प्रभु यीशु के विषय कुछ गलत शिक्षाएं (3)

वर्तमान में हम उन गलत और झूठी शिक्षाओं के बारे में विचार कर रहे हैं जिन्हें शैतान तथा उसके लोगों ने प्रभु यीशु के बारे में फैला रखा है, ताकि उसके ईश्वरत्व और समस्त मानव-जाति के पापों से छुड़ाए जाने के लिए कलवरी के क्रूस पर दिए गए उसके बलिदान को मिथ्या दिखा सके। पिछल लेखों में हमने प्रभु यीशु के परमेश्वर होने, उनके देहधारी होकर पृथ्वी पर आने और रहने, और सेवकाई आरम्भ करने से पहले के उनके निवास के बारे में फैलाई गई गलत बातों और झूठी शिक्षाओं के बारे में देखा है। हमने बाइबल के उन पदों को भी देखा है जो इन गलत एवं झूठी बातों का खण्डन करते हैं। आज से हम प्रभु यीशु की सेवकाई के एक बहुत महत्वपूर्ण भाग, जिस पर शैतान बहुत तीखे और बहुतायत से प्रहार करता है - प्रभु के क्रूस पर चढ़ाए जाने, मारे जाने, गाड़े जाने, और फिर से जी उठने से सम्बन्धित गलत शिक्षाओं और झूठी बातों के बारे में देखेंगे। 

प्रभु यीशु मसीह के बारे में अधिकांश गलत शिक्षाएं उनके मृतकों में से पुनरुत्थान से संबंधित हैं, उसे नकारने और बिगाड़ने के प्रयास हैं। ऐसा इसलिए क्योंकि प्रभु यीशु मसीह का पुनरुत्थान ही मसीही विश्वास का आधार है – यदि मसीही विश्वास में से पुनरुत्थान को हटा दें, या उसे झूठा प्रमाणित कर दें, तो फिर मसीही जीवन और शिक्षाएँ किसी भी अन्य धर्म की शिक्षाओं से भिन्न नहीं रह जाती हैं। 1 कुरिन्थियों 15 – पूरा अध्याय इसी विषय – पुनरुत्थान के महत्व, पर है, और पवित्र आत्मा की अगुवाई में पौलुस लिखता है कि यदि पुनरुत्थान नहीं है, यदि मसीह का पुनरुत्थान नहीं हुआ, तो मसीही विश्वास से संबंधित सभी प्रचार और शिक्षा व्यर्थ है (1 कुरिन्थियों 15:12-18)। इसीलिए, जैसा 1 कुरिन्थियों 15:12 में पूछे गए प्रश्न से प्रकट है, कलीसिया के आरंभ के साथ ही प्रभु यीशु के पुनरुत्थान की वास्तविकता पर हमले होने, उसका इनकार करने के प्रयास आरंभ हो गए थे। पुनरुत्थान को झुठलाने के शैतान के ये प्रयास दिखाते हैं कि यह तथ्य उसके तथा उसके राज्य के लिए कितना खतरनाक एवं घातक है।

पुनरुत्थान से संबंधित सामान्यतः देखी और कही जाने वाली गलत शिक्षाएं हैं:

पुनरुत्थान को झूठा ठहराने का पहला प्रयास तो पुनरुत्थान के दिन ही किया गया था – मत्ती 28:11-15 – लोगों में यह बात फैला दी गई कि प्रभु जी नहीं उठा, वरन उसकी लोथ उसके चेलों ने चुरा ली – किन्तु कोई भी, कभी भी, उन भयभीत और प्रभु को छोड़ कर भागे हुए, अपनी जान बचाकर लोगों से छुपे हुए शिष्यों के पास से उस लोथ को निकलवाकर प्रभु के पुनरुत्थान के उनके प्रचार को आज तक भी झूठ प्रमाणित नहीं कर सका। यदि लोथ को निकलवाकर दिखा दिया गया होता, तो पुनरुत्थान का दावा तुरन्त ही झूठा प्रमाणित हो जाता; लेकिन न तो तब, और न तब से लेकर आज तक यह किया जा सका है। 

प्रभु की लोथ चुराने से संबंधित कुछ अन्य कहानियाँ यह भी हैं:

* अरिमथिया के यूसुफ ने, जिसने निकुदेमुस के साथ मिलाकर प्रभु यीशु को दफनाया था (यूहन्ना 19:38-42), उसी ने प्रभु को किसी और स्थान पर ले जाकर दफना दिया, क्योंकि उस दिन सबत आरंभ होने वाला था, इसलिए उसे यह कार्य शीघ्रता से करना पड़ा था। इसीलिए जहाँ यीशु को पहले दफनाया गया, वह कब्र खाली पाई गई। - किन्तु, यूसुफ क्योंकि एक गुप्त शिष्य था, इसलिए उसके द्वारा बिना अन्य शिष्यों को इसके विषय बताए, किसी और स्थान पर ले जाकर दफनाना उचित नहीं लगता है; और ऐसा करने से क्या लाभ होने वाला था? और फिर यदि वे जानते थे कि यीशु जी नहीं उठा है तो फिर शिष्यों में इतनी हिम्मत कैसे आ गई कि वे हर सताव और दुःख सहते हुए भी प्रभु के पुनरुत्थान और सुसमाचार का प्रचार करने से रोके नहीं जा सके?

* रोमियों ने लोथ ले जाकर कहीं और दफना दी – ध्यान कीजिए कि पिलातुस ने यीशु के निर्दोष होने पर भी उसको इसलिए क्रूस पर चढ़ाए जाने दिया क्योंकि वह यरूशलेम में शान्ति बनाए रखना चाहता था – यीशु की लोथ को निकालने और इधर से उधर करने से तो यहीदुयों में अशांति फैलने की संभावना अधिक थी।

* यहूदियों ने ही लोथ निकालकर कहीं और दफना दी – तो फिर जब शिष्य उसके पुनरुत्थान का प्रचार करने लगे, तो उन्होंने वह लोथ निकालकर क्यों नहीं दिखाई?

अगले लेख में हम प्रभु यीशु के क्रूस पर चढ़ाए जाने, मारे जाने, और जी उठने के बारे में फैलाई गई कुछ गलत और झूठी बातों के बारे में देखेंगे। 

यदि आपने अभी तक प्रभु की शिष्यता को स्वीकार नहीं किया है, तो अपने अनन्त जीवन और स्वर्गीय आशीषों को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए अभी उसके पक्ष में अपना निर्णय कर लीजिए। जहाँ प्रभु की आज्ञाकारिता है, उसके वचन की बातों का आदर और पालन है, वहाँ प्रभु की आशीष और सुरक्षा भी है। यदि आपने अभी तक नया जन्म, उद्धार नहीं पाया है, प्रभु यीशु से अपने पापों के लिए क्षमा नहीं माँगी है, तो अभी आपके पास समय और अवसर है कि यह कर लें। प्रभु यीशु से अपने पापों के लिए क्षमा माँगकर, स्वेच्छा से तथा सच्चे मन से अपने आप को उसकी अधीनता में समर्पित कर दीजिए - उद्धार और स्वर्गीय जीवन का यही एकमात्र मार्ग है। आपको स्वेच्छा और सच्चे मन से प्रभु यीशु मसीह से केवल एक छोटी प्रार्थना करनी है, और साथ ही अपना जीवन उसे पूर्णतः समर्पित करना है। आप यह प्रार्थना और समर्पण कुछ इस प्रकार से भी कर सकते हैं, “प्रभु यीशु मैं आपका धन्यवाद करता हूँ कि आपने मेरे पापों की क्षमा और समाधान के लिए उन पापों को अपने ऊपर लिया, उनके कारण मेरे स्थान पर क्रूस की मृत्यु सही, गाड़े गए, और मेरे उद्धार के लिए आप तीसरे दिन जी भी उठे, और आज जीवित प्रभु परमेश्वर हैं। कृपया मेरे पापों को क्षमा करें, मुझे अपनी शरण में लें, और मुझे अपना शिष्य बना लें। मैं अपना जीवन आप के हाथों में समर्पित करता हूँ।” परमेश्वर आपके साथ संगति रखने की बहुत लालसा रखता है तथा आपको आशीषित देखना चाहता है, लेकिन इसे सम्भव करना आपका व्यक्तिगत निर्णय है। सच्चे और समर्पित मन से की गई आपकी एक प्रार्थना आपके वर्तमान तथा भविष्य को, इस लोक के और परलोक के जीवन को, अनन्तकाल के लिए स्वर्गीय एवं आशीषित बना देगी। क्या आप अभी समय और अवसर होते हुए, इस प्रार्थना को नहीं करेंगे? निर्णय आपका है।

Some False Teachings about the Lord Jesus (3)

    

Presently, we are considering the wrong teachings that Satan and his agents have propagated about the Lord Jesus, to deny His divinity and sacrificial atoning work for the salvation of all of mankind, on the Cross of Calvary. In the previous articles we have seen about the lies spread about the Lord Jesus being God, incarnated in human form on earth; and about His whereabouts till the time of His beginning His earthly ministry. We have also seen the Bible verses that disprove all these false teachings about Him. From today, we will begin to consider about a very important aspect of the Lord's ministry - His crucifixion, death, and resurrection, which is also vehemently attacked and denied.

There are many wrong teachings preached and propagated about the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, to negate it or to bring doubts into it. This is because the resurrection of the Lord Jesus from the dead is the basis of the Christian Faith. If Christ’s resurrection is taken away, or proven to be false, then the Christian teachings are no different from the teachings of any other religion of the world. The whole of 1 Corinthians 15 chapter is on this theme - the significance and importance of the Lord’s resurrection. Under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, the Apostle Paul writes if there is no resurrection, then all preaching and teaching about the Christian Faith is vain (1 Corinthians 15:12-18). Therefore, as is apparent from the rhetorical question of 1 Corinthians 15:12, from the very beginning of the Church of the Lord Jesus, attacks and attempts to falsify and discredit the fact of the Lord’s resurrection had started. These satanic attempts at falsifying and disproving the resurrection of the Lord Jesus indicate how detrimental and fatal this fact is for the satanic kingdom. 

Some of the commonly preached wrong teachings about the Lord’s resurrection are:

The first attempt of showing the resurrection to be false was made on the very day of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus - Matthew 28:11-15 - it was spread among the people that the Lord did not rise again, rather, His dead body was stolen away by His disciples - but no one could ever bring back and show the dead body of the Lord from those frightened disciples who had abandoned Him and run away for their lives, hidden themselves, and did not have any courage to face the people. If the body could have been produced, the resurrection would have been proven false immediately, but it never happened because the dead body was never there; nor has it ever been presented till date!

Some more stories about the body being taken away are:

* Joseph of Arimathea, who along with Nicodemus, had buried the Lord Jesus (John 19:38-42), took the body and buried it at some other location, because on the day of crucifixion he could not do the last rites properly since the Sabbath was about to begin, so he did them hurriedly. Therefore, the place where the Lord was first buried was found to be empty. - But since Joseph was a ‘secret disciple’ of the Lord, therefore he changed the burial site without informing the other disciples. But this is hardly an acceptable explanation; why would Joseph not inform the disciples, then or later; and how would keeping this a secret be of any benefit? Moreover, if the disciples knew that their Lord had not risen again from the dead, how did so much courage and commitment come in them, that undaunted by the severe persecution for their faith, they could not keep themselves from preaching the Gospel of the Lord Jesus?

* The Romans took the body of the Lord and buried it elsewhere - remember, Pilate though well aware that He was innocent allowed Jesus to be crucified because he wanted to maintain peace in Jerusalem - by taking out the buried body of Jesus and moving it elsewhere, the possibility of unrest and protests by the Jews was far more; so why would he allow and risk it?

* The Jews took the body and buried it at some other place. If so, then when the disciples started to claim and preach the resurrection of the Lord, then why did the Jews not show them where the body was and put an end to their preaching?

In the next article we will see some false and wrong things spread regarding the crucifixion, death, and resurrection of the Lord Jesus. 

If you have not yet accepted the discipleship of the Lord Jesus, then take a decision in its favor now to secure your eternal life and heavenly blessings. The Lord's security and blessings are present where there is obedience of the Lord, where His Word is honored and followed. If you are still not Born Again, have not obtained salvation, or have not asked the Lord Jesus for forgiveness for your sins, then you have the time and opportunity to do so right now. Ask the Lord Jesus to forgive your sins, and voluntarily and sincerely surrender yourselves into His hands - this is the only way to salvation and heavenly life. All you have to do is say a short prayer, voluntarily and with a sincere heart, with heartfelt repentance for your sins, and a fully submissive attitude. You can do this in this manner, “Lord Jesus, I confess that I have disobeyed You, and have knowingly or unknowingly, in mind, in thought, in attitude, and in deeds, committed sins. I believe that you have fully borne the punishment of my sins by your sacrifice on the cross, and have paid the full price of those sins for all eternity. Please forgive my sins, change my heart and mind towards you, and make me your disciple, take me with you." God longs for your company and wants to see you blessed, but to make this possible, is your personal decision. One prayer said with a sincere and surrendered heart will turn your present and future, your life here on earth and in the next world, forever and make you heavenly and blessed. Will you not say this prayer now, while you have the time and opportunity to do so? The decision is yours.

पिछले लेखों से हम 2 कुरिन्थियों 11:4 में दिए गए तीन विषयों, प्रभु यीशु मसीह, पवित्र आत्मा, और सुसमाचार, जिनके बार में शैतान अधिकांशतः भ्रामक शिक्षाएं और गलत बातें प्रचार करता एवं सिखाता है, में से पहले विषय, प्रभु यीशु मसीह के बारे में परमेश्वर के वचन में दी गई बातों के बारे में देख रहे हैं। जैसा इस पद में लिखा है, बाइबल में जो कुछ भी इन तीनों के बारे में लिखा नहीं गया है, वह परमेश्वर की ओर से नहीं है, शैतान की ओर से है, और उसे स्वीकार नहीं करना है। पिछले लेख में हमने देखा था कि प्रभु यीशु के बारे में दो झूठी बातें फैलाई जाती हैं। पहली यह कि परम-पवित्र परमेश्वर पापमय मानव देह में न तो रह सकता है और न पापी मनुष्यों के मध्य वास कर सकता है, इसलिए यह कहना गलत है, झूठ है कि प्रभु यीशु मानव देह में पृथ्वी पर आया और रहा। और दूसरी बात थी कि यीशु प्रभु परमेश्वर नहीं, वरन् एक उच्च-कोटि का स्वर्गदूत था, जिसे परमेश्वर ने कुछ विशिष्ट और असाधारण अलौकिक सामर्थ्य के साथ एक विशेष उद्देश्य से पृथ्वी पर भेजा था; किन्तु लोगों ने उसे परमेश्वर का रूप समझ लिया। हमने इन दोनों बातों के वचन से खण्डन को भी देखा था। आज हम इसी के बार में एक और गलत शिक्षा को देखते हैं।  

एक और गलत शिक्षा है कि यीशु एक भला व्यक्ति था, जो लोगों की सहायता करता था, धर्मी था; किन्तु न तो अवतरित परमेश्वर था और न ही उद्धारकर्ता। किन्तु उसके मरने के बाद कुछ लोगों ने उसके विषय ये कहानियाँ बनाकर लोगों में फैला दीं। इसे नकारने के लिए पिछले लेख में दिए गए पदों के साथ परमेश्वर पवित्र आत्मा की प्रेरणा से प्रेरित यूहन्ना द्वारा लिखी गई बात पर ध्यान कीजिए: “मैं ने तुम्हें इसलिये नहीं लिखा, कि तुम सत्य को नहीं जानते, पर इसलिये, कि उसे जानते हो, और इसलिये कि कोई झूठ, सत्य की ओर से नहीं। झूठा कौन है? केवल वह, जो यीशु के मसीह होने का इनकार करता है; और मसीह का विरोधी वही है, जो पिता का और पुत्र का इनकार करता है। जो कोई पुत्र का इनकार करता है उसके पास पिता भी नहीं: जो पुत्र को मान लेता है, उसके पास पिता भी है। जो कुछ तुम ने आरम्भ से सुना है वही तुम में बना रहे: जो तुम ने आरम्भ से सुना है, यदि वह तुम में बना रहे, तो तुम भी पुत्र में, और पिता में बने रहोगे। और जिस की उसने हम से प्रतिज्ञा की वह अनन्त जीवन है। मैं ने ये बातें तुम्हें उन के विषय में लिखी हैं, जो तुम्हें भरमाते हैं।” (1 यूहन्ना 2:21-26)।

एक और गलत शिक्षा है कि प्रभु यीशु मसीह अपने लड़कपन में भारत आए थे, यहाँ पर शिक्षाएं प्राप्त कीं, और फिर वापस जाकर उन्हीं शिक्षाओं के आधार पर प्रचार किया, ख्याति पाई। यह इस आधार पर कहा जाता है क्योंकि लगभग बारह वर्ष की आयु (लूका 2:42) से लेकर तीस वर्ष की आयु में उनकी सेवकाई के आरंभ होने के समय (लूका 3:23) तक का कोई विस्तृत वृतांत बाइबल में नहीं पाया जाता है। किन्तु वचन से इससे संबंधित कुछ बातें देखिए:

* लूका 2:51 देखिए: तब वह उन के साथ गया, और नासरत में आया, और उन के वश में रहा; और उस की माता ने ये सब बातें अपने मन में रखीं। अर्थात प्रभु यीशु अपने परिवार के साथ ही था, कहीं नहीं गया था।

* लूका 4:16 और वह नासरत में आया; जहां पाला पोसा गया था; और अपनी रीति के अनुसार सब्त के दिन आराधनालय में जा कर पढ़ने के लिये खड़ा हुआ। या पद भी इस बात को बिलकुल स्पष्ट कर देता है कि न केवल उसका पालन-पोषण नासरत में ही हुआ था, वरन् वह यहूदियों के पवित्रशास्त्र को भली-भाँति जानता था, और उसके समाज ने उसे परमेश्वर के वचन के एक प्रचारक और शिक्षक के रूप में स्वीकार भी कर रखा था। यह तब ही सम्भव है जब वह वहीं उनके मध्य में रहता आया हो, और उन्होंने उसे वचन की समझ में बढ़ते हुए देखा और जाना हो। 

उसके उपदेश और कार्यों को देखकर लोगों ने अचंभा किया और कहा साथ ही मरकुस 6:2 सबत के दिन वह आराधनालय में उपदेश करने लगा; और बहुत लोग सुनकर चकित हुए और कहने लगे, इस को ये बातें कहां से आ गईं? और यह कौन सा ज्ञान है जो उसको दिया गया है? और कैसे सामर्थ्य के काम इसके हाथों से प्रगट होते हैं? तथा यूहन्ना 7:15 तब यहूदियों ने अचम्भा कर के कहा, कि इसे बिन पढ़े विद्या कैसे आ गई? पर भी विचार कीजिए। ये दोनों ही पद दिखाते हैं कि स्थानीय लोग जानते थे कि प्रभु यीशु ने कभी कोई विधिवत औपचारिक शिक्षा प्राप्त नहीं की थी; इसीलिए वे यहूदी पवित्रशास्त्र के बारे में उसके ज्ञान और समझ की गहराई से अचंभित थे। यदि प्रभु यीशु अपने निवास-स्थान को छोड़कर भारत या किसी अन्य स्थान से कुछ सीख कर आए होते तो लोगों में यह असमंजस नहीं होता, वे उसके लिए अचम्भा नहीं करते; क्योंकि उन्हें पता होता कि वह कुछ वर्षों के लिए अध्ययन करने के लिए गया है। साथ ही, प्रभु यीशु सिखाते थे वह यहूदी पवित्रशास्त्र से होता था, उन बातों के बार में जिन्हें यहूदी जानते थे और सीखते थे; न कि किसी गैर-यहूदी स्थान की कोई गैर-यहूदी शिक्षाएं। जो भी कोई भी व्यक्ति जो भारत अथवा किसी अन्य स्थान से परमेश्वर, धर्म, और नैतिकता के बारे में सीख कर आएगा, वह वही बताएगा और सिखाएगा जो उसने सीखा है, न कि वह जो उसके स्थानीय लोग सीखते और जानते हैं। ये सभी बातें, यह स्पष्ट बताती हैं कि प्रभु यीशु अपनी सेवकाई के स्थान, इस्राएल में ही रहे, पले और बड़े हुए। या कहना कि वे भारत अथवा किसी अन्य स्थान पर गए थे, झूठ है, और बाइबल से इसकी कोई पुष्टि नहीं होती है।  

उनकी सेवकाई का आरंभ उनके इस प्रचार से हुआ: उस समय से यीशु प्रचार करना और यह कहना आरम्भ किया, कि मन फिराओ क्योंकि स्वर्ग का राज्य निकट आया है (मत्ती 4:17)। और उनके जीवन तथा कार्यों को संक्षिप्त करके एक ही पद में इस प्रकार लिखा गया है, कि परमेश्वर ने किस रीति से यीशु नासरी को पवित्र आत्मा और सामर्थ्य से अभिषेक किया: वह भलाई करता, और सब को जो शैतान के सताए हुए थे, अच्छा करता फिरा; क्योंकि परमेश्वर उसके साथ था (प्रेरितों 10:38)। प्रभु की ये शिक्षाएं, उनका जीवन, उनका कार्य, उनकी सभी बातें, भारत तो क्या, इस्राएल को छोड़ संसार के अन्य किसी भी स्थान की किसी भी शिक्षा या सभ्यता की बातों से मेल नहीं खाती हैं। यदि उन्होंने कहीं जा कर शिक्षा पाई थी, तो वह शिक्षा उनके जीवन और प्रचार में दिखनी तो चाहिए। किन्तु ऐसा है ही नहीं। 

अगले लेख से हम प्रभु यीशु के क्रूस पर चढ़ाए जाने, मारे जाने, और मृतकों में से जी उठने के बारे में फैलाई गई गलत शिक्षाओं के बारे में देखना आरम्भ करेंगे।

Some False Teachings about the Lord Jesus (2)

In the past articles we have been looking at three topics, the Lord Jesus, the Holy Spirit, and the Gospel, mentioned in 2 Corinthians 11:4, about which Satan often teaches and spreads wrong teachings and doctrines; and have begun to consider the first topic, the Lord Jesus Christ. As is also mentioned in this verse, anything that has not already been written in the Bible about these three topics, is not from God, but is from Satan, and is not to be accepted. In the last article we saw that two wrong things were spread about the Lord Jesus. The first is that the most pure and holy God can neither come to live in the sinful human body, nor can He live with sinful men; and therefore, it is incorrect to say that the Lord Jesus came in human form and lived amongst men. And, the second thing was that Jesus was not God but a very high-ranking angel who had been sent by God with special and extraordinary divine powers for a specific purpose, but people misunderstood Him to be God incarnate. We had also seen from God's Word, how both these can be disproved.

One more wrong teaching is that Jesus was a very good man, he used to help people, was very religious and righteous; but was neither God incarnated, nor was he the savior of the world. But after his death, some people concocted and spread these stories about him, which we have in the Bible. To counter this false teaching, along with the afore-mentioned Scripture passages of the previous article, also see what the Apostle John wrote under the guidance of the Holy Spirit: I have not written to you because you do not know the truth, but because you know it, and that no lie is of the truth. Who is a liar but he who denies that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist who denies the Father and the Son. Whoever denies the Son does not have the Father either; he who acknowledges the Son has the Father also. Therefore, let that abide in you which you heard from the beginning. If what you heard from the beginning abides in you, you also will abide in the Son and in the Father. And this is the promise that He has promised us--eternal life. These things I have written to you concerning those who try to deceive you (1 John 2:21-26).

    Another wrong teaching is that the Lord Jesus went to India in His youth, stayed there and learned, then came back, preached what He had learned in India, and gained prominence and a following through that. This is alleged on the grounds that from about the age of twelve years (Luke 2:42) till the beginning of His ministry at around thirty years of age (Luke 3:23), there is no record in the Bible regarding His whereabouts. But look at some verses from the Bible in this context:

* Luke 2:51 Then He went down with them and came to Nazareth, and was subject to them, but His mother kept all these things in her heart which implies that the Lord Jesus remained with His family, did not go anywhere.

* Luke 4:16 So He came to Nazareth, where He had been brought up. And as His custom was, He went into the synagogue on the Sabbath day, and stood up to read. This verse makes it very clear that the Lord Jesus had not only been brought up in Nazareth, but had also become well versed in the Jewish Scriptures, and had been accepted in the local community as a preacher and teacher of God's Word. This would only be possible if He had lived and grown-up amongst them, and they had seen Him grow in the knowledge and understanding of the Scriptures.

Also consider Mark 6:2 And when the Sabbath had come, He began to teach in the synagogue. And many hearing Him were astonished, saying, "Where did this Man get these things? And what wisdom is this which is given to Him, that such mighty works are performed by His hands!  and John 7:15 And the Jews marveled, saying, "How does this Man know letters, having never studied?" Both these verses show that the local people knew that the Lord Jesus had not obtained any formal education anywhere; that is why they marveled at the depth of His knowledge and understanding about the Jewish Scriptures. If the Lord Jesus had gone out of His home-town to someplace else for studies, then the people would not have been astonished as they were, nor wondered about Him, and said what they did; since they would know that He had gone out for some years to study. Moreover, what the Lord Jesus taught was from the Jewish Scriptures, things that the Jews knew and learnt, and not any non-Jewish things from a non-Jewish place. Moreover, any person educated in India or anywhere else about God, religion, and morality would teach and preach about what he had learnt from that place, and not what people learn and know in his native place. All of this clearly goes to show that the Lord Jesus had stayed and grown up in the land of Israel, where He ministered during His earthly ministry. To say that He had come to India or any other place is false, and unsubstantiated from the Bible.

The beginning of His ministry was with the words, From that time Jesus began to preach and to say, "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand" (Matthew 4:17). And, it is written about His life and works that, how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him (Acts 10:38). The teachings given by the Lord Jesus, His miraculous works, everything about Him, has no parallel or similarity with any teachings or practices of any civilization, outside of Israel, whether of India or any other place. If He had gone elsewhere and been educated there, then those teachings and practices should have been seen in His life and preaching; but this is not so.

From the next article we will start considering the wrong teachings spread about the Lord Jesus's crucifixion and resurrection from the dead.

If you have not yet accepted the discipleship of the Lord Jesus, then take a decision in its favor now to secure your eternal life and heavenly blessings. The Lord's security and blessings are present where there is obedience of the Lord, where His Word is honored and followed. If you are still not Born Again, have not obtained salvation, or have not asked the Lord Jesus for forgiveness for your sins, then you have the time and opportunity to do so right now. Ask the Lord Jesus to forgive your sins, and voluntarily and sincerely surrender yourselves into His hands - this is the only way to salvation and heavenly life. All you have to do is say a short prayer, voluntarily and with a sincere heart, with heartfelt repentance for your sins, and a fully submissive attitude. You can do this in this manner, “Lord Jesus, I confess that I have disobeyed You, and have knowingly or unknowingly, in mind, in thought, in attitude, and in deeds, committed sins. I believe that you have fully borne the punishment of my sins by your sacrifice on the cross, and have paid the full price of those sins for all eternity. Please forgive my sins, change my heart and mind towards you, and make me your disciple, take me with you." God longs for your company and wants to see you blessed, but to make this possible, is your personal decision. One prayer said with a sincere and surrendered heart will turn your present and future, your life here on earth and in the next world, forever and make you heavenly and blessed. Will you not say this prayer now, while you have the time and opportunity to do so? The decision is yours.

पिछले कुछ लेखों से हम इफिसियों 4:14 में दी गई बातों में से, बालकों के समान अपरिपक्व मसीही विश्वासियों और कलीसियाओं को प्रभावित करने वाले तीसरे दुष्प्रभाव, भ्रामक या गलत उपदेशों के बारे में देखते आ रहे हैं। इन गलत या भ्रामक शिक्षाओं के मुख्य स्वरूपों के बारे में परमेश्वर पवित्र आत्मा ने प्रेरित पौलुस के द्वारा 2 कुरिन्थियों 11:4 में लिखवाया है कि इन भ्रामक शिक्षाओं के, गलत उपदेशों के, मुख्यतः तीन स्वरूप होते हैं, यदि कोई तुम्हारे पास आकर, किसी दूसरे यीशु को प्रचार करे, जिस का प्रचार हम ने नहीं किया: या कोई और आत्मा तुम्हें मिले; जो पहिले न मिला था; या और कोई सुसमाचार जिसे तुम ने पहिले न माना था, तो तुम्हारा सहना ठीक होता, जिन्हें शैतान और उसके लोग प्रभु यीशु के झूठे प्रेरित, धर्म के सेवक, और ज्योतिर्मय स्‍वर्गदूतों का रूप धारण कर के बताते और सिखाते हैं। सच्चाई को पहचानने और शैतान के झूठ से बचने के लिए इन तीनों स्वरूपों के साथ इस पद में एक बहुत महत्वपूर्ण बात भी दी गई है। इस पद में लिखा है कि शैतान की युक्तियों के तीनों विषयों, प्रभु यीशु मसीह, पवित्र आत्मा, और सुसमाचार के बारे में जो यथार्थ और सत्य है वह वचन में पहले से ही बता दिया गया है; इसका प्रकट अभिप्राय है कि जो कुछ भी परमेश्वर के वचन बाइबल से नहीं है, वह शैतान द्वारा है, और उसे स्वीकार नहीं करना है। इसलिए, जो भी परमेश्वर के वचन बाइबल की बातों और शिक्षाओं में दृढ़ और स्थापित होगा, वह इन विषयों, प्रभु यीशु मसीह, पवित्र आत्मा, और सुसमाचार से सम्बन्धित झूठी शिक्षाओं को तुरन्त पहचान लेगा, और शैतान की युक्तियों में नहीं फँसेगा। इन तीनों प्रकार की गलत शिक्षाओं में से इस पद में सबसे पहली है कि शैतान और उस के जन, प्रभु यीशु के विषय ऐसी शिक्षाएं देते हैं जो वचन में नहीं दी गई हैं। 

इस सन्दर्भ में, उपरोक्त पद का पहला वाक्य है यदि कोई तुम्हारे पास आकर, किसी दूसरे यीशु को प्रचार करे, जिस का प्रचार हम ने नहीं किया। अर्थात, पौलुस, अन्य प्रेरितों, तथा प्रभु यीशु के अन्य शिष्यों के द्वारा, प्रभु यीशु के बारे में जो बताया और सिखाया गया है, उसके अतिरिक्त जो कुछ भी कहा और सिखाया जाता है वह गलत है और झूठी शिक्षा है। पिछले लेख में हमने प्रभु यीशु मसीह के विषय पौलुस, अन्य प्रेरितों, और प्रभु के शिष्यों के द्वारा आरंभिक कलीसिया में जो बातें प्रचार की गईं, जो नए नियम की प्रेरितों के काम पुस्तक में संकलित हैं, उनमें से कुछ महत्वपूर्ण शिक्षाएं और तथ्य सूचीबद्ध किए थे। या इसलिए ताकि हर भ्रामक शिक्षा को उन शिक्षाओं और तथ्यों से मिलाकर देखा जाए, और जो उस सूची में नहीं है, उस की बारीकी से वचन की अन्य बातों के आधार पर जाँच-पड़ताल की जाए, यह निश्चित करने के लिए कि वह स्वीकार्य करने योग्य है अथवा अस्वीकार करने के योग्य। स्वीकार्य पाए जाने के बाद ही उसे ग्रहण किया जाना चाहिए अन्यथा उसका तिरस्कार कर देना चाहिए। शैतान और उसके लोगों ने प्रभु यीशु मसीह के विषय कई गलत धारणाएं, बातें और शिक्षाएं संसार में फैला रखी हैं। हमने पहले देखा है कि 2 कुरिन्थियों 11:13-15 के अनुसार, ये लोग झूठे प्रेरित और प्रभु के सेवक बन कर इन गलत बातों और शिक्षाओं को फैलाते हैं। इसीलिए उनकी ये गलत बातें सामान्यतः बड़ी धार्मिक, प्रभु और परमेश्वर के प्रति आदरणीय, श्रद्धा-पूर्ण प्रतीत होती हैं। किन्तु उन्हें जाँचने की कसौटी केवल एक ही है - क्या वे शिक्षाएं प्रभु यीशु के विषय पहले से वचन में लिखी गई बातों के अनुसार, उनके अनुरूप हैं, अथवा उन से भिन्न हैं? यदि भिन्न हैं, तो फिर वे स्वीकार्य कदापि नहीं हैं; लोगों को उनसे बच कर रहना चाहिए, उन बातों के और उन्हें फैलाने वालों के झांसे में नहीं आना चाहिए। आज से हम इन्हीं धार्मिक, आदरणीय श्रद्धा-पूर्ण, किन्तु बिलकुल अनुचित और गलत शिक्षाओं के कुछ उदाहरण देखेंगे।

एक गलत शिक्षा यह है कि प्रभु यीशु मानवीय देह में आया ही नहीं। इस बात जायज़ ठहराने के लिये ये झूठे प्रचारक तर्क देते हैं कि परमेश्वर इतना पवित्र और परिशुद्ध है कि वह न तो पापमय देह में, और न ही पापी मनुष्यों के साथ वास कर सकता है; और न उनके समान बनकर रह सकता है। जब कि बाइबल स्पष्ट कहती है कि प्रभु यीशु मसीह परमेश्वर है, जिसे हम पिछले लेख में देख चुके हैं; साथ ही थोमा द्वारा पुनरुत्थान हुए प्रभु को किए गए संबोधन को देखिए, यह सुन थोमा ने उत्तर दिया, हे मेरे प्रभु, हे मेरे परमेश्वर! (यूहन्ना 20:28); और प्रभु ने उसकी इस बात को गलत नहीं कहा, उसे सुधारा नहीं, और न ही किसी अन्य शिष्य ने इसके बारे में कोई एतराज़ उठाया, वरन शान्ति से उसके साथ सहमत रहे। यह सभी को स्वीकार्य थी, सत्य थी। साथ ही यूहन्ना 1:1-2, 14 को भी देखिए: आदि में वचन था, और वचन परमेश्वर के साथ था, और वचन परमेश्वर था। यही आदि में परमेश्वर के साथ था।; और वचन देहधारी हुआ; और अनुग्रह और सच्चाई से परिपूर्ण हो कर हमारे बीच में डेरा किया, और हम ने उस की ऐसी महिमा देखी, जैसी पिता के एकलौते की महिमा। स्पष्ट है कि जो वचन परमेश्वर है, आदि से था, वही देहधारी हुआ, और प्रेरित यूहन्ना तथा उसके साथियों ने उसकी महिमा देखी, उसे जाना और पहचाना, जैसा वह 1 यूहन्ना 1:1-3 में भी कहता है। और प्रेरित यूहन्ना द्वारा अपनी पहली पत्री में इसके संबंध में लिखी गई बात पर भी ध्यान कीजिए: परमेश्वर का आत्मा तुम इसी रीति से पहचान सकते हो, कि जो कोई आत्मा मान लेती है, कि यीशु मसीह शरीर में हो कर आया है वह परमेश्वर की ओर से है। और जो कोई आत्मा यीशु को नहीं मानती, वह परमेश्वर की ओर से नहीं; और वही तो मसीह के विरोधी की आत्मा है; जिस की चर्चा तुम सुन चुके हो, कि वह आने वाला है: और अब भी जगत में है (1 यूहन्ना 4:2-3)। साथ ही हम इब्रानियों 10:5 से देखते हैं कि इसी कारण वह जगत में आते समय कहता है, कि बलिदान और भेंट तू ने न चाही, पर मेरे लिये एक देह तैयार किया। अर्थात, यद्यपि प्रभु यीशु का जन मानव देह में हुआ, किन्तु उनकी देह विशेष रीति से तैयार करके मरियम की कोख में रखी गई देह थी, जिसमें में उन्होंने सँसार के किसी भी अन्य मनुष्य के समान विकसित हो कर जन्म लिया। इसलिए प्रभु यीशु कि देह में आदम और हव्वा की सन्तानों वाला पाप-स्वभाव नहीं था; वे पृथ्वी पर अपनी सम्पूर्ण सेवकाई के दौरान निष्पाप और निष्कलंक रहे (2 कुरिन्थियों 5:21; इब्रानियों 4:14-15; 7:26; 1 पतरस 2:22; 1 यूहन्ना 3:5)। बाइबल के ये सभी खण्ड स्पष्ट प्रमाणित कर देते हैं कि प्रभु यीशु मसीह परमेश्वर हैं जो मानव देह में पृथ्वी पर मनुष्यों के साथ रहे। 

इसी गलत शिक्षा का एक अन्य स्वरूप है कि प्रभु यीशु परमेश्वर नहीं, वरन एक अति उच्च-कोटि के स्वर्गदूत थे, उन्हें पृथ्वी की सेवकाई के लिए परमेश्वर द्वारा बहुत असाधारण सामर्थ्य प्रदान की गई थी, और अपना कार्य करने के बाद वे परमेश्वर के पास लौट गए, किन्तु लोगों ने उन्हें ही परमेश्वर समझ लिया। उपरोक्त पद इन बातों के गलत होने को दिखा देते हैं।

अगले लेख में हम प्रभु यीशु से सम्बन्धित कुछ अन्य गलत शिक्षाओं और झूठी बातों के बारे में देखना ज़ारी रखेंगे, ताकि हम शैतान के लोगों और भ्रामक युक्तियों से बहकाए और भटकाए न जाएं।

Some False Teachings about the Lord Jesus (1)

For the past few articles, we have been considering from Ephesians 4:14 about the deceptive teachings and trickeries that immature Christian Believers are prone to. Through the Apostle Paul God the Holy Spirit has had it written that, For if he who comes preaches another Jesus whom we have not preached, or if you receive a different spirit which you have not received, or a different gospel which you have not accepted--you may well put up with it! (2 Corinthians 11:4); i.e., there are mainly three themes or topics on which Satan and his followers usually present their false teachings to beguile and mislead the people. They disguise themselves as false apostles, ministers of righteousness, and angels of light to preach and teach these deceptive doctrines, using various tricks to impress and influence people, and cunningly making them think that these satanic agents are actually divine. In this verse we have also been given another very important fact, that helps us to identify the deceptions of Satan and escape falling for them. This verse tells us that all things that are true, factual, and to be accepted about the Lord Jesus, the Holy Spirit, and the Gospel, have already been given in God’s Word; thereby implying that anything outside of God’s Word is from Satan, and is not to be accepted. Therefore, anyone who is established in God’s Word and is well versed with Biblical teachings about the Lord Jesus, the Holy Spirit, and the Gospel, will immediately be able to identify the false doctrines and wrong teachings, the unBiblical things, deceptively being brought in by Satan, and will not fall for Satan’s tricks. Of these three themes, the first one given in this verse is the unBiblical teachings about the Lord Jesus. 

The first sentence of this verse about this is For if he who comes preaches another Jesus whom we have not preached. The implication is evident, anything other than what Paul, the other Apostles, and the disciples of Christ have preached about the Lord Jesus, is wrong and deceptive teaching, is not to be accepted. What Paul, the other Apostles, and the disciples of Christ have preached about the Lord Jesus to the early Church is mainly given in the Book of Acts. In the previous article we had listed from the Book of Acts what has been said and preached about the Lord Jesus to the early Church. This list will help us to discern the truth and identify the deception; anything that is not consistent with this list, should be scrutinized and considered very carefully, verified from the Word of God, and accepted only if it is in accordance with Biblical teachings, else it has to be rejected. We have already seen that, as stated in 2 Corinthians 11:13-15, Satan spreads his lies through his followers who present themselves as false apostles and ministers of the Lord Jesus. Therefore, the false teachings that they preach are seemingly very religious, appearing to be quite reverential and honoring the Lord and God. But there is only one standard against which they have to be evaluated - are those teachings and preaching consistent with what has already been written in God’s Word; or are they any different? If they are any different, then they should not be accepted; people should stay away from them, and should not fall for the tricks and deceptions of those preaching and teaching them. From today we will consider some commonly said, but false notions, that may appear religious and reverential, but are contrary to God’s Word.

One such wrong teaching is that the Lord Jesus did not come in the human body. To justify this teaching, these false preachers and teachers give the logic that God is so holy and pure, and if the Lord Jesus is God, He can neither become like sinful man, nor live amongst sinful humans, and that too in a sinful human body. Whereas the Bible very clearly says that the Lord Jesus Christ is God, which we have already seen in the previous article. Also consider Thomas’s reaction on seeing the resurrected Lord Jesus, And Thomas answered and said to Him, "My Lord and my God!" (John 20:28) - the important thing to note here is that neither the Lord Jesus objected to being addressed as God, nor did He correct Thomas, and neither did any other of the disciples present there criticize Thomas for saying this, they too quietly agreed with Thomas’s statement. Everybody agreed and accepted what Thomas had said. Also look at John 1:1-2, 14, In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God; And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth. These verses make it very clear that the Word who is God and was existing in the beginning, the same God became flesh, the Apostle John and others beheld His glory, knew and recognized Him, as John says in 1 John 1:1-3. Ponder over what the Apostle John says related to this, in his first letter: By this you know the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is of God, and every spirit that does not confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of God. And this is the spirit of the Antichrist, which you have heard was coming, and is now already in the world (1 John 4:2-3). We also see from Hebrews 10:5 Therefore, when He came into the world, He said: "Sacrifice and offering You did not desire, But a body You have prepared for Me. In other words, the Lord Jesus though born in a human body, but His body was a specially prepared sinless body that was placed in the womb of Mary, where he developed as any other human being develops in its mothers womb. So, the Lord's body did not have the sin-nature of Adam and Eve's progeny; and He remained sinless and spotless throughout His earthly ministry (2 Corinthians 5:21; Hebrews 4:14-15; 7:26; 1 Peter 2:22; 1 John 3:5). All these Bible passages make it very clear that Lord Jesus is God, come in human bodily form, and dwelt on earth with men in that bodily form. 

There is another variation of this wrong teaching, that Lord Jesus is not God, but He was a very high-ranking, very special angel of God, who had been granted extraordinary powers by God for his ministry on earth, and after completing his work on earth he returned back to God; but the people misunderstood him to be God, and mistakenly have presented Him as God. The aforementioned verses also show this notion is also totally baseless and false.

In the next article we will continue looking at some other wrong teachings and false things spread about the Lord Jesus, so that we are not deceived and misled by Satan's people and their deceptive ploys.

If you have not yet accepted the discipleship of the Lord Jesus, then take a decision in its favor now to secure your eternal life and heavenly blessings. The Lord's security and blessings are present where there is obedience of the Lord, where His Word is honored and followed. If you are still not Born Again, have not obtained salvation, or have not asked the Lord Jesus for forgiveness for your sins, then you have the time and opportunity to do so right now. Ask the Lord Jesus to forgive your sins, and voluntarily and sincerely surrender yourselves into His hands - this is the only way to salvation and heavenly life. All you have to do is say a short prayer, voluntarily and with a sincere heart, with heartfelt repentance for your sins, and a fully submissive attitude. You can do this in this manner, “Lord Jesus, I confess that I have disobeyed You, and have knowingly or unknowingly, in mind, in thought, in attitude, and in deeds, committed sins. I believe that you have fully borne the punishment of my sins by your sacrifice on the cross, and have paid the full price of those sins for all eternity. Please forgive my sins, change my heart and mind towards you, and make me your disciple, take me with you." God longs for your company and wants to see you blessed, but to make this possible, is your personal decision. One prayer said with a sincere and surrendered heart will turn your present and future, your life here on earth and in the next world, forever and make you heavenly and blessed. Will you not say this prayer now, while you have the time and opportunity to do so? The decision is yours.
