परमेश्वर की क्षमा और न्याय – 9
क्षमा किए और भुलाए गए पापों का स्मरण – 1
इब्रानियों 6:1-2 में दी गई छठी आरम्भिक बात, “अन्तिम न्याय” के बारे में सीखने और समझने में, हमने पिछले लेख में देखा है कि प्रभु परमेश्वर के लिए क्यों यह अनिवार्य है कि प्रत्येक विश्वासी के बारे में हर बात को प्रकट कर दे, और फिर उसका खरा और सच्चा न्याय किया जाए, जिस से किसी के भी मन में कोई भी शंका न रहे, और किसी के भी पास परमेश्वर के धार्मिकता से न्याय करने पर कोई भी प्रश्न उठाने का कोई अवसर नहीं रहे। हमने पिछले लेख को इस बात के समाप्त किया था कि हमें अभी भी यह स्पष्ट करने की आवश्यकता है कि किस तरह से हर बात, विश्वासी के, परमेश्वर द्वारा क्षमा किए और भुलाए गए पाप भी, प्रकट किए जाएँगे। परमेश्वर का वचन बाइबल यह स्पष्ट कर देता है कि परमेश्वर ने विश्वासियों द्वारा की और कही जाने वाली हर बात का लेखा रखने का इंतज़ाम किया हुआ है। हम बाइबल से कुछ सम्बन्धित पदों को देखते हैं:
· भजन 56:8 “तू मेरे मारे-मारे फिरने का हिसाब रखता है; तू मेरे आंसुओं को अपनी कुप्पी में रख ले! क्या उनकी चर्चा तेरी पुस्तक में नहीं है?” परमेश्वर हमारे कहीं भी जाने का और हमारी भावनाओं का लेखा अपनी पुस्तक में रखता है।
· भजन 139:2-4 “तू मेरा उठना बैठना जानता है; और मेरे विचारों को दूर ही से समझ लेता है। मेरे चलने और लेटने की तू भली भांति छानबीन करता है, और मेरी पूरी चालचलन का भेद जानता है। हे यहोवा, मेरे मुंह में ऐसी कोई बात नहीं जिसे तू पूरी रीति से न जानता हो।” हमारे बारे में ऐसा कुछ भी नहीं है परमेश्वर जिसे नहीं जानता है। वह हमारे विचारों को जानता है, और हमारे मुँह की बात को भी जानता है, अर्थात हर वह बात जो हमने चाहे कही हो या न कही हो।
· मलाकी 3:16 “तब यहोवा का भय मानने वालों ने आपस में बातें की, और यहोवा ध्यान धर कर उनकी सुनता था; और जो यहोवा का भय मानते और उसके नाम का सम्मान करते थे, उनके स्मरण के निमित्त उसके सामने एक पुस्तक लिखी जाती थी।” न केवल परमेश्वर ध्यान से उस सभी को सुनता है जो उसके लोग कहते हैं, वरन उस सब का लेखा भी रखा जाता है, ताकि उसे स्मरण के लिए प्रकट किया जाए।
· मत्ती 12:36 “और मैं तुम से कहता हूं, कि जो जो निकम्मी बातें मनुष्य कहेंगे, न्याय के दिन हर एक बात का लेखा देंगे।” प्रभु यीशु मसीह ने सचेत किया कि हर एक बात का, विशेषकर निकम्मी बातों का प्रभु के सामने हिसाब देना ही होगा।
· इब्रानियों 4:13 “और सृष्टि की कोई वस्तु उस से छिपी नहीं है वरन जिस से हमें काम है, उस की आंखों के सामने सब वस्तुएं खुली और बेपरदा हैं।” परमेश्वर के सामने हर किसी की हर बात खुली और बेपरदा है; कुछ भी, किसी भी रीति से छिपा नहीं है; और कोई भी परमेश्वर को अपना हिसाब देने से बच नहीं सकता है।
· प्रकाशितवाक्य 20:12-15 “फिर मैं ने छोटे बड़े सब मरे हुओं को सिंहासन के सामने खड़े हुए देखा, और पुस्तकें खोली गई; और फिर एक और पुस्तक खोली गई; और फिर एक और पुस्तक खोली गई, अर्थात जीवन की पुस्तक; और जैसे उन पुस्तकों में लिखा हुआ था, उन के कामों के अनुसार मरे हुओं का न्याय किया गया। और समुद्र ने उन मरे हुओं को जो उस में थे दे दिया, और मृत्यु और अधोलोक ने उन मरे हुओं को जो उन में थे दे दिया; और उन में से हर एक के कामों के अनुसार उन का न्याय किया गया। और मृत्यु और अधोलोक भी आग की झील में डाले गए; यह आग की झील तो दूसरी मृत्यु है। और जिस किसी का नाम जीवन की पुस्तक में लिखा हुआ न मिला, वह आग की झील में डाला गया।”
परमेश्वर के वचन के ये पद हमारे सामने यह स्पष्ट कर देते हैं कि न केवल हर किसी के बारे में हर बात, परन्तु, जैसे दाऊद ने सुलैमान को सचेत किया था, परमेश्वर हमारे विचारों के पीछे की मनसा को भी जानता है “और हे मेरे पुत्र सुलैमान! तू अपने पिता के परमेश्वर का ज्ञान रख, और खरे मन और प्रसन्न जीव से उसकी सेवा करता रह; क्योंकि यहोवा मन को जांचता और विचार में जो कुछ उत्पन्न होता है उसे समझता है...” (1 इतिहास 28:9)। और परमेश्वर ने यह इंतज़ाम किया है कि स्वर्ग में रखी गई पुस्तकों में, जहाँ पर कभी उनके साथ कोई भी छेड़-छाड़, उनमें कोई बदलाव नहीं किया जा सकता है, हर किसी के बारे में प्रत्येक बात लिखी जाए। मलाकी इसे “स्मरण के निमित्त पुस्तक” कहता है, और यही यह स्पष्ट कर देता है कि इस पुस्तक को बातों को स्मरण दिलाने के लिए लिखा जा रहा है। यह कहीं नहीं कहा गया, या संकेत दिया गया है कि इस पुस्तक में से कोई भी बात कभी भी मिटाई गई, हटाई गई, या बदली गई। परमेश्वर ने भुला दिया, किन्तु जिन पुस्तकों को स्मरण के निमित्त उपयोग किया जाएगा, उन में से कभी कुछ नहीं हटाया या मिटाया या बदला गया।
जैसा हम प्रकाशितवाक्य 20:12-15 में देखते हैं, दो प्रकार की पुस्तकें हैं, एक है जीवन की पुस्तक, और दूसरी वे पुस्तकें हैं जिनमें हर किसी की हर बात लिखी जा रही है। जैसा हम पिछले लेखों में बारम्बार कहते आ रहे हैं, जिनके नाम जीवन की पुस्तक में लिखे नहीं मिले – जो यहाँ व्यक्ति के जीवन काल में पृथ्वी पर किया जाने वाला निर्णय है, उसे सीधे आग की झील में डाल दिया गया; उनके बारे में और कुछ देखने और जाँचने की कोई आवश्यकता ही नहीं है, उनके लिए तो जो सर्वाधिक संभव दण्ड है, वही तय हो रखा है। लेकिन जिनके नाम जीवन की पुस्तक में लिखे हैं, “उन में से हर एक के कामों के अनुसार उन का न्याय किया गया।”
अब हमारे सामने परमेश्वर के वचन से प्रकट है कि किस तरह से हर किसी की हर एक बात लिखी जा रही है, और अन्तिम न्याय के समय यह सब कुछ स्मरण के लिए बाहर लाया जाएगा, और हर किसी को हर एक बात – उसके घूमने-फिरने-भटकने, भावनाओं, कार्यों, कहे अथवा अनकहे शब्दों, विचारों, आदि, हर किसी बात का हिसाब देगा। क्योंकि चाहे परमेश्वर ने भुला दिया हो, लेकिन स्वर्ग में हर एक बात का लेखा लिखा गया है, जो वहीं विद्यमान है, उस लेख में कोई परिवर्तन नहीं हुआ है। इसलिए जो इस बात को लेकर सन्देह कर रहे थे कि क्षमा किए और भुलाए गए पाप किस तरह से फिर से प्रकट होंगे, अब उनके सामने उत्तर है – परमेश्वर इसके बारे में पहले से ही योजना बनाकर, आवश्यक इंतज़ाम कर चुका है। अगले लेख में हम यहीं से आगे बढ़ेंगे।
यदि आपने प्रभु की शिष्यता को अभी तक स्वीकार नहीं किया है, तो अपने अनन्त जीवन और स्वर्गीय आशीषों को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए अभी प्रभु यीशु के पक्ष में अपना निर्णय कर लीजिए। जहाँ प्रभु की आज्ञाकारिता है, उसके वचन की बातों का आदर और पालन है, वहाँ प्रभु की आशीष और सुरक्षा भी है। प्रभु यीशु से अपने पापों के लिए क्षमा माँगकर, स्वेच्छा से तथा सच्चे मन से अपने आप को उसकी अधीनता में समर्पित कर दीजिए - उद्धार और स्वर्गीय जीवन का यही एकमात्र मार्ग है। आपको स्वेच्छा और सच्चे मन से प्रभु यीशु मसीह से केवल एक छोटी प्रार्थना करनी है, और साथ ही अपना जीवन उसे पूर्णतः समर्पित करना है। आप यह प्रार्थना और समर्पण कुछ इस प्रकार से भी कर सकते हैं, “प्रभु यीशु, मैं अपने पापों के लिए पश्चातापी हूँ, उनके लिए आप से क्षमा माँगता हूँ। मैं आपका धन्यवाद करता हूँ कि आपने मेरे पापों की क्षमा और समाधान के लिए उन पापों को अपने ऊपर लिया, उनके कारण मेरे स्थान पर क्रूस की मृत्यु सही, गाड़े गए, और मेरे उद्धार के लिए आप तीसरे दिन जी भी उठे, और आज जीवित प्रभु परमेश्वर हैं। कृपया मुझे और मेरे पापों को क्षमा करें, मुझे अपनी शरण में लें, और मुझे अपना शिष्य बना लें। मैं अपना जीवन आप के हाथों में समर्पित करता हूँ।” सच्चे और समर्पित मन से की गई आपकी एक प्रार्थना आपके वर्तमान तथा भविष्य को, इस लोक के और परलोक के जीवन को, अनन्तकाल के लिए स्वर्गीय एवं आशीषित बना देगी।

God’s Forgiveness and Justice – 9
Remembrance of Sin Forgiven and Forgotten - 1
While learning and understanding about “Eternal Judgment,” the sixth elementary principle given in Hebrews 6:1-2, in the last article we have seen why it is necessary for the Lord God to bring everything about every Believer out into the open, and then judge everyone fairly, leaving no doubt in anyone’s hearts, and giving no possibility to anyone of ever questioning the righteous judgment of God, on any grounds. We had closed the last article on the point that we still need to explain how everything, even the sins God has forgiven and forgotten of every Born-Again Christian Believer will be brought out. God’s Word the Bible makes it clear that God has arranged to keep a record of everything that the Believers say and do. Let us look at some relevant verses from the Bible:
· Psalm 56:8 “You number my wanderings; Put my tears into Your bottle; Are they not in Your book?” God keeps a track and records wherever we go, and of all our feelings in His book.
· Psalm 139:2-4 “You know my sitting down and my rising up; You understand my thought afar off. You comprehend my path and my lying down, And are acquainted with all my ways. For there is not a word on my tongue, But behold, O Lord, You know it altogether.” There is nothing about us that God does not know. He knows out thoughts, and even knows the words on our tongues, implying He knows what we will speak, even before we have spoken it.
· Malachi 3:16 “Then those who feared the Lord spoke to one another, And the Lord listened and heard them; So a book of remembrance was written before Him For those who fear the Lord And who meditate on His name.” Not only does God carefully hears what His people are talking about, but also everything is being recorded, for being brought out for remembrance.
· Matthew 12:36 “But I say to you that for every idle word men may speak, they will give account of it in the day of judgment.” The Lord Jesus cautioned that every word, especially the idle words, will have to be accounted for before the Lord.
· Hebrews 4:13 “And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account.” Everything about everyone is open and bare before God, there is nothing hidden in any manner; and no one can escape giving an account to God.
· Revelation 20:12-15 “And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books. The sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works. Then Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire.”
These verses from God’s Word the Bible make it clear to us that not only everything about everyone, and as David had cautioned Solomon, even the intents of the thoughts in our heart “As for you, my son Solomon, know the God of your father, and serve Him with a loyal heart and with a willing mind; for the Lord searches all hearts and understands all the intent of the thoughts…” (1 Chronicles 28:9), are known to God. God has arranged for each and everything about everyone be recorded in the books kept in heaven, where they can never be altered or tampered with. Malachi calls them a “book of remembrance” and that by itself implies that the book will be used for remembrance. Nowhere is it written or implied that anything is ever erased, or altered from these books. God forgot, but nothing is ever erased, aur taken away, or altered from the books, which will be used for remembrance.
As we see from Revelation 20:12-15, there are two kinds of books, one is the Book of Life, and the others are the books in which records about everyone are kept, i.e., the book of remembrance. As we have been repeatedly saying in the past articles, those whose names are not written in the Book of Life – which is a decision made here on earth while a person is alive, are straightaway cast into the lake of fire; there is no sense in evaluating anything else about them, they go for the maximal punishment. But those whose names are in the written in the Book of Life, “they were judged, each one according to his works.”
Here we have it from God’s Word, how things are being recorded, how these records will be utilized to bring to remembrance at the time of the final judgment, and no one will escape giving an account of everything – wanderings, emotions, deeds, spoken or unspoken words, thoughts, etc. because though God has forgotten, the record in heaven has still been maintained, it is not being modified in any way. So, those who have been skeptical about how sins forgiven and forgotten can be brought up again, now have an answer – God has already thought of it all, and has made the necessary provision for it. We will carry on from here in the next article.
If you have not yet accepted the discipleship of the Lord, make your decision in favor of the Lord Jesus now to ensure your eternal life and heavenly blessings. Where there is obedience to the Lord, where there is respect and obedience to His Word, there is also the blessing and protection of the Lord. Repenting of your sins, and asking the Lord Jesus for forgiveness of your sins, voluntarily and sincerely, surrendering yourself to Him - is the only way to salvation and heavenly life. You only have to say a short but sincere prayer to the Lord Jesus Christ willingly and with a penitent heart, and at the same time completely commit and submit your life to Him. You can also make this prayer and submission in words something like, “Lord Jesus, I am sorry for my sins and repent of them. I thank you for taking my sins upon yourself, paying for them through your life. Because of them you died on the cross in my place, were buried, and you rose again from the grave on the third day for my salvation, and today you are the living Lord God and have freely provided to me the forgiveness, and redemption from my sins, through faith in you. Please forgive my sins, take me under your care, and make me your disciple. I submit my life into your hands." Your one prayer from a sincere and committed heart will make your present and future life, in this world and in the hereafter, heavenly and blessed for eternity.
