सही सुसमाचार के 7 प्रभाव (2)
पिछले लेखों में हमने गलातीयों 1:1-7 से वास्तविक सुसमाचार के 7 गुणों या स्वभावों को देखा है, जिससे असली और नकली सुसमाचार के मध्य पहचान कर सकें। पिछले लेख से हमने उन 7 प्रभावों को देखना आरम्भ किया है जो असली सुसमाचार के मानने से व्यक्ति के जीवन में आते हैं, जब वह सच्चे सुसमाचार को ग्रहण करके उसके अनुसार जीवन जीना आरम्भ करता है। पिछले लेख में हमने गलातीयों अध्याय 1 में से इनमें से पहले दो प्रभाव देखे हैं। शेष पाँच प्रभाव अध्याय 2 में हैं, जिन्हें हम आज के लेख में देखेंगे।
असली सुसमाचार के 7 प्रभाव:
पिछले लेख में हम गलातीयों 1 अध्याय से असली या सही सुसमाचार के द्वारा प्रभु यीशु के सच्चे विश्वासी जन और उसकी वास्तविक कलीसिया में आने वाले पहले दो प्रभावों को देख चुके हैं। इनमें से पहला प्रभाव है कि सही या वास्तविक सुसमाचार व्यक्ति को मनुष्यों के नहीं परमेश्वर के भय और आज्ञाकारिता में चलने, हर परिस्थिति और हर कीमत पर केवल परमेश्वर ही को प्रसन्न करने की मनसा में बने रहने की सामर्थ्य और मार्गदर्शन देता है, और मनुष्यों के एहसान, नियंत्रण, तथा अधीनता में रहने के स्वभाव से मुक्त करता है। और दूसरा प्रभाव है कि सही या असली सुसमाचार परमेश्वर के लोगों के मध्य परस्पर प्रेम, मेल-मिलाप, सहभागिता, सहिष्णुता को बढ़ावा देता है, एक दूसरे के लिए परमेश्वर की महिमा करने को प्रेरित करता है, न कि विभाजन, बैर, अलगाव और विरोध तथा एक-दूसरे से ऊँचा-नीचा होने की भावनाओं को।
आज हम यहाँ से आगे, सही या असली सुसमाचार के शेष पाँच प्रभाव, गलातीयों 2 अध्याय से देखेंगे:
3. गलातीयों 2:1-2 - सही सुसमाचार का तीसरा प्रभाव हम पौलुस की सेवकाई के उदाहरण में देखते हैं। पौलुस को परमेश्वर ने अन्य-जातियों में सुसमाचार सुनाने के लिए ठहराया था (प्रेरितों 9:15)। परमेश्वर की अगुवाई में चौदह वर्ष तक अन्य-जातियों में सेवकाई के बाद परमेश्वर ने उसे यरूशलेम जाने के लिए कहा, और वह बरनबास तथा तीतुस के साथ यरूशलेम को गया। तीसरा प्रभाव है कि सही सुसमाचार के पालन और सेवकाई से परमेश्वर की सहायता, उस का मार्गदर्शन मिलता है, और परमेश्वर का जन औरों के साथ मिलकर, औरों को भी आदर और अवसर देते हुए अपनी इस ज़िम्मेदारी को निभाता है।
4. चौथा प्रभाव भी हम गलातीयों 2:1-2 में ही देखते हैं। यहाँ दो पद बताता है कि ईश्वरीय प्रकाशन के अनुसार पौलुस यरूशलेम को गया, इस उद्देश्य से कि उन्हें अपनी सेवकाई और प्रचार के बारे में बताए - उन्हें सिखाने या उन्हें प्रभावित करने के लिए नहीं, वरन यरूशलेम में कलीसिया में बड़े समझे जाने वाले लोगों के द्वारा जाँचे जाने के लिए कि कहीं उसका परिश्रम व्यर्थ तो नहीं है (पद 2 का अंतिम वाक्य देखिए)। सही सुसमाचार का चौथा प्रभाव है कि उसके अनुसार चलने वाला व्यक्ति विनम्र और इस सेवकाई में लगे अन्य वरिष्ठ लोगों द्वारा जाँचे तथा सुधारे जाने के लिए तैयार रहता है; उसमें घमण्ड और अपनी सेवकाई में सिद्ध होने की भावना नहीं होती है।
5. गलातीयों 2:3-5 - सही सुसमाचार के अनुसार चलने और कार्य करने के द्वारा प्रभु का जन और कलीसिया, “झूठे भाइयों”, मण्डली में गलत शिक्षाओं को लाने और फैलाने वाले लोगों पहचानने पाते हैं, और उनका सामना करने, उनके आगे न झुकने की समझ और सामर्थ्य प्राप्त करते हैं। सही सुसमाचार का पाँचवां प्रभाव है सही और गलत का आँकलन करने और सही पर बने रहने तथा गलत का प्रतिरोध करने की सामर्थ्य प्राप्त करना।
6. गलातीयों 2:6-10 - हम यहाँ 6 पद के आरंभ से ही देखते हैं कि यरूशलेम में कलीसिया के अगुवों के द्वारा पौलुस को कोई भी नई बात सीखने को नहीं मिली; उसके सुसमाचार प्रचार और सेवकाई में कोई त्रुटि नहीं थी। लेकिन फिर भी प्रभु उसे यरूशलेम लेकर आया था, उसे अपनी सेवकाई को उन अगुवों के सामने रखने के लिए कहा था। लेकिन 9 पद में हम उसके आने से हुए लाभ को देखते हैं - जब यरूशलेम के अगुवों ने उसकी सेवकाई के बारे में जान और समझ लिया, तो उसे अपने साथ सम्मिलित भी कर लिया, प्रोत्साहित भी किया और अपना सहकर्मी भी स्वीकार कर लिया; और 10 पद में सेवकाई में ध्यान रखने वाली मूल बातों के विषय स्मरण करवाया। पौलुस का यरूशलेम आना हमारी शिक्षा के लिए भी था - कि हम उसके जीवन और व्यवहार से सेवकाई और सुसमाचार के प्रभावों को सीख सकें। सही सुसमाचार के पालन का छठवाँ प्रभाव है वह अन्य स्थानों तथा लोगों के मध्य सही सुसमाचार की सेवकाई में लगे लोगों के प्रति भी सहभागिता और सहायता के लिए प्रोत्साहित करता है, उन्हें भी सेवकाई के लिए मार्गदर्शन करता है।
7. गलातीयों 2:11-14 - पौलुस के यरूशलेम से वापस अन्ताकिया लौट जाने के कुछ समय बाद, अब पतरस उसके पास अन्ताकिया गया। किन्तु वहाँ पर पतरस के व्यवहार को लेकर एक परिस्थिति उत्पन्न हो गई और पतरस दोगलेपन में गिर गया। यह आज हमको सचेत करता है कि प्रभु के बड़े से बड़े सेवक भी गलती में पड़ सकते हैं, मनुष्यों को दिखाने के लिए अपना व्यवहार बदल सकते हैं, जो औरों के लिए ठोकर का कारण भी बन सकता है। इसलिए व्यक्ति की शारीरिक और आत्मिक “आयु” के अनुसार या कलीसिया में उसके ओहदे के अनुसार नहीं, वरन उसके व्यवहार के अनुसार, हर बात के लिए आँकलन करते रहना चाहिए। लेकिन पौलुस ने पतरस को इस दोगलेपन में बने नहीं रहने दिया, वरन तुरंत ही, सबके सामने उसका सामना किया, और उसे सुधारा। पतरस ने भी, उपरोक्त चौथे प्रभाव के अनुरूप, इस बात का बुरा नहीं माना, इससे अपने अहं पर ठेस नहीं आने दी, और आगे चलकर अपनी पत्री में पौलुस को अपना “प्रिय भाई” कहा और उसके दर्शन एवं सेवकाई के लिए उसकी प्रशंसा की (2 पतरस 3:15-16)। सही सुसमाचार के पालन ने पतरस को भी विनम्र और सुधार के लिए तत्पर बना दिया था। किन्तु पौलुस की प्रतिक्रिया पतरस के विनम्र होने पर आधारित नहीं थी; पौलुस की बात के लिए पतरस उसे जो भी प्रतिक्रिया देता, पौलुस उसे सुनने और सहने के लिए तैयार था; किन्तु मण्डली में किसी गलत व्यवहार और उदाहरण को सहन करने के लिए तैयार नहीं था। सही सुसमाचार का सातवाँ प्रभाव है कि वह व्यावहारिक मसीही जीवन में होने वाली गलतियों को पहचानने और उन्हें सुधारने के लिए औरों का सामना करने की हिम्मत और सामर्थ्य देता है; उनके ओहदे या स्तर के भय कारण गलतियों के प्रति आँख मूँद लेने, और प्रभु के जन को उन में बने ही रहने देने वाला नहीं होने देता है।
सही और असली सुसमाचार से संबंधित इन लेखों का सारांश यही है कि सही और सच्चा सुसमाचार परमेश्वर की ओर से, उसके अनुग्रह, उसकी शांति, और उसकी समझ और बुद्धि और ज्ञान और सामर्थ्य के साथ आता है। सही सुसमाचार पूर्णतः प्रभु यीशु मसीह द्वारा समस्त मानव जाति को उनके किन्हीं कर्मों के द्वारा नहीं परंतु अपनी क्षमा और अनुग्रह के द्वारा पापों से छुटकारा देने के लिए कलवरी के क्रूस पर दिए गए बलिदान के बारे में है; इसमें किसी भी मनुष्य के कैसे भी कोई भी योगदान या काम का कोई भी स्थान नहीं है - लेश-मात्र भी नहीं। सही सुसमाचार का निर्वाह संसार की बुराइयों से छुड़ाता है, मसीही विश्वासियों में प्रेम, एक-मनता, सहभागिता, संगति, एक-दूसरे को उभारने, उठाने और सुधारने को प्रोत्साहित करता है; विभाजन और अलगाव नहीं मेल-मिलाप लाता है। सही सुसमाचार के प्रचार और निर्वाह के द्वारा प्रभु परमेश्वर की महिमा होती है, किसी मनुष्य अथवा संस्था की नहीं। जिस भी सुसमाचार में, सुसमाचार की सेवकाई और प्रचार में, ये स्वभाव और प्रभाव नहीं हैं, वह “कोई अन्य ही सुसमाचार” है, गलत और झूठा है, उसका तिरस्कार करके सही को अपनाना अनिवार्य है।
अभी तक हम इफिसियों 4:14 के अनुसार प्रभु की कलीसिया और उसके अपरिपक्व अनुयायियों के शैतान के द्वारा प्रभु यीशु मसीह, परमेश्वर पवित्र आत्मा, और सुसमाचार से संबंधित फैलाई और सिखाई जाने वाली गलत शिक्षाओं और उन शिक्षाओं के कारण प्रभु के लोगों के “मनुष्यों की ठग-विद्या और चतुराई से उन के भ्रम की युक्तियों की, और उपदेश की, हर एक बयार से उछाले, और इधर-उधर घुमाए” जाने, तथा उन्हें पहचानने और उससे बचने के वचन में दिए गए उपायों के बारे में देखते आ रहे थे। अगले लेख से हम इन बातों का सारांश और फिर उसके बाद इफिसियों 4:15-16 से कलीसिया और मसीही विश्वासी के परिपक्व होने, उस परिपक्वता में बढ़ने के बारे में देखेंगे।
यदि आप एक मसीही विश्वासी हैं, तो आपके लिए यह जानना और समझना अति-आवश्यक है कि आप प्रभु परमेश्वर के सुसमाचार से संबंधित किसी गलत शिक्षाओं धारणाओं में न पड़े हों। सच्चे सुसमाचार के स्वभाव के अनुसार अपने आप को जाँचने के द्वारा यह सुनिश्चित कर लीजिए कि आपने सच्चे सुसमाचार पर सच्चा विश्वास किया है, और आप सच्चे पश्चाताप और समर्पण तथा सच्चे मन से प्रभु यीशु से पापों की क्षमा के द्वारा परमेश्वर के जन बने हैं। न खुद भरमाए जाएं, और न ही आपके द्वारा कोई और भरमाया जाए। लोगों द्वारा कही जाने वाली ही नहीं, वरन वचन में लिखी हुई बातों पर ध्यान दें, और लोगों की बातों को वचन की बातों से मिला कर जाँचें और परखें, यदि सही हों, तब ही उन्हें मानें, अन्यथा अस्वीकार कर दें।
यदि आपने अभी तक प्रभु की शिष्यता को स्वीकार नहीं किया है, तो अपने अनन्त जीवन और स्वर्गीय आशीषों को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए अभी उसके पक्ष में अपना निर्णय कर लीजिए। जहाँ प्रभु की आज्ञाकारिता है, उसके वचन की बातों का आदर और पालन है, वहाँ प्रभु की आशीष और सुरक्षा भी है। यदि आपने अभी तक नया जन्म, उद्धार नहीं पाया है, प्रभु यीशु से अपने पापों के लिए क्षमा नहीं माँगी है, तो अभी आपके पास समय और अवसर है कि यह कर लें। प्रभु यीशु से अपने पापों के लिए क्षमा माँगकर, स्वेच्छा से तथा सच्चे मन से अपने आप को उसकी अधीनता में समर्पित कर दीजिए - उद्धार और स्वर्गीय जीवन का यही एकमात्र मार्ग है। आपको स्वेच्छा और सच्चे मन से प्रभु यीशु मसीह से केवल एक छोटी प्रार्थना करनी है, और साथ ही अपना जीवन उसे पूर्णतः समर्पित करना है। आप यह प्रार्थना और समर्पण कुछ इस प्रकार से भी कर सकते हैं, “प्रभु यीशु मैं आपका धन्यवाद करता हूँ कि आपने मेरे पापों की क्षमा और समाधान के लिए उन पापों को अपने ऊपर लिया, उनके कारण मेरे स्थान पर क्रूस की मृत्यु सही, गाड़े गए, और मेरे उद्धार के लिए आप तीसरे दिन जी भी उठे, और आज जीवित प्रभु परमेश्वर हैं। कृपया मेरे पापों को क्षमा करें, मुझे अपनी शरण में लें, और मुझे अपना शिष्य बना लें। मैं अपना जीवन आप के हाथों में समर्पित करता हूँ।” परमेश्वर आपके साथ संगति रखने की बहुत लालसा रखता है तथा आपको आशीषित देखना चाहता है, लेकिन इसे सम्भव करना आपका व्यक्तिगत निर्णय है। सच्चे और समर्पित मन से की गई आपकी एक प्रार्थना आपके वर्तमान तथा भविष्य को, इस लोक के और परलोक के जीवन को, अनन्तकाल के लिए स्वर्गीय एवं आशीषित बना देगी। क्या आप अभी समय और अवसर होते हुए, इस प्रार्थना को नहीं करेंगे? निर्णय आपका है।

The 7 Effects of the True Gospel (2)
In the previous articles we had seen from Galatians 1:1-7 the nature or characteristics of the true Gospel, to enable discerning between the true and the false Gospel. In the last article we began to see the 7 effects that come about in a person’s life, when he accepts and starts living by the true Gospel. The first two of these seven effects are given in Galatian chapter 1, which we have already seen, and the remaining five effects are in chapter 2, which we will see today.
The 7 Effects of the True Gospel (Contd.):
We saw in the last article that the first effect of the true Gospel is that it encourages the Believers to live and walk in the fear and obedience of God, and not of man; and to please God in all things; releasing men from the tendency of being ‘man-pleasers’ and of living under the control of men. The second effect of the true Gospel that we saw was that it promotes love, reconciliation, fellowship, tolerance, and praising God for each other, etc., instead of divisions, discord, separation, opposition, and creating feelings of superiority or inferiority.
The remaining five effects, given in Galatians chapter 2, we will see today:
3. Galatians 2:1-2 - The Third effect of the true Gospel we see in the example of the ministry of Paul. Paul had been appointed for preaching the Gospel amongst the gentiles (Acts 9:15). After laboring for fourteen years amongst the gentiles, God asked him to go to Jerusalem, and so he came to Jerusalem along with Barnabas and Titus. The third effect that we see here is that living and serving by the true Gospel provides help and guidance from God, and encourages the person to fulfill his ministry by involving the other Believers, giving them the honor and opportunity for ministry as well.
4. The Fourth effect is also seen in Galatians 2:1-2; here verse 2 says that Paul went to Jerusalem by revelation from God, to share with them about his preaching and ministry - not to teach or impress them, but to be evaluated by the elders in Jerusalem, lest his labor be in vain (see the last part of verse 2). The Fourth effect of the Gospel is that the follower of the true Gospel is humble and submissive, willing to be evaluated and corrected by the other seniors engaged in the same ministry; he does not harbor any pride or sense of superiority or perfection about what he is doing.
5. Galatians 2:3-5 - The Believers who live by the true Gospel have the courage and ability to recognize and confront the “false brethren” who have sneaked into the Church or Assembly, not bow down to them, nor be tolerant or subservient to them. The Fifth effect of the true Gospel is that it provides the ability, wisdom, and strength to firmly stand up and speak against the wrong and oppose it, while resolutely following the right, even in a different locality.
6. Galatians 2:6-10 - From this passage we see from verse 6 that Paul did not learn anything new from the elders of the Church in Jerusalem; nor could they point out any error or short-coming in his preaching and ministry. But the Lord had brought him to Jerusalem, and had asked him to place his ministry before the elders. His coming to Jerusalem was not in vain; in verse 9 we see a benefit of his coming to Jerusalem - when the elders in Jerusalem came to know about him and his ministry, they also included him in their ranks, “giving him the right hand of fellowship”, and encouraged him. Then in verse 10 they emphasized upon the main things to be kept in mind during ministry. Paul’s coming to Jerusalem was for our learning as well, so that we can learn from his life, ministry, and behaviour the effects of the true Gospel. The Sixth effect of following the true Gospel is that it encourages the Church of a locality to join into their fellowship the ministers of the true Gospel serving in other places and guide them in their ministry.
7. Galatians 2:11-14 - Sometime after Paul had returned from Jerusalem to Antioch, now, Peter came to meet him. But because of Peter’s changing to a hypocritical behavior, an untoward situation arose. This serves as a point of caution for us, that even a very senior and mature elder can slip up, fall into hypocrisy, change their behavior, and become a stumbling block for other Believers. Therefore, one should not go only by the physical or spiritual age, nor by the seniority or status of a person in the Church. But we should always assess everything of the person’s teachings and behavior through God’s Word, before accepting what he says. But Paul did not let Peter remain in the hypocrisy; he openly confronted and corrected him. Peter too did not feel bad about it, did not let it hurt his ego, and later, called Paul his “Dear Brother” and praised Paul for his spiritual insights and ministry (2 Peter 3:15-16). Believing in and following the true Gospel made Peter too, as mentioned in the Fourth effect, to be humble and open to corrections. But Paul’s reaction was not dependent upon Peter’s being humble; no matter how Peter may have reacted to what Paul said, Paul was ready and willing to put up with it and bear it; but Paul was not ready to put up with any wrong behavior and example in the Church or Assembly. The Seventh effect of the true Gospel is that it gives the courage and strength to not only discern the wrongs and errors in practical Christian life but to speak up and correct them too; irrespective of the stature or position of the one committing that error, does not let a Believer continue in his wrong.
In short, what we can conclude from these articles about the true and correct gospel is that the true Gospel comes from God along with God’s grace, peace, understanding, wisdom, and knowledge. The true Gospel is about the forgiveness of sins and salvation made freely available to the all of mankind by the Lord Jesus Christ through His sacrifice on the Cross of Calvary, not through any kinds of works done by any man; no man has any role or contribution in this salvation - none at all. The acceptance and following of the true Gospel delivers from the evils of the world, and promotes mutual love, unity, fellowship, cooperation, lifting each other up, encouraging, and correcting one-another, etc. amongst the Christian Believers. The preaching and living by the true Gospel glorifies the Lord Jesus, not any person or organization. If these characteristics and effects are not present in any gospel being preached in the name of the Lord, it is false, wrong, and “another gospel” that is not to be accepted and believed, but necessarily has to be rejected out rightly.
So far, we have been considering on the basis of Ephesians 4:14 about the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ and how Satan beguiles and misleads the immature and child-like Christian Believers through teachings about the Lord Jesus, about the Holy Spirit, and about the Gospel, so that they are “...tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting.” In the next article we will see the summary of what we have seen so far, and then we will see from Ephesians 4:15-16 about the Christian Believers and the Church becoming mature, and growing in that maturity.
If you are a Christian Believer, then it is very essential for you to know and learn that you do not get beguiled and misled into wrong teachings and doctrines about the Holy Spirit; neither should you get deceived, nor should anyone else be deceived through you. Take note of the things written in God’s Word, not on things spoken by the people; always cross-check and verify all messages and teachings from the Word of God. If you have already been entangled in wrong teachings, then by cross-checking and verifying them from the Word of God, hold to only that which is the truth, follow it, and reject the rest.
If you have not yet accepted the discipleship of the Lord Jesus, then take a decision in its favor now to secure your eternal life and heavenly blessings. The Lord's security and blessings are present where there is obedience of the Lord, where His Word is honored and followed. If you are still not Born Again, have not obtained salvation, or have not asked the Lord Jesus for forgiveness for your sins, then you have the time and opportunity to do so right now. Ask the Lord Jesus to forgive your sins, and voluntarily and sincerely surrender yourselves into His hands - this is the only way to salvation and heavenly life. All you have to do is say a short prayer, voluntarily and with a sincere heart, with heartfelt repentance for your sins, and a fully submissive attitude. You can do this in this manner, “Lord Jesus, I confess that I have disobeyed You, and have knowingly or unknowingly, in mind, in thought, in attitude, and in deeds, committed sins. I believe that you have fully borne the punishment of my sins by your sacrifice on the cross, and have paid the full price of those sins for all eternity. Please forgive my sins, change my heart and mind towards you, and make me your disciple, take me with you." God longs for your company and wants to see you blessed, but to make this possible, is your personal decision. One prayer said with a sincere and surrendered heart will turn your present and future, your life here on earth and in the next world, forever and make you heavenly and blessed. Will you not say this prayer now, while you have the time and opportunity to do so? The decision is yours.
