यद्यपि वह मरा हुआ था, आग की गर्मी को, उसकी लपटों की जलन को सीधे अपनी देह पर झेलना। यह इस बात का प्रतीक था कि प्रभु यीशु को परमेश्वर के प्रकोप की ज्वाला, उसकी गर्मी को अपने शरीर पर झेलना था, जीवित होते हुए, और बुरी तरह से प्रताड़ित किए गए घायल शरीर और घावों के साथ।

        उसे न तो कच्चा खा सकते थे, और न ही उबाल कर पका सकते थे। कच्चा खाने का तात्पर्य होता कि प्रभु यीशु का अपने प्राण बलिदान कर देना भर ही पर्याप्त होता। किन्तु यह अपूर्ण बलिदान होता क्योंकि तब प्रभु ने परमेश्वर के उस प्रकोप को सहन नहीं किया होता, जिसे हम करते, यदि मसीह ने हमें छुड़ाया नहीं होता। इसलिए न केवल प्रभु की मृत्यु अनिवार्य थी, साथ ही उसे पाप के प्रति परमेश्वर की पूर्ण प्रकोप की ज्वाला को भी झेलना था। इसी कारण से मेमने को उबाल कर भी नहीं पकाया जा सकता था, क्योंकि उसका अर्थ होता उस अग्नि की गर्मी को कुछ कम सहन करना। किन्तु हमारे पापों के दण्ड को हमारे स्थान पर सहन करने वाले, हमारे प्रायश्चित को पूरा करने वाले को ठीक उसी प्रकार से दण्ड को सहना था जैसे हमें सहना पड़ता, यदि हम पापों से छुड़ाए नहीं गए होते।

        अगले लेख में हम प्रभु द्वारा क्रूस पर हमारे स्थान पर उठाई गई पीड़ा को और आगे देखेंगे, इसके बारे में कुछ और सीखेंगे।

Exodus 12:8-10 (4) - The Lord’s Table & The Sufferings of Christ (1)

       When the basis of Christian Faith is not God’s Word, the Bible, but the teachings and preaching by men, even if they are in the name of God, and supposedly based on Biblical concepts, there is always room for inadvertent error, which can get compounded with time. That is why in the Bible, the Christian Believers of Berea have been commended, because they did not accept Paul’s preaching and message until they had verified it from the Scriptures (Acts 17:11). But unlike this example in God’s Word, that’s worthy of emulation, people are quite content with listening and accepting whatever is told to them from the pulpit, without bothering to cross-check and verify it from the Bible before accepting it. Consequently, Satan has been able to fill Christendom with his wrong teachings, false doctrines, devious misinterpretations of God’s Word about everything that the Bible has to say. About our topic of study, the Holy Communion, he has infiltrated and firmly established two grossly erroneous teachings, whose consequences are eternally disastrous. These two teachings are, firstly, people can participate in the Lord’s Table in any manner, not necessarily as per the instructions given in God’s Word, but as per the man-made practices of their sects and denomination, and it will all be acceptable to God; and the second is that partaking of the Lord’s Table makes the person righteous, acceptable to God, and worthy of entry into heaven. Both are serious satanic perversions of God’s Word and instructions, absolutely wrong on the basis of the Bible. Yet, instead of obeying God, learning the truth from the Bible, and correcting themselves, people are more interested and concerned about obeying their religious leaders and pleasing them; not realizing that they are headed to eternal destruction because of being not God-pleasers and learners of God’s Word, but men-pleasers and followers of teachings of men.

        To dispel the wrong teachings about partaking of the Holy Communion, we have been studying this subject from the Bible, presently through its antecedent, the Passover, through which the Lord Jesus established the Holy Communion. God’s instructions and teachings about the Passover are given in Exodus 12 and in the Law, given by God through Moses; and they teach us many things about worthily participating in the Lord’s Table. Presently we have been doing this study from Exodus 12, and for the past few articles, we have been studying through the symbolisms and things given in Exodus 12:8-10. Today too, we will use the same verses to learn further the things related to our topic, especially about the sufferings of Christ in undergoing crucifixion, through the symbolisms in these verses.

        Exodus 12:9 tells us that after being sacrificed, the Passover lamb was to be cooked directly on the fire; it was not to be eaten raw, nor was to be boiled. Also, it was to be cooked whole, no part of it was to be removed and discarded before roasting it on fire. While, in context of the prevailing situation for the Israelites at that time, this was consistent with their being ready and prepared to depart hurriedly, at a moment’s notice; but it also symbolizes the suffering and agony the Lord had to undergo, not just physical, but spiritual as well. Roasting directly on the fire meant the lamb, though dead, had to have the heat, the flames directly burn its body. Symbolizing that the Lord Jesus had to suffer the full heat of God’s wrath while still alive, and that too after having been subjected to severe torture and flogging before that.

        It could not be eaten raw, nor boiled. Eating raw would have implied that for the Lord Jesus Christ, the Lamb of God, just giving up His life would have sufficed. But that would have been an incomplete sacrifice, since then He would not have suffered the wrath of God for our sins; wrath which we would have to suffer, if we had not been redeemed by Christ. So, not only was His death necessary, but He also had to suffer the excruciating heat of God’s wrath for sin in its full intensity. For similar reasons, the sacrificial lamb could not be boiled and cooked, since that would have meant softening the heat to an extent. Whereas our sin-substitute, the Lord Jesus had to suffer it exactly as we would have, if we were punished for our sins, to complete the atonement.

        In the next article we see some more about the Lord's suffering on the Cross for us, learn some more things.

        If you have not yet accepted the discipleship of the Lord Jesus, then take a decision in its favor now to secure your eternal life and heavenly blessings. The Lord's security and blessings are present where there is obedience of the Lord, where His Word is honored and followed. If you are still not Born Again, have not obtained salvation, or have not asked the Lord Jesus for forgiveness for your sins, then you have the time and opportunity to do so right now. Ask the Lord Jesus to forgive your sins, and voluntarily and sincerely surrender yourselves into His hands - this is the only way to salvation and heavenly life. All you have to do is say a short prayer, voluntarily and with a sincere heart, with heartfelt repentance for your sins, and a fully submissive attitude. You can do this in this manner, “Lord Jesus, I confess that I have disobeyed You, and have knowingly or unknowingly, in mind, in thought, in attitude, and in deeds, committed sins. I believe that you have fully borne the punishment of my sins by your sacrifice on the cross, and have paid the full price of those sins for all eternity. Please forgive my sins, change my heart and mind towards you, and make me your disciple, take me with you." God longs for your company and wants to see you blessed, but to make this possible, is your personal decision. One prayer said with a sincere and surrendered heart will turn your present and future, your life here on earth and in the next world, forever and make you heavenly and blessed. Will you not say this prayer now, while you have the time and opportunity to do so? The decision is yours.

वर्तमान में हम उन गलत और झूठी शिक्षाओं के बारे में विचार कर रहे हैं जिन्हें शैतान तथा उसके लोगों ने प्रभु यीशु के बारे में फैला रखा है, ताकि उसके ईश्वरत्व और समस्त मानव-जाति के पापों से छुड़ाए जाने के लिए कलवरी के क्रूस पर दिए गए उसके बलिदान को मिथ्या दिखा सके। पिछल लेखों में हमने प्रभु यीशु के परमेश्वर होने, उनके देहधारी होकर पृथ्वी पर आने और रहने, और सेवकाई आरम्भ करने से पहले के उनके निवास के बारे में फैलाई गई गलत बातों और झूठी शिक्षाओं के बारे में देखा है। हमने बाइबल के उन पदों को भी देखा है जो इन गलत एवं झूठी बातों का खण्डन करते हैं। आज से हम प्रभु यीशु की सेवकाई के एक बहुत महत्वपूर्ण भाग, जिस पर शैतान बहुत तीखे और बहुतायत से प्रहार करता है - प्रभु के क्रूस पर चढ़ाए जाने, मारे जाने, गाड़े जाने, और फिर से जी उठने से सम्बन्धित गलत शिक्षाओं और झूठी बातों के बारे में देखेंगे। 

प्रभु यीशु मसीह के बारे में अधिकांश गलत शिक्षाएं उनके मृतकों में से पुनरुत्थान से संबंधित हैं, उसे नकारने और बिगाड़ने के प्रयास हैं। ऐसा इसलिए क्योंकि प्रभु यीशु मसीह का पुनरुत्थान ही मसीही विश्वास का आधार है – यदि मसीही विश्वास में से पुनरुत्थान को हटा दें, या उसे झूठा प्रमाणित कर दें, तो फिर मसीही जीवन और शिक्षाएँ किसी भी अन्य धर्म की शिक्षाओं से भिन्न नहीं रह जाती हैं। 1 कुरिन्थियों 15 – पूरा अध्याय इसी विषय – पुनरुत्थान के महत्व, पर है, और पवित्र आत्मा की अगुवाई में पौलुस लिखता है कि यदि पुनरुत्थान नहीं है, यदि मसीह का पुनरुत्थान नहीं हुआ, तो मसीही विश्वास से संबंधित सभी प्रचार और शिक्षा व्यर्थ है (1 कुरिन्थियों 15:12-18)। इसीलिए, जैसा 1 कुरिन्थियों 15:12 में पूछे गए प्रश्न से प्रकट है, कलीसिया के आरंभ के साथ ही प्रभु यीशु के पुनरुत्थान की वास्तविकता पर हमले होने, उसका इनकार करने के प्रयास आरंभ हो गए थे। पुनरुत्थान को झुठलाने के शैतान के ये प्रयास दिखाते हैं कि यह तथ्य उसके तथा उसके राज्य के लिए कितना खतरनाक एवं घातक है।

पुनरुत्थान से संबंधित सामान्यतः देखी और कही जाने वाली गलत शिक्षाएं हैं:

पुनरुत्थान को झूठा ठहराने का पहला प्रयास तो पुनरुत्थान के दिन ही किया गया था – मत्ती 28:11-15 – लोगों में यह बात फैला दी गई कि प्रभु जी नहीं उठा, वरन उसकी लोथ उसके चेलों ने चुरा ली – किन्तु कोई भी, कभी भी, उन भयभीत और प्रभु को छोड़ कर भागे हुए, अपनी जान बचाकर लोगों से छुपे हुए शिष्यों के पास से उस लोथ को निकलवाकर प्रभु के पुनरुत्थान के उनके प्रचार को आज तक भी झूठ प्रमाणित नहीं कर सका। यदि लोथ को निकलवाकर दिखा दिया गया होता, तो पुनरुत्थान का दावा तुरन्त ही झूठा प्रमाणित हो जाता; लेकिन न तो तब, और न तब से लेकर आज तक यह किया जा सका है। 

प्रभु की लोथ चुराने से संबंधित कुछ अन्य कहानियाँ यह भी हैं:

* अरिमथिया के यूसुफ ने, जिसने निकुदेमुस के साथ मिलाकर प्रभु यीशु को दफनाया था (यूहन्ना 19:38-42), उसी ने प्रभु को किसी और स्थान पर ले जाकर दफना दिया, क्योंकि उस दिन सबत आरंभ होने वाला था, इसलिए उसे यह कार्य शीघ्रता से करना पड़ा था। इसीलिए जहाँ यीशु को पहले दफनाया गया, वह कब्र खाली पाई गई। - किन्तु, यूसुफ क्योंकि एक गुप्त शिष्य था, इसलिए उसके द्वारा बिना अन्य शिष्यों को इसके विषय बताए, किसी और स्थान पर ले जाकर दफनाना उचित नहीं लगता है; और ऐसा करने से क्या लाभ होने वाला था? और फिर यदि वे जानते थे कि यीशु जी नहीं उठा है तो फिर शिष्यों में इतनी हिम्मत कैसे आ गई कि वे हर सताव और दुःख सहते हुए भी प्रभु के पुनरुत्थान और सुसमाचार का प्रचार करने से रोके नहीं जा सके?

* रोमियों ने लोथ ले जाकर कहीं और दफना दी – ध्यान कीजिए कि पिलातुस ने यीशु के निर्दोष होने पर भी उसको इसलिए क्रूस पर चढ़ाए जाने दिया क्योंकि वह यरूशलेम में शान्ति बनाए रखना चाहता था – यीशु की लोथ को निकालने और इधर से उधर करने से तो यहीदुयों में अशांति फैलने की संभावना अधिक थी।

* यहूदियों ने ही लोथ निकालकर कहीं और दफना दी – तो फिर जब शिष्य उसके पुनरुत्थान का प्रचार करने लगे, तो उन्होंने वह लोथ निकालकर क्यों नहीं दिखाई?

अगले लेख में हम प्रभु यीशु के क्रूस पर चढ़ाए जाने, मारे जाने, और जी उठने के बारे में फैलाई गई कुछ गलत और झूठी बातों के बारे में देखेंगे।

Some False Teachings about the Lord Jesus (3)

    

Presently, we are considering the wrong teachings that Satan and his agents have propagated about the Lord Jesus, to deny His divinity and sacrificial atoning work for the salvation of all of mankind, on the Cross of Calvary. In the previous articles we have seen about the lies spread about the Lord Jesus being God, incarnated in human form on earth; and about His whereabouts till the time of His beginning His earthly ministry. We have also seen the Bible verses that disprove all these false teachings about Him. From today, we will begin to consider about a very important aspect of the Lord's ministry - His crucifixion, death, and resurrection, which is also vehemently attacked and denied.

There are many wrong teachings preached and propagated about the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, to negate it or to bring doubts into it. This is because the resurrection of the Lord Jesus from the dead is the basis of the Christian Faith. If Christ’s resurrection is taken away, or proven to be false, then the Christian teachings are no different from the teachings of any other religion of the world. The whole of 1 Corinthians 15 chapter is on this theme - the significance and importance of the Lord’s resurrection. Under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, the Apostle Paul writes if there is no resurrection, then all preaching and teaching about the Christian Faith is vain (1 Corinthians 15:12-18). Therefore, as is apparent from the rhetorical question of 1 Corinthians 15:12, from the very beginning of the Church of the Lord Jesus, attacks and attempts to falsify and discredit the fact of the Lord’s resurrection had started. These satanic attempts at falsifying and disproving the resurrection of the Lord Jesus indicate how detrimental and fatal this fact is for the satanic kingdom. 

Some of the commonly preached wrong teachings about the Lord’s resurrection are:

The first attempt of showing the resurrection to be false was made on the very day of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus - Matthew 28:11-15 - it was spread among the people that the Lord did not rise again, rather, His dead body was stolen away by His disciples - but no one could ever bring back and show the dead body of the Lord from those frightened disciples who had abandoned Him and run away for their lives, hidden themselves, and did not have any courage to face the people. If the body could have been produced, the resurrection would have been proven false immediately, but it never happened because the dead body was never there; nor has it ever been presented till date!

Some more stories about the body being taken away are:

* Joseph of Arimathea, who along with Nicodemus, had buried the Lord Jesus (John 19:38-42), took the body and buried it at some other location, because on the day of crucifixion he could not do the last rites properly since the Sabbath was about to begin, so he did them hurriedly. Therefore, the place where the Lord was first buried was found to be empty. - But since Joseph was a ‘secret disciple’ of the Lord, therefore he changed the burial site without informing the other disciples. But this is hardly an acceptable explanation; why would Joseph not inform the disciples, then or later; and how would keeping this a secret be of any benefit? Moreover, if the disciples knew that their Lord had not risen again from the dead, how did so much courage and commitment come in them, that undaunted by the severe persecution for their faith, they could not keep themselves from preaching the Gospel of the Lord Jesus?

* The Romans took the body of the Lord and buried it elsewhere - remember, Pilate though well aware that He was innocent allowed Jesus to be crucified because he wanted to maintain peace in Jerusalem - by taking out the buried body of Jesus and moving it elsewhere, the possibility of unrest and protests by the Jews was far more; so why would he allow and risk it?

* The Jews took the body and buried it at some other place. If so, then when the disciples started to claim and preach the resurrection of the Lord, then why did the Jews not show them where the body was and put an end to their preaching?

In the next article we will see some false and wrong things spread regarding the crucifixion, death, and resurrection of the Lord Jesus. 

If you have not yet accepted the discipleship of the Lord Jesus, then take a decision in its favor now to secure your eternal life and heavenly blessings. The Lord's security and blessings are present where there is obedience of the Lord, where His Word is honored and followed. If you are still not Born Again, have not obtained salvation, or have not asked the Lord Jesus for forgiveness for your sins, then you have the time and opportunity to do so right now. Ask the Lord Jesus to forgive your sins, and voluntarily and sincerely surrender yourselves into His hands - this is the only way to salvation and heavenly life. All you have to do is say a short prayer, voluntarily and with a sincere heart, with heartfelt repentance for your sins, and a fully submissive attitude. You can do this in this manner, “Lord Jesus, I confess that I have disobeyed You, and have knowingly or unknowingly, in mind, in thought, in attitude, and in deeds, committed sins. I believe that you have fully borne the punishment of my sins by your sacrifice on the cross, and have paid the full price of those sins for all eternity. Please forgive my sins, change my heart and mind towards you, and make me your disciple, take me with you." God longs for your company and wants to see you blessed, but to make this possible, is your personal decision. One prayer said with a sincere and surrendered heart will turn your present and future, your life here on earth and in the next world, forever and make you heavenly and blessed. Will you not say this prayer now, while you have the time and opportunity to do so? The decision is yours.

    पिछले लेख में हमने प्रेरितों 2:38-42 में दिए गए सच्चे मसीही विश्वासियों के सात गुणों में से तीसरे गुण से सम्बन्धित कुछ बातों को देखा था। यह तीसरा गुण, प्रेरितों 2:40 में दिया गया है, और सच्चे मसीही विश्वासियों से माँग करता है कि वे सभी प्रभु के विरोधियों तथा संसार के लोगों से स्वयं को पृथक कर लें। हमने आरम्भिक मसीही विश्वासियों के उदाहरणों से देखा था कि, ऐसा करने से उन्हें किस प्रकार से घोर विरोध और सताव का सामना करना पड़ा था। किन्तु इन बातों के कारण घबराए बिना, वे दृढ़ता से अपनी सेवकाई में लगे रहे, यहा तक कि प्रभु के लिए दुख उठाने के कारण वे आनन्दित भी हुए। आज हम उनके पृथक हो जाने स सम्बन्धित कुछ पदों को देखेंगे और समझेंगे कि क्यों यह पृथक होना प्रत्येक प्रतिबद्ध मसीही के लिए अनिवार्य है।  

    हम उन के उदाहरणों से देखते हैं कि उन प्राथमिक मसीही विश्वासियों के अन्दर तुरंत ही कितना भारी परिवर्तन, और अपने मसीही विश्वास के दायित्व के प्रति कितना गहरा समर्पण आ गया था। वे हर हाल, हर परिस्थिति में, सताव सह कर भी, संसार और संसार के लोगों के साथ समझौते का नहीं, वरन विपरीत हालात में भी प्रभु की आज्ञाकारिता का जीवन जीते थे; उसके लिए सब कुछ सहने के लिए तैयार थे। परमेश्वर पवित्र आत्मा ने इसके विषय मसीही विश्वासियों के लिए लिखवाया है:

    * और वह इस निमित्त सब के लिये मरा, कि जो जीवित हैं, वे आगे को अपने लिये न जीएं परन्तु उसके लिये जो उन के लिये मरा और फिर जी उठा। (2 कुरिन्थियों 5:15)। 

    * तुम न तो संसार से और न संसार में की वस्तुओं से प्रेम रखो: यदि कोई संसार से प्रेम रखता है, तो उस में पिता का प्रेम नहीं है। क्योंकि जो कुछ संसार में है, अर्थात शरीर की अभिलाषा, और आंखों की अभिलाषा और जीविका का घमण्ड, वह पिता की ओर से नहीं, परन्तु संसार ही की ओर से है। और संसार और उस की अभिलाषाएं दोनों मिटते जाते हैं, पर जो परमेश्वर की इच्छा पर चलता है, वह सर्वदा बना रहेगा। (1 यूहन्ना 2:15-17)।

    * हे व्यभिचारिणयों, क्या तुम नहीं जानतीं, कि संसार से मित्रता करनी परमेश्वर से बैर करना है सो जो कोई संसार का मित्र होना चाहता है, वह अपने आप को परमेश्वर का बैरी बनाता है। (याकूब 4:4)।

    इसीलिए प्रभु यीशु मसीह ने कहा था, उसने सब से कहा, यदि कोई मेरे पीछे आना चाहे, तो अपने आप से इनकार करे और प्रति दिन अपना क्रूस उठाए हुए मेरे पीछे हो ले (लूका 9:23)। आज प्रभु की खेती में शैतान द्वारा बोए गए झूठे ‘मसीही’ तरह-तरह की गलत शिक्षाओं का प्रचार और संसार के साथ समझौते का जीवन जीने की बातों को सिखाते और दिखाते हैं। वे संसार के साथ समझौता कर के एक आराम और समृद्धि का जीवन जीने की बातें करते हैं। जैसे जब इस्राएली मिस्र के दासत्व से छुड़ाए गए, तो उनके साथ एक मिली-जुली भीड़ भी निकल आई (निर्गमन 12:38)। ये भीड़ इस्राएलियों के साथ ही रहती और चलती थी; उन्हें भी मन्ना मिलता था, परमेश्वर की देखभाल और सुरक्षा उन पर भी रहती थी। किन्तु यह मिली-जुली भीड़ इस्राएलियों के लिए दुख और पतन का कारण बन गई, उसने इस्राएलियों को परमेश्वर के कोप का भागी बना दिया (गिनती 11:4-6, 10, 33), और अन्ततः कनान में प्रवेश के समय उस मिली-जुली भीड़ का इस्राएलियों के साथ होने का कोई उल्लेख नहीं है; सम्भवतः बलवाई इस्राएलियों के साथ वे भी जंगल में नाश हो गए, आशीष की भूमि तक नहीं पहुँच सके।

    यदि आप एक मसीही विश्वासी हैं, तो हर परिस्थिति में प्रभु और उसके निर्देशों के प्रति सच्चे और आज्ञाकारी बने रहने में ही आपकी आशीष और सुरक्षित भविष्य है। आज के ईसाई या मसीही समाज में शैतान के द्वारा कलीसिया में घुसाए गए झूठे ‘विश्वासियों’ की कमी नहीं है। ये झूठे विश्वासी हमेशा संसार के समान कार्य और व्यवहार करने, संसार के लोगों के साथ समझौते करने, परमेश्वर के वचन की अनदेखी और अनाज्ञाकारिता करने के लिए ही उकसाते रहते हैं, विश्वासियों के मसीही विश्वास और जीवन में अग्रसर होने को बाधित करते रहते हैं। प्रत्येक सच्चे मसीही विश्वासी के लिए प्रभु का निर्देश है, अपने आप को इस टेढ़ी जाति से बचाओ (प्रेरितों 2:40)।

  यदि आपने अभी तक प्रभु की शिष्यता को स्वीकार नहीं किया है, तो अपने अनन्त जीवन और स्वर्गीय आशीषों को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए अभी उसके पक्ष में अपना निर्णय कर लीजिए। जहाँ प्रभु की आज्ञाकारिता है, उसके वचन की बातों का आदर और पालन है, वहाँ प्रभु की आशीष और सुरक्षा भी है। यदि आपने अभी तक नया जन्म, उद्धार नहीं पाया है, प्रभु यीशु से अपने पापों के लिए क्षमा नहीं माँगी है, तो अभी आपके पास समय और अवसर है कि यह कर लें। प्रभु यीशु से अपने पापों के लिए क्षमा माँगकर, स्वेच्छा से तथा सच्चे मन से अपने आप को उसकी अधीनता में समर्पित कर दीजिए - उद्धार और स्वर्गीय जीवन का यही एकमात्र मार्ग है। आपको स्वेच्छा और सच्चे मन से प्रभु यीशु मसीह से केवल एक छोटी प्रार्थना करनी है, और साथ ही अपना जीवन उसे पूर्णतः समर्पित करना है। आप यह प्रार्थना और समर्पण कुछ इस प्रकार से भी कर सकते हैं, “प्रभु यीशु मैं आपका धन्यवाद करता हूँ कि आपने मेरे पापों की क्षमा और समाधान के लिए उन पापों को अपने ऊपर लिया, उनके कारण मेरे स्थान पर क्रूस की मृत्यु सही, गाड़े गए, और मेरे उद्धार के लिए आप तीसरे दिन जी भी उठे, और आज जीवित प्रभु परमेश्वर हैं। कृपया मेरे पापों को क्षमा करें, मुझे अपनी शरण में लें, और मुझे अपना शिष्य बना लें। मैं अपना जीवन आप के हाथों में समर्पित करता हूँ।” परमेश्वर आपके साथ संगति रखने की बहुत लालसा रखता है तथा आपको आशीषित देखना चाहता है, लेकिन इसे सम्भव करना आपका व्यक्तिगत निर्णय है। सच्चे और समर्पित मन से की गई आपकी एक प्रार्थना आपके वर्तमान तथा भविष्य को, इस लोक के और परलोक के जीवन को, अनन्तकाल के लिए स्वर्गीय एवं आशीषित बना देगी। क्या आप अभी समय और अवसर होते हुए, इस प्रार्थना को नहीं करेंगे? निर्णय आपका है।

The Church of Lord Jesus - Separated from the World & Worldliness (2)

    In the previous article we had seen some aspects of the third of the seven characteristics of a true Christian Believer given in Acts 2:38-42. This third characteristic is given in Acts 2:40, and calls the true Christian Believers to separate out from the opponents of the Lord and the people of the world. We had seen from the example of the initial Christian Believers, how doing this brought severe opposition and persecution upon them; but undaunted by these things, they continued in thier ministry steadfastly, even rejoicing for being counted worthy of suffering for the Lord. Today we will understand through some verses why this separating out is essential for the committed followers of the Lord.

    We see from their examples that how great a transformation had come in those initial Christian Believers, and how committed they had become to their responsibility to their faith. In every situation, every circumstance, even while suffering persecution, they never compromised with the world, or with the people of the world. Rather, even in adverse situations, they lived in obedience to the Lord Jesus, and were willing to suffer everything for Him. In this context, for the instructing the Christian Believers, the Holy Spirit has got it written:

    * and He died for all, that those who live should live no longer for themselves, but for Him who died for them and rose again. (2 Corinthians 5:15).

    * Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world--the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life--is not of the Father but is of the world. And the world is passing away, and the lust of it; but he who does the will of God abides forever. (1 John 2:15-17).

    * Adulterers and adulteresses! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Whoever therefore wants to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God. (James 4:4).

    That is why the Lord Jesus Christ had said, If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow Me (Luke 9:23). Today in the field of God, the ‘tares’ sown by Satan, masquerading as “Christians” are spreading many false teachings and beguiling people to live a comfortable life, even compromising with the world. When the Israelites were brought out of Egypt, a great ‘mixed-multitude’ also came out with them (Exodus 12:38). This great multitude lived and moved with the Israelites; they too ate of the manna, and enjoyed the safety and care of the Lord God. But this mixed-multitude was a cause for much trouble and suffering for the Israelites, made the Israelites suffer the wrath of God (Numbers 11:4-6, 10, 33); and eventually, at the time of the Israelites entering Canaan, there is no mention of this ‘mixed-multitude;’ probably, along with the rebellious Israelites, they too perished, not being worthy to enter the Promised Land of blessings. The same fate awaits these “tares” who are creating troubles and problems for the Christian Believers presently.

    If you are a Christian Believer, then make it point to remain true and obedient to the Lord and His instructions, His commandments; that is the only way to receive and grow in your blessings and safety. In today’s Christendom, there is no dearth of “false believers” infiltrated into the Church by Satan and his angels. These false believers, though living in the name of the Lord, as ‘Christians’, always act and behave like the people of the world, compromise with the world, and for personal benefits and comforts do not hesitate in disobeying the Lord; they not only do this but also provoke and instigate the actual Believers to do the same, and obstruct the spiritual growth and life of the Christian Believers, like the mixed-multitude did with the Israelites. To every true and actual Christian Believer, the commandment of the Lord, since the beginning of the Church is Be saved from this perverse generation (Acts 2:40).

    If you have not yet accepted the discipleship of the Lord Jesus, then to ensure your eternal life and heavenly rewards, take a decision in favor of the Lord Jesus now. Wherever there is surrender and obedience towards the Lord Jesus, the Lord’s blessings and safety are also there. If you are still not Born Again, have not obtained salvation, or have not asked the Lord Jesus for forgiveness for your sins, then you have the opportunity to do so right now. A short prayer said voluntarily with a sincere heart, with heartfelt repentance for your sins, and a fully submissive attitude, “Lord Jesus, I confess that I have disobeyed You, and have knowingly or unknowingly, in mind, in thought, in attitude, and in deeds, committed sins. I believe that you have fully borne the punishment of my sins by your sacrifice on the cross, and have paid the full price of those sins for all eternity. Please forgive my sins, change my heart and mind towards you, and make me your disciple, take me with you." God longs for your company and wants to see you blessed, but to make this possible, is your personal decision. मसीही विश्वासी - क्रूस उठाकर चलने के लिए तैयार रहता है

सुसमाचारों में दिए गए प्रभु यीशु मसीह के शिष्य के गुणों में से यह छठा गुण है कि मसीही विश्वासी, प्रभु यीशु के कहे के अनुसार, अपना इनकार करते हुए प्रतिदिन अपना क्रूस उठाकर चलने को तैयार रहता है। प्रभु यीशु ने अपने शिष्यों से कहा है:

* लूका 9:23 उसने सब से कहा, यदि कोई मेरे पीछे आना चाहे, तो अपने आप से इनकार करे और प्रति दिन अपना क्रूस उठाए हुए मेरे पीछे हो ले।

* लूका 14:27 और जो कोई अपना क्रूस न उठाए; और मेरे पीछे न आए; वह भी मेरा चेला नहीं हो सकता।

आज “क्रूस उठाकर चलना” एक मुहावरा बन कर रह गया है, और इससे उसका महत्व बहुत कम हो गया है। लोग किसी भी व्यक्तिगत कठिनाई, संकट, परेशानी, को अपना क्रूस बताने लगे हैं, और कठिनाइयों को झेलने को क्रूस उठाना कहने लगे हैं। किन्तु प्रभु ने जो बात अपने शिष्यों से कही थी, उसका वास्तविक और सही तात्पर्य इस वर्तमान प्रचलित अर्थ से बिल्कुल भिन्न है। वाक्यांश “क्रूस उठाकर चलना” के वास्तविक अर्थ को समझने के लिए हमें उस समय के उपयोग के अनुसार, इसके ऐतिहासिक अभिप्राय एवं प्रयोग को देखना होगा। प्रभु यीशु मसीह की पृथ्वी की सेवकाई के दिनों में क्रूस समाज के सबसे निकृष्ट और जघन्य अपराधियों को एक बहुत क्रूर और पीड़ादायक मृत्यु देने का तरीका था, जिसमें अपराधी बहुत धीरे-धीरे किन्तु अत्यधिक पीड़ा के साथ क्रूस पर टंगे-टंगे मरता था, कई बार उसे मरने में एक दिन से भी अधिक का समय लग जाता। क्रूस पर चढ़ाए जाने से पहले उस अपराधी को कोड़े मारने, पीटने, आदि के द्वारा सैनिक यातनाएं देते थे, फिर उस घायल अवस्था में, कोड़ों से उधेड़ दी गई उसकी पीठ पर, उसी से उसका काठ का बना भारी क्रूस उठवाकर उसे मारे जाने के सार्वजनिक स्थान पर ले जाते थे, जहाँ पर फिर उसे नंगा कर के उसके हाथों और पैरों को काठ पर ठोक कर, उसे धीरे-धीरे मरने के लिए छोड़ दिया जाता था, और मरने के समय तक उसका उपहास, और उसे यातना देना चलता रहता था; मरने के बाद ही उसे क्रूस पर से उतारा जाता था। 

इसलिए उस समय के समाज में जब लोग किसी को क्रूस उठाए जाते हुए देखते थे, तो उनके लिए उसमें कुछ बातें निहित और स्पष्ट होती थीं। देखने वाले जानते और समझते थे कि:

* वह व्यक्ति कोई बहुत जघन्य अपराधी है 

* उसने कुछ बहुत घृणित और निंदनीय कार्य किए हैं 

* इस कारण वह निन्दा, उपहास, और मृत्यु दण्ड के योग्य है 

* जहाँ वह व्यक्ति जा रहा है, वहाँ से अब वह जीवित वापस नहीं आएगा, केवल उसकी लाश ही लाई जाएगी। 

प्रभु यीशु मसीह पर इनमें में से कोई भी बात लागू नहीं होती थी, फिर भी प्रभु ने अपनी ईश्वरीय महिमा, अपने स्वर्गीय वैभव, अपने परमेश्वरत्व के स्तर एवं सम्मान को छोड़ कर, यह सब, मेरे, आपके, और समस्त संसार के सभी लोगों के उद्धार का मार्ग बनाने के लिए, स्वेच्छा से, परमेश्वर पिता की आज्ञाकारिता में (इब्रानियों 10:5-7; यूहन्ना 4:34; 6:38), सहना स्वीकार कर लिया, और सह लिया। साथ ही इस बात को भी ध्यान में रखना चाहिए, कि जिस समय प्रभु ने यह बात, यह वाक्यांश अपने शिष्यों से कहा था, उस समय तक उन्हें क्रूस पर नहीं चढ़ाया गया था; क्रूस पर होने वाली उनकी मृत्यु अभी भी एक भावी घटना थी। इसलिए वे शिष्य उस समय प्रभु की कही बात को अपने आस-पास की होने वाली बातों, औरों के साथ होने वाली घटनाओं, आदि के सन्दर्भ में ही समझ सकते थे।  

उपरोक्त तथ्यों के आधार पर हम निष्कर्ष निकाल सकते हैं कि जब प्रभु ने अपने शिष्यों से कहा कि उनके पीछे आने के लिए वे प्रतिदिन अपना क्रूस उठाकर उनके पीछे चलने के लिए तैयार रहें, तो उनका क्या अर्थ रहा होगा। प्रकट है कि प्रभु का अर्थ किसी व्यक्ति के द्वारा अपनी किसी व्यक्तिगत समस्या के लिए कठिनाई अथवा परेशानी का सामना करना नहीं था। सभी बातों को ध्यान में रखते हुए, कुल मिलाकर स्वाभाविक अर्थ यही निकलता है कि जो भी प्रभु यीशु का शिष्य बनना चाहे, उनका अनुसरण करना चाहे, जैसे परमेश्वर की आज्ञाकारिता में प्रभु ने संसार और समाज से अनुचित और अकारण उपहास, निन्दा, अत्यधिक यातनाएं, और क्रूर मृत्यु भी सही, उसी प्रकार वह शिष्य भी, मत्ती 10:16-20 तथा रोमियों 8:17-18 के अनुसार, प्रभु के अनुसरण, परमेश्वर के वचन की आज्ञाकारिता, और सुसमाचार प्रचार  के लिए, प्रतिदिन:

* अकारण अपमानित होने और निन्दा सहने के लिए तैयार रहे

* लोगों के हाथों मारे-पीटे, यातनाएं दिए जाने, और दुख उठाने के लिए तैयार रहे 

* अपने प्राणों तक को बलिदान करने के लिए तैयार रहे (यूहन्ना 16:1-2)

अर्थात, जब प्रभु यीशु का शिष्य, प्रभु की सेवकाई के लिए, प्रभु की आज्ञाकारिता में, घर से बाहर निकले तो किसी भी दुर्दशा, अथवा मृतक अवस्था में वापस लौटने के विचार के साथ निकले; और यह उसके लिए एक-दो दिन, अथवा यदा-कदा की नहीं, वरन प्रतिदिन की बात हो। साथ ही उसके अन्दर अपने लिए कोई महत्वाकांक्षा, किसी आदर-सम्मान को पाने, लोगों में कुछ स्तर रखने, अपने आप को किसी योग्य अथवा कुछ समझने की भावना न हो। उसके जीवन का एकमात्र उद्देश्य हर बात और हर परिस्थिति में, उन सभी के द्वारा, केवल परमेश्वर को आदर और महिमा देना होना चाहिए।

यदि आपने अभी तक प्रभु की शिष्यता को स्वीकार नहीं किया है, तो अपने अनन्त जीवन और स्वर्गीय आशीषों को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए अभी उसके पक्ष में अपना निर्णय कर लीजिए। जहाँ प्रभु की आज्ञाकारिता है, उसके वचन की बातों का आदर और पालन है, वहाँ प्रभु की आशीष और सुरक्षा भी है। यदि आपने अभी तक नया जन्म, उद्धार नहीं पाया है, प्रभु यीशु से अपने पापों के लिए क्षमा नहीं माँगी है, तो अभी आपके पास समय और अवसर है कि यह कर लें। प्रभु यीशु से अपने पापों के लिए क्षमा माँगकर, स्वेच्छा से तथा सच्चे मन से अपने आप को उसकी अधीनता में समर्पित कर दीजिए - उद्धार और स्वर्गीय जीवन का यही एकमात्र मार्ग है। आपको स्वेच्छा और सच्चे मन से प्रभु यीशु मसीह से केवल एक छोटी प्रार्थना करनी है, और साथ ही अपना जीवन उसे पूर्णतः समर्पित करना है। आप यह प्रार्थना और समर्पण कुछ इस प्रकार से भी कर सकते हैं, “प्रभु यीशु मैं आपका धन्यवाद करता हूँ कि आपने मेरे पापों की क्षमा और समाधान के लिए उन पापों को अपने ऊपर लिया, उनके कारण मेरे स्थान पर क्रूस की मृत्यु सही, गाड़े गए, और मेरे उद्धार के लिए आप तीसरे दिन जी भी उठे, और आज जीवित प्रभु परमेश्वर हैं। कृपया मेरे पापों को क्षमा करें, मुझे अपनी शरण में लें, और मुझे अपना शिष्य बना लें। मैं अपना जीवन आप के हाथों में समर्पित करता हूँ।” परमेश्वर आपके साथ संगति रखने की बहुत लालसा रखता है तथा आपको आशीषित देखना चाहता है, लेकिन इसे सम्भव करना आपका व्यक्तिगत निर्णय है। सच्चे और समर्पित मन से की गई आपकी एक प्रार्थना आपके वर्तमान तथा भविष्य को, इस लोक के और परलोक के जीवन को, अनन्तकाल के लिए स्वर्गीय एवं आशीषित बना देगी। क्या आप अभी समय और अवसर होते हुए, इस प्रार्थना को नहीं करेंगे? निर्णय आपका है।

English Translation

Christian Believer – Willing to Bear the Cross

The sixth characteristic of a disciple of the Lord Jesus, given in the Gospels is that the Christian Believer, as stated by the Lord Jesus, is always ready, for the Lord, for self-denial, and be willing to take up his cross daily. The Lord Jesus said to His disciples:

* Luke 9:23 Then He said to them all, "If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow Me.

* Luke 14:27 And whoever does not bear his cross and come after Me cannot be My disciple.

Today “carrying the cross” has become a phrase, and people often do not understand its meaning or importance. Usually, now-a-days, if anyone faces any problem, adversity, difficulty, etc., they start calling it their “cross”, and having to pass through any difficult circumstances is called “carrying the cross.” But the actual and true meaning of what the Lord said to His disciples is entirely different from any of this current and popular interpretation of this phrase. To understand the real meaning of this phrase, “carrying or bearing the cross”, we will have to step back in time, and see what it was actually used for in the days of the earthly ministry of the Lord. At the time the Lord Jesus Christ ministered on earth in a physical form, death by crucifixion was meant to be the most gruesome and painful death, and this penalty was given to the most heinous and depraved criminals. The criminal, condemned to death by crucifixion, died a very slow and very agonizing death, while hanging on the cross; and at times it would take him more than one day to die, all this while he hung on the cross, and suffered extremely. Before being crucified, the soldiers would first scourge him severely, and torture him in different ways; then in that wounded condition, the criminal would be made to lift his heavy wooden cross on his back made raw by the scourging, and carry it to the place where he was to be crucified, where he was then stripped naked, his hands and feet were nailed to the cross, and he was left hanging there to gradually die in torment. Till he died, the condemned criminal was subjected to continual ridicule and verbal abuse; and was taken off the cross only after he had died.

Therefore, at that time, when the people of the community saw someone going, carrying a cross, then they knew and understood certain things about that person; that:

* He is a heinous and depraved criminal

* He has committed some very serious and deplorable crimes

* For those crimes he is worthy of ridicule, abuse, and the death penalty

* Where that person is headed, carrying the cross, from there he will never return; only his dead body might be brought back

None of the above was true or applicable for the Lord Jesus, but still, the Lord Jesus had left His heavenly glory, majesty, divinity, and honor, and come down to earth, knowing that He will have to suffer all of this. He willingly allowed Himself to be treated in this deplorable manner, for you, me, and for all the people of the world, the entire mankind, in obedience to God the Father (Hebrews 10:5-7; John 4:34; 6:38), so that He could prepare and provide the way of salvation and reconciliation with God for the entire mankind. Also, please bear in mind that when the Lord Jesus had said this phrase to His disciples, He had not yet been crucified; His crucifixion was till a future event. So, the disciples could have only understood the Lord’s statement in context of what they saw happening to others.

On the basis of these facts about crucifixion we can infer what He would have meant when the Lord asked His disciples to be willing to daily bear or carry their cross, in their being willing to follow Him. It is evident that the Lord was not talking about anyone’s individual problems or difficulties here. Keeping all things in mind, the overall natural conclusion of what the Lord meant to say is that His follower must be ready and prepared to be obedient to God, and for that obedience be willing to suffer ridicule, abuse, humiliation, persecution to any extent possible, and even a cruel death - just as the Lord Jesus was obedient to God and suffered it all. As it says in Matthew 10:16-20 and Romans 8:17-18, a Christian Believer, a true disciple of the Lord should daily be willing to:

* Be insulted, humiliated, and dishonored without any reason or cause

* Be ready to be beaten up, persecuted, and made to suffer by the people of the world, even though he has done no wrong

* Be prepared to even be killed for being a follower of Christ Jesus (John 16:2).

In other words, when a committed and obedient disciple of the Lord Jesus, steps out of his house in obedience to the Lord, then he should do so expecting any of the above to happen to him at any time, and also that he may not even come back home alive; and this will not be for a day or two, or something that would happen occasionally, but he should expect it to be a daily happening! Moreover, as a disciple of the Lord, he should not harbor any desires or expectations of recognition, honor, status etc. from the people, nor should he think of having any abilities, or have any ambitions and aspirations of being acknowledged and exalted in any way. The aim of his life should always be to glorify God in and through everything.

If you are a disciple of the Lord, then on the basis of this sixth characteristic, by self-evaluation, where do you see yourself to be? Are you really willing and ready to “bear or carry your cross” daily for the sake of the Lord; or is this merely a phrase for you, which you find difficult to live up to, in actual practice? Is being a disciple of the Lord Jesus only the fulfilling of some religious formalities for you; or are you actually a truly committed and obedient disciple of the Lord Jesus?

If you have not yet accepted the discipleship of the Lord Jesus, then take a decision in its favor now to secure your eternal life and heavenly blessings. The Lord's security and blessings are present where there is obedience of the Lord, where His Word is honored and followed. If you are still not Born Again, have not obtained salvation, or have not asked the Lord Jesus for forgiveness for your sins, then you have the time and opportunity to do so right now. Ask the Lord Jesus to forgive your sins, and voluntarily and sincerely surrender yourselves into His hands - this is the only way to salvation and heavenly life. All you have to do is say a short prayer, voluntarily and with a sincere heart, with heartfelt repentance for your sins, and a fully submissive attitude. You can do this in this manner, “Lord Jesus, I confess that I have disobeyed You, and have knowingly or unknowingly, in mind, in thought, in attitude, and in deeds, committed sins. I believe that you have fully borne the punishment of my sins by your sacrifice on the cross, and have paid the full price of those sins for all eternity. Please forgive my sins, change my heart and mind towards you, and make me your disciple, take me with you." God longs for your company and wants to see you blessed, but to make this possible, is your personal decision. One prayer said with a sincere and surrendered heart will turn your present and future, your life here on earth and in the next world, forever and make you heavenly and blessed. Will you not say this prayer now, while you have the time and opportunity to do so? The decision is yours.
