विश्वासियों के लिए पुनरुत्थान के निहितार्थ – 3
इब्रानियों 6:1-2 में दी गई पाँचवीं आरंभिक बात, “मरे हुओं का जी उठना” के हमारे इस अध्ययन में, हम ने पिछले लेख में 1 कुरिन्थियों 15:12-20 से देखा था कि प्रभु यीशु का मृतकों में से जिलाया जाना, प्रभु के विश्वासियों के भी जिलाए जाने की गारंटी है। साथ ही हम ने यह भी देखा था कि पुनरुत्थान की तथा सुसमाचार की सामर्थ्य शारीरिक और नश्वर लाभ, समृद्धि, और साँसारिक बातें प्राप्त करने के लिए नहीं हैं। बल्कि जो प्रभु यीशु के बारे में प्रचार करते और सिखाते हैं, और उस के नाम से आश्चर्यकर्म तथा चंगाइयाँ करते हैं, पुनरुत्थान उन के लिए अनिवार्य कर देता है कि वे मनुष्य के स्वभाव से ही पापी होने, उन के लिए पापों की क्षमा और उद्धार पाने की अनिवार्यता, और इस उद्धार के सभी के लिए सेंत-मेंत ही प्रभु यीशु में उपलब्ध होने, उन के पापों से पश्चाताप करने, अपना जीवन उसे समर्पित करने, और प्रभु तथा उस के वचन की आज्ञाकारिता में जीवन व्यतीत करने के निर्णय के द्वारा उपलब्ध है। यीशु के नाम में किया गया कोई भी प्रचार, शिक्षा, आश्चर्यकर्म, या चंगाई, जिस में साथ ही उन लोगों को बल देकर स्पष्ट रीति से सुसमाचार नहीं दिया जाए, वह शैतानी है, शैतान के लिए काम करना है, यीशु का अनाम लेकर लोगों को नरक भेजना है, उन्हें केवल शारीरिक और नश्वर के लिए विश्वास करने को कहने और उन के साथ अनन्त के बारे में विश्वास करने की बात न करने के कारण। आज हम यहीं से आगे चलेंगे, और 1 कुरिन्थियों 15:21-24 को देखेंगे।
1 कुरिन्थियों 15:21 में लिखा है “क्योंकि जब मनुष्य के द्वारा मृत्यु आई; तो मनुष्य ही के द्वारा मरे हुओं का पुनरुत्थान भी आया।” यह पद बताता है कि क्यों प्रभु यीशु को अपनी स्वर्गीय महिमा और वैभव छोड़कर, मनुष्य रूप ले कर पृथ्वी पर आना पड़ा। इस सँसार का सबसे पहला पाप अदन की वाटिका में किया गया था, शैतान द्वारा आदम और हव्वा को बहका कर परमेश्वर की अनाज्ञाकारिता करने के द्वारा, और पाप के साथ मृत्यु भी आई। क्योंकि पाप और मृत्यु को प्रवेश मनुष्य के द्वारा मिला (रोमियों 5:12), इसी लिए उस का निवारण भी मनुष्य ही के द्वारा होना था (रोमियों 5:15)।
फिर, पौलुस, 1 कुरिन्थियों 15:22 में कहता है “और जैसे आदम में सब मरते हैं, वैसा ही मसीह में सब जिलाए जाएंगे।” इस पद में शब्द “में” पर विशेष ध्यान दीजिए – “आदम में” और “मसीह में।” यहाँ पर, पवित्र आत्मा, पौलुस में होकर मानवजाति के दो स्वभावों – आदम का, और परमेश्वर का, के बारे में बात कर रहा है। आदम का स्वभाव उसका स्वाभाविक, पापमय स्वभाव है, मनुष्य के परमेश्वर के विरुद्ध बलवाई और अनाज्ञाकारी होने की प्रवृत्ति रखने वाला, जिस के अन्तर्गत मनुष्य परमेश्वर को कभी प्रसन्न नहीं कर सकता है, जैसा रोमियों 8:7-8 में लिखा है, “क्योंकि शरीर पर मन लगाना तो परमेश्वर से बैर रखना है, क्योंकि न तो परमेश्वर की व्यवस्था के आधीन है, और न हो सकता है। और जो शारीरिक दशा में है, वे परमेश्वर को प्रसन्न नहीं कर सकते।” इस लिए, आदम के स्वभाव में होते हुए, यह स्वाभाविक, अपरिवर्तित मनुष्य कुछ भी करे, और वह उसकी अपनी या अन्य मनुष्यों की दृष्टि में कितना भी अच्छा क्यों न हो, वह कभी भी परमेश्वर को स्वीकार्य और प्रसन्न करने वाला नहीं हो सकता है क्योंकि परमेश्वर को प्रसन्न करने का आधार, इस बात की सबसे पहली शर्त, परमेश्वर की आज्ञाकारिता और केवल उसी के कहे के अनुसार करना (1 शमूएल 15:22-23; यिर्मयाह 7:22-23), ही पूरी नहीं की गई है; यदि प्राथमिक शर्त ही पूरी नहीं हुई, तो फिर अन्य जो कुछ भी है, वह कैसे उचित और स्वीकार्य होगा? दूसरी ओर, वे जो “मसीह में” हैं, अर्थात वे जिन्होंने प्रभु यीशु में विश्वास किया है, उसे अपना उद्धारकर्ता ग्रहण किया है, अपना जीवन उसे समर्पित किया है, और उस की तथा उस के वचन की आज्ञाकारिता में चलने का निर्णय लिया है, वे परमेश्वर की सन्तान बन गए हैं (यूहन्ना 1:12-13), उन्होंने मसीह यीशु को पहन लिया है (रोमियों 13:14; गलतियों 3:27), पवित्र आत्मा उन में निवास करता है (1 कुरिन्थियों 3:16; 6:19), और “मसीह में” होने के कारण वे अब दण्ड की आज्ञा में नहीं हैं (रोमियों 8:1-2)। इस पद, 1 कुरिन्थियों 15:22 के बारे में एक और बात पर ध्यान कीजिए – मनुष्यों में आदम का स्वभाव होने के कारण उन की मृत्यु वर्तमान और ज़ारी है – “आदम में सब मरते हैं,” परन्तु इस पद में “मसीह में” होने के कारण जिलाए जाने वाला भाग भविष्य काल का है। वर्तमान में इस सँसार में, जैसा कि ऊपर कहा गया है, जो मसीह में हैं, वे परमेश्वर की सँतान हैं, उन्होंने प्रभु यीशु को पहन लिया है, पवित्र आत्मा का मंदिर हैं, और अब पाप के दण्ड की आज्ञा में नहीं हैं; किन्तु उन का जिलाया जाना एक भावी घटना है, जिस के बारे में अगले पद में लिखा है।
1 कुरिन्थियों 15:23 में लिखा है “परन्तु हर एक अपनी अपनी बारी से; पहिला फल मसीह; फिर मसीह के आने पर उसके लोग।” पिछले पद में “मसीह में” होने के संबंध में जिस बात का संकेत दिया गया था, उसे अब यहाँ स्पष्ट कहा गया है। पुनरुत्थान अवश्य होगा किन्तु परमेश्वर द्वारा निर्धारित एक क्रम में होगा। मसीह यीशु के पुनरुत्थान ने, “पहले फल” के रूप में यह आश्वासन दिया है कि इस प्रकार का और फल भी लगेगा; आते समय में विश्वासियों का पुनरुत्थान भी होगा। और यह मसीह के आगमन पर होगा, जब वह अपने लोगों को एकत्रित कर के इस सँसार से निकाल कर ले जाएगा। एक बार जब यह गेहूं और जंगली बीज का पृथक करना कर लिया जाएगा और गेहूं प्रभु के खत्ते में पहुँच जाएगा (मत्ती 13:30), तब, जैसा 1 कुरिन्थियों 15:24 में लिखा है, अन्त आ जाएगा “इस के बाद अन्त होगा; उस समय वह सारी प्रधानता और सारा अधिकार और सामर्थ्य का अन्त कर के राज्य को परमेश्वर पिता के हाथ में सौंप देगा।” वर्तमान में, जैसा कि 1 यूहन्ना 5:19 में लिखा है, सारा सँसार उस दुष्ट के, शैतान के वश में पड़ा है। किन्तु अन्त के समय, जो “मसीह में” हैं, उन के जिलाए जाने के बाद, प्रभु “सारा अधिकार और सामर्थ्य का अन्त कर के,” अर्थात शैतान के सारे अधिकार और सामर्थ्य का अन्त कर के, परमेश्वर के राज्य को सदा काल के लिए स्थापित कर देगा।
विश्वासियों के भावी पुनरुत्थान के लिए इन पदों के क्या निहितार्थ हैं, क्या शिक्षा है? हम इस बात को पतरस से सीख सकते हैं, “तो जब कि ये सब वस्तुएं, इस रीति से पिघलने वाली हैं, तो तुम्हें पवित्र चाल चलन और भक्ति में कैसे मनुष्य होना चाहिए। और परमेश्वर के उस दिन की बाट किस रीति से जोहना चाहिए और उसके जल्द आने के लिये कैसा यत्न करना चाहिए; जिस के कारण आकाश आग से पिघल जाएंगे, और आकाश के गण बहुत ही तप्त हो कर गल जाएंगे।” (2 पतरस 3:11-12)। पुनरुत्थान विश्वासियों को इस जीवन में रहते हुए, आने वाले जीवन के लिए तैयारी करने के लिए उभारता है। मसीही विश्वासी को इस जीवन में मसीह के एक गवाह और परमेश्वर की सन्तान होने का उदाहरण बन कर जीना चाहिए, और ऐसा कर के इस जीवन और व्यवहार के आधार पर प्रभु से प्रतिफल पाने के लिए तैयारी करनी चाहिए (2 कुरिन्थियों 5:10)। अगले लेख में हम यहाँ से आगे बढ़ेंगे।
यदि आपने प्रभु की शिष्यता को अभी तक स्वीकार नहीं किया है, तो अपने अनन्त जीवन और स्वर्गीय आशीषों को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए अभी प्रभु यीशु के पक्ष में अपना निर्णय कर लीजिए। जहाँ प्रभु की आज्ञाकारिता है, उसके वचन की बातों का आदर और पालन है, वहाँ प्रभु की आशीष और सुरक्षा भी है। प्रभु यीशु से अपने पापों के लिए क्षमा माँगकर, स्वेच्छा से तथा सच्चे मन से अपने आप को उसकी अधीनता में समर्पित कर दीजिए - उद्धार और स्वर्गीय जीवन का यही एकमात्र मार्ग है। आपको स्वेच्छा और सच्चे मन से प्रभु यीशु मसीह से केवल एक छोटी प्रार्थना करनी है, और साथ ही अपना जीवन उसे पूर्णतः समर्पित करना है। आप यह प्रार्थना और समर्पण कुछ इस प्रकार से भी कर सकते हैं, “प्रभु यीशु, मैं अपने पापों के लिए पश्चातापी हूँ, उनके लिए आप से क्षमा माँगता हूँ। मैं आपका धन्यवाद करता हूँ कि आपने मेरे पापों की क्षमा और समाधान के लिए उन पापों को अपने ऊपर लिया, उनके कारण मेरे स्थान पर क्रूस की मृत्यु सही, गाड़े गए, और मेरे उद्धार के लिए आप तीसरे दिन जी भी उठे, और आज जीवित प्रभु परमेश्वर हैं। कृपया मुझे और मेरे पापों को क्षमा करें, मुझे अपनी शरण में लें, और मुझे अपना शिष्य बना लें। मैं अपना जीवन आप के हाथों में समर्पित करता हूँ।” सच्चे और समर्पित मन से की गई आपकी एक प्रार्थना आपके वर्तमान तथा भविष्य को, इस लोक के और परलोक के जीवन को, अनन्तकाल के लिए स्वर्गीय एवं आशीषित बना देगी।

Resurrection of the Dead – 11
Resurrection’s Implications for the Believers – 3
In our study on the fifth elementary principle given in Hebrews 6:1-2, i.e., “resurrection of the dead,” in the last article we have seen from 1 Corinthians 15:12-20, that the resurrection of the Lord Jesus guarantees the resurrection of the Lord’s Believers. We also saw that the power of resurrection and of the gospel is not for just gaining physical and temporal benefits, prosperity, and worldly things. Rather, the resurrection makes it necessary for those who preach and teach about Jesus, and call upon His name to do miracles and healings, that they should also preach and teach about man’s sinful nature, the necessity of forgiveness of sins and salvation, and that this is salvation freely available to everyone in the Lord Jesus, by repenting of their sins, asking the Lord to forgive their sins, and submitting their lives to Him, to live in obedience to Him and His Word. Any preaching, teaching, healing, and miracles done in Jesus’s name, but without simultaneously, emphatically, and clearly giving the gospel to those people, is satanic, is working for Satan, and is using the name of Jesus to send people to hell by having them place their faith in the physical and temporal, while not sharing with them about the eternal. Today we will carry on from where we left, and will look at 1 Corinthians 15:21-24.
It says in 1 Corinthians 15:21 “For since by man came death, by Man also came the resurrection of the dead.” This verse sets out for us, why the Lord Jesus had to empty Himself of His heavenly glory and majesty, and come down to earth as a man. The first sin in the world was committed in the Garden of Eden, by Satan enticing Adam and Eve to disobey God, and with sin came death. Since man was the agency of giving entry to sin and death (Romans 5:12), its reversal also had to come, and to come through man (Romans 5:15).
Then, Paul says in 1 Corinthians 15:22 “For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ all shall be made alive.” In this verse take particular note of the word “in” – “in Adam” and “in Christ.” Here, the Holy Spirit through Paul is talking about the two natures in mankind – Adamic and Godly. The Adamic nature is the natural sinful nature of man, in a state of rebellion against God, with a natural tendency of disobeying God, because of which man can never please God, as it says in Romans 8:7-8 “Because the carnal mind is enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, nor indeed can be. So then, those who are in the flesh cannot please God.” So, no matter what this natural, unregenerate man having an Adamic nature does, howsoever good it may be in their own and other’s eyes, he/she can never please God, because the very basis, the first and primary condition of pleasing God, i.e. obedience to God and only doing His will (1 Samuel 15:22-23; Jeremiah 7:22-23) has not been met. If the very basis, the primary condition is not met, then how can anything else be justified and acceptable? On the other hand, those who are “in Christ,” i.e., those who have believed in the Lord Jesus, have accepted Him as their savior, have submitted themselves to the Lord Jesus, and have decided to live in obedience to the Lord and His Word, they have become the children of God (John 1:12-13), have “put on the Lord Jesus” (Romans 13:14; Galatians 3:27), the Holy Spirit resides in them (1 Corinthians 3:16; 6:19), and by virtue of being “in Christ” they are no longer under the condemnation because of sin (Romans 8:1-2). Notice another thing about this verse, i.e. 1 Corinthians 15:22 – because of the Adamic nature being present and continuous in mankind, therefore, death is present and keeps happening in them – “in Adam all die;” but in this verse the resurrection part of being “in Christ” is a future event. Presently, in this world, as stated above, those who are in Christ are the children of God, have put on the Lord Jesus, are the Temple of the Holy Spirit, and are no longer under the condemnation of sin; but the resurrection aspect is a future blessing, which is mentioned in the next verse.
It is written in 1 Corinthians 15:23, “But each one in his own order: Christ the first-fruits, afterward those who are Christ's at His coming.” What was alluded to about being “in Christ” in the preceding verse, is expressed here in this verse. The resurrection will surely happen, but it will happen in a certain God ordained order. The resurrection of Christ Jesus, as the “first-fruit” has assured us that similar fruits will come later, has assured the resurrection of the Believers, which will happen at Christ’s coming, when He will come to gather His people and take them out of this world. Once this separation of the wheat and tares has taken place and the wheat has been gathered into the Lord’s barn (Matthew 13:30), then, as it says in 1 Corinthians 15:24, the end will come “Then comes the end, when He delivers the kingdom to God the Father, when He puts an end to all rule and all authority and power.” Presently, as it says in 1 John 5:19, the whole world lies under the sway or control of Satan. But at the end, after the resurrection of those who are in Christ, the Lord will “puts an end to all rule and all authority and power” i.e., Satan’s rule, authority, and power will be broken and brought to an end, and God’s Kingdom will be established forever and ever.
What are the lessons and implications of these verses about the coming resurrection of the Believers. We can learn this from Peter, “Therefore, since all these things will be dissolved, what manner of persons ought you to be in holy conduct and godliness, looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be dissolved, being on fire, and the elements will melt with fervent heat?” (2 Peter 3:11-12). The resurrection exhorts the Believers to prepare themselves for the next life, while living this life. In this life the Christian Believers should live as a living witness and example of being a child of God, and thereby prepare to receive the rewards for our life and behavior from the Lord (2 Corinthians 5:10). We will carry on from here in the next article.
If you have not yet accepted the discipleship of the Lord, make your decision in favor of the Lord Jesus now to ensure your eternal life and heavenly blessings. Where there is obedience to the Lord, where there is respect and obedience to His Word, there is also the blessing and protection of the Lord. Repenting of your sins, and asking the Lord Jesus for forgiveness of your sins, voluntarily and sincerely, surrendering yourself to Him - is the only way to salvation and heavenly life. You only have to say a short but sincere prayer to the Lord Jesus Christ willingly and with a penitent heart, and at the same time completely commit and submit your life to Him. You can also make this prayer and submission in words something like, “Lord Jesus, I am sorry for my sins and repent of them. I thank you for taking my sins upon yourself, paying for them through your life. Because of them you died on the cross in my place, were buried, and you rose again from the grave on the third day for my salvation, and today you are the living Lord God and have freely provided to me the forgiveness, and redemption from my sins, through faith in you. Please forgive my sins, take me under your care, and make me your disciple. I submit my life into your hands." Your one prayer from a sincere and committed heart will make your present and future life, in this world and in the hereafter, heavenly and blessed for eternity.
